本文利用电子探针和配备能谱分析功能的扫描电镜对四川杨柳坪镍-铜硫化物矿床中铂钯的赋存状态进行了研究。结果表明,铂以独立矿物相砷铂矿和自然铂存在;钯以碲化物、碲铋化物、碲锑化物、锑化物及自然钯独立矿物相存在,也以类质同象形... 本文利用电子探针和配备能谱分析功能的扫描电镜对四川杨柳坪镍-铜硫化物矿床中铂钯的赋存状态进行了研究。结果表明,铂以独立矿物相砷铂矿和自然铂存在;钯以碲化物、碲铋化物、碲锑化物、锑化物及自然钯独立矿物相存在,也以类质同象形式分布在碲镍矿中(钯含量约10%),另外还以锑铋钯碲矿、六方锑碲钯矿、碲钯矿独立矿物相存,并以类质同象形式分布在Vavrinite(钯含量5%)和砷铂矿(钯含量1%~5%)中。杨柳坪矿床中铂钯元素沉淀与贱金属矿物(BMS)及晚期热液蚀变矿物蛇纹石、方解石密切相关,其沉淀经历了3个阶段:1早期高温阶段(1200~900℃),铂钯元素沉淀并包裹在BMS中;2中期中高温阶段(650~250℃),分离结晶作用使铂钯元素沉淀并分布BMS矿物的边部,同时该阶段热液来源的铂钯元素沉淀于BMS粒间;3晚期热液蚀变阶段(500~300℃),热液蚀变作用引起铂钯元素沉淀在蚀变矿物中或嵌布在BMS裂隙。本文研究成果为认识该矿床及同类型镍-铜硫化物矿床的铂钯成矿过程提供了新的依据。 展开更多

贝辰加镍-铜硫化物矿床位于俄罗斯北极圈内科拉半岛西北部,是一个世界级镍-铜矿集区。矿集区目前共发现25个含工业矿体的侵入体,分东、西2个矿带,已探明镍资源量470×10^4t,品位1.2%,铜储量350×10^4t,品位0.9%,与俄罗斯诺里尔... 贝辰加镍-铜硫化物矿床位于俄罗斯北极圈内科拉半岛西北部,是一个世界级镍-铜矿集区。矿集区目前共发现25个含工业矿体的侵入体,分东、西2个矿带,已探明镍资源量470×10^4t,品位1.2%,铜储量350×10^4t,品位0.9%,与俄罗斯诺里尔斯克、加拿大萨德伯里、中国金川等矿床并列为世界级大型铜镍硫化物矿床。贝辰加杂岩体由4套古元古代火山-沉积旋回构成,含矿的为第四套火山-沉积旋回皮尔咖加维建造。矿集区内的火山-沉积作用发生在1940-2500Ma之间,成矿作用发生在1950-1990Ma之间,矿化作用发生在古元古代该地区岩浆演化的晚期阶段。贝辰加镍-铜矿赋矿岩石为富铁苦橄岩,具有高铁、低Al2O3,高Ti O2、Zr和其他不相容元素的特点,强烈富集LREE,地球化学特征类似于板内玄武岩或碱性玄武岩。矿床成矿模式为地幔柱分支分异成的贝辰加岩体侵入裂陷槽,其西部矿体侵入至沉积地层之上,东部矿体侵入到沉积地层内部。硫通过岩浆侵位过程中的同化作用进入岩浆,形成硫化物熔融体,并在后期经历了构造变形、热液叠加等作用后形成了浸染状、角砾状等多种类型的矿化。 展开更多

Characters of this intrusion and its related ores and Dashibao Formation basalts are their negative Pt anomaly and high concentration of Rh relative to Pt and Pd, facts being interpreted to be the results of crystallization and fractionation of Pt alloys and spinel phase free crystallization history for the magma, respectively. PGE parameters of the Dashibao Formation basalts are consistent with the general trend of those found for the Zhengziyanwo intrusion, and this might infer a genetic link between them. 展开更多

In our study we investigated a refractory copper-nickel sulfide ore separation by using a cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column (FCSMC). The process mineralogy of the main products was studied. Using a scanning electron microscope-energy dispersive system (SEM-EDS) and an X-ray spectrometer the mineral category and content of samples were analyzed. By using a mineral liberation analyzer (MLA) the mineral liberation characteristics were revealed. It is shown that in roughing feed the monomers liberation degree of nickel pyrite and chalcopyrite take up 84.11% and 88.82%, respectively. In tailings, the lost nickel pyrite and chalcopyrite are mainly monomers. Therefore, strengthening the micro-fine particle recovery capacity is the key to increase recovery. 展开更多

The effect of L-cysteine in different concentrations on the bioleaching of Ni-Cu sulfide was studied with an extremely thermophilic archaea,Acidianus manzaensis. It is found that adding certain amounts of L-cysteine to the bioleaching system of Ni-Cu sulfide largely enhances the leaching rate. X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns show the change of bioleached solid residues and the effect of L-cysteine on the surface charges of minerals. Zeta potential and IR spectra of mineral surface show that the interaction between L-cysteine and mineral leads to the formation of metal complex,which is propitious to the bioleaching of Ni-Cu sulfide by Acidianus manzaensis. 展开更多

