针对铝锭合金表面缺陷在形态上不规则、检测效果欠佳的问题,提出了一种基于改进YOLOv5的铝锭合金表面缺陷检测方法。首先,利用Res2Net特征提取网络块替换基线模型中的CSPDarknet53模块,以实现多尺度缺陷的有效检测。其次,在YOLOv5的主... 针对铝锭合金表面缺陷在形态上不规则、检测效果欠佳的问题,提出了一种基于改进YOLOv5的铝锭合金表面缺陷检测方法。首先,利用Res2Net特征提取网络块替换基线模型中的CSPDarknet53模块,以实现多尺度缺陷的有效检测。其次,在YOLOv5的主干网络引入CBAM卷积注意力模块,以增强对缺陷特征的表征能力。最后,使用基于过参数化的重参数化卷积块替代主干和颈部网络的3×3卷积块,以降低模型的推理延时。与传统的目标检测方法进行对比实验,结果表明改进后的方法对缺陷检测的mAP达到75.8%,在检测精度和推理速度上均有显著提升,可很好地满足实际工业生产的任务和需求。 展开更多

In order to improve the quality of clad ingots, diverse physical fields including electromagnetic stirring, power ultrasonic and compound field of ultrasonic and electromagnetic stirring were attempted to prepare clad ingots of 3003/4004 alloys. The solidification structures near the interface in clad ingots were investigated. The experiment results indicate that the solidification structure of 4004 alloy changes from dendritic crystals to petal-like grains when the clad ingot is treated by electromagnetic stirring. With the effect of power ultrasonic, the solidified microstructure of 4004 alloy exhibits the refinement of both primary a(A1) and eutectic silicon. Under the compound field, the primary a(A1) is refined, the morphology of eutectic silicon has a transition from a coarse plate-like form without treatment or thin acicular-like form with power ultrasonic to fine coral-like form. 展开更多

Three-layer composite ingot of 4045/3004/4045 aluminum alloys was prepared by direct-chill semi-continuous casting process,the temperature field distribution near the composite interface,macro-morphology,microstructure and composition distribution of the composite interface were investigated.The results show that semi-solid layer with a certain thickness forms near the interface due to the effect of cooling plate,which ensures successful implementation of casting the composite ingot.Two different aluminum alloys are well bonded metallurgically.The mechanical properties of composite interface were measured,the tensile and shearing strengths of composite interface are 105 and 88 MPa,respectively,which proves that the composite interface is a kind of metallurgical bonding. 展开更多

AA4045/AA3003 cladding billet was prepared by direct chill semi-continuous casting process. The macrostructures, microstructures, temperature distribution, compositions distribution and the mechanical properties at the bonding interface were investigated in detail. The results show that the cladding billet with few defects could be obtained by semi-continuous casting process. At the interface, diffusion layer of about 10μm on average formed between the two alloys due to the diffusion of alloy elements in the temperature range from 596 to 632 °C. From the side of AA4045 to the side of AA3003, the Si content has a trend to decrease, while the Mn content has a trend to increase gradually. Tensile strength of the cladding billet reaches 103.7 MPa, the fractured position is located on the AA3003 side, and the shearing strength is 91.1 MPa, revealing that the two alloys were combined metallurgically by mutual diffusion of alloy elements. 展开更多

In order to investigate the existing form and action mechanism of minor scandium (Sc) and zirconium (Zr) in AI-Cu-Mg alloy, microstructures of Al-4Cu-1Mg-Sc-Zr alloy under different conditions, including states of as-cast, homogenized, hot-rolled, as-solution and natural aged, were observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It is revealed that Sc and Zr are completely dissolved into the supersaturated solid solution in as-cast ingot, but grain refinement is not observed. Coffee-bean-like AI3(Sc, Zr) particles deposit during homogenization of ingot induce an increase in hardness. Al3(Sc, Zr) particles are slightly coarsened in as-solution samples, but they still maintain coherent to matrix, which indicates a high thermal stability of these particles. Good coherency ofAl3(Sc, Zr) particles makes some benefits for inhibiting recrystallization and reserving work-hardening. 展开更多

The actual effective partition coefficients of Mg and Cr in a cross-section of a dendrite arm in a direct-chill(DC)-casting ingot of 7475 aluminum alloy are obtained.Meanwhile,by analyzing the microstructure,the mechanism of the heterogeneous distribution of E(Al_(18)Mg_(3)Cr_(2))dispersoids in this DC ingot is revealed.The results show that the actual effective partition coefficients of Mg and Cr are 0.650 and 1.392,respectively,and they describe the heterogeneous distributions of Mg and Cr along the direction of radius of the cross-section of the dendrite arm of the alloy.After homogenization treatment at 470℃ for 24 h,Mg diffuses uniformly,but Cr hardly diffuses.Both the concentrations of Mg and Cr and the sites of heterogeneous nucleation in the alloy are the determinants of the formation of E dispersoids simultaneously.The heat treatment at 250℃ for 72 h provides a large number of the sites of heterogeneous nucleation of the formation of fine E dispersoids that will be formed in the center of the cross-section during the subsequent heat treatment at higher temperature. 展开更多

Effect of ultrasonic power and casting speed on solidification structure of 7050 aluminum alloy ingot in ultrasonic field 被引量:20

With the experiment and finite element simulation, the influences of power ultrasonic on the solidification structure of 7050 aluminum alloy ingot in semi-continuous casting were researched, and the effects of casting speed on solidification structure in ultrasonic field were also analyzed. The experiment and simulation results show that the solidification structure of the ingot is homogeneously distributed, and its grain size is obviously refined at ultrasonic power of 240 W. The average grain sizes, which can be seen from the Leica microscope, are less than 100 μm. When the casting speed is 45-50 mm/min, the best grain refinement is obtained. 展开更多