To efficiently co-extract Ni and Cu from low-grade nickel-copper sulfide ore,chlorination roasting with NH;Cl followed by a water leaching process was investigated.The results show that 98.4%Ni and 98.5%Cu can be synchronously extracted when the ore particle size is 75-80μm,the roasting time is 2 h,the mass ratio of NH;Cl to ore is 1.6:1 and the roasting temperature is 550°C.The evolution behavior of various minerals was elucidated using X-ray diffraction(XRD)coupled with scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The kinetics of the chlorination process based on the differential thermal and thermogravimetric analysis(DTA-TG)data was analyzed by Kissinger method and Flynn-Wall-Ozawa(FWO)method.The chlorination process of low-grade nickel-copper sulfide ore mainly contains two stages:the decomposition of NH;Cl and the chlorination of ore.The maximum apparent activation energies(Ea)at two stages are determined to be 114.8 and 144.6 kJ/mol,respectively.The condensed product of exhaust gas is determined to be ammonium chloride,which can be recycled as the reactant again,making the process economic and clean. 展开更多

The Wadi Bayhan mafic-uhramafic intrusions associated with magmatic PGE-bearing Cu-Ni sulphide deposit are located in the south margin of the Arabian-Nubian Shield, SW Yemen. The intrusions consist of du- nite, olivine-pyroxenite, lherzolite, hornblendite, gabbro and gabbronorite. The dunite and lherzolite are the main host rock for the Cu-Ni ores. The new data of the chemical compositions of the rocks have SiO2 (50% - 53.6% ), AI203 (0-32%) and MgO (4%-28%), and relatively low TiO2 (0-3.2%) and K2 0 + Na20 (0. 04% - 5.2% ). The geochemical characteristics indicate that the parental magma is high-magnesium tholeiitic. Sulfur had reached saturation and immiscible sulfides droplets segregated from silicate magmas before their emplacement. 展开更多

The platinum-group element geochemistry of rocks and ores from Jinchuan super-large copper-nickel sulfide deposit is systemically studied in this paper. The Cu/Pd mean ratio of Jinchuan intrusion is lower than that of original mantle magma, which indicates that these ultrabasic rocks were crystallized from magma that lost Pd in the form of melting segregation of sulfides. The PGE of the rocks show trend of partial melting, similar to that of mantle peridotite, which shows that magma formation occurs during rock-forming and ore-forming processes. The chondrite normalized PGE patterns of the rocks and ores are well related to each other, which signifies the signatures of multi-episode magmatic intrusion, melting and differentiation in the formation processes of rocks and ores. In addition, analyses about the relation between PGE and S, and study on Re-Os isotopes indicate that few contamination of the crustal substances occurred during the magmatic intrusion and the formation of deposit. However, contamination by crustal substances helps to supply part of the S for the enrichment of PGE. Meanwhile, the hydrothermal process is also advantageous for the enrichment of PGE, especially lbr Pt and Pd, due to deep melting segregation. The characteristic parameters (such as Pt/(Pt+Pd), (Pt+Pd)/(Ru+Ir+Os), Pd/Ir, Cu/(Ni+Cu), and so on.) for platinum-group elements for Jinchuan sulfide copper-nickel deposit show the same features as those for sulfide copper-nickel deposit related to basic magma, which also illustrates its original magma property representative of Mg-high tholeiite. Therefore, it is the marie (not ultramafic) magma that resulted in the formation of the superlarge sulfide copper-nickel deposit enriched in Cu and PGE. To sum up, the geochemical characteristics of platinum-group elements in rocks and ores from Jinchuan copper-nickel sulfide deposit are constrained by the continental rift tectonic environment, the parent magma features, the enriched mantel magma source, the complex metallogenesis and PGE geochemical signatures, and this would be rather significant for the study about the genetic mechanism of copper-nickel sulfide deposits. 展开更多

In this paper, a novel electrically conductive alumina/nano-carbon network (NCN) composite material was used as an electro- catalyst carrier. A NiCu/Al2O3 /NCN composite electrode was prepared by electrodepositing NiCu particles onto the surface of the conductive alumina/NCN composite. Morphology, composition, crystalline structure and electrochemical properties of the NiCu/Al2O3 /NCN composite electrode were investigated. The results showed that NiCu particles can be deposited onto the surface of the alumina/NCN composite by a coelectrodeposition method. NiCu particles in the form of solid solution with face-centered cubic (fcc) structure were relatively uniformly distributed over the carbon layer of the conductive ceramic between alumina grains. As-resulted NiCu/Al2O3 /NCN composite electrode had a remarkably enhanced electrochemical activity and high stabilization for oxygen evolution reaction, which indicated its potential application with enhanced performance to oxygen evolution reaction (OER). Moreover, based on the electrochemical measurement, the mechanism of the OER on the NiCu/Al2O3 /NCN composite electrode was discussed. 展开更多
