针对普立特大桥普立岸隧道式锚碇围岩系统的变形规律及破坏机制问题,采用有限差分法对其进行三维弹塑性模拟,分析了随着荷载的增加系统的塑性区、位移及应力的发展情况.数值结果表明:1设计缆力时,锚碇-围岩系统的位移均维持在mm级;继续... 针对普立特大桥普立岸隧道式锚碇围岩系统的变形规律及破坏机制问题,采用有限差分法对其进行三维弹塑性模拟,分析了随着荷载的增加系统的塑性区、位移及应力的发展情况.数值结果表明:1设计缆力时,锚碇-围岩系统的位移均维持在mm级;继续加载,锚碇和周围岩体的位移形成的驼峰逐渐明显;至极限状态时,根据锚碇围岩的位移矢量图可勾勒出围岩的破坏范围,其中锚碇上、下部围岩的破坏范围分别为锚碇后锚面宽度的1.1倍和0.5倍;2系统在设计缆力下具有足够的安全稳定性,加载至8倍缆力时,锚碇的环向和径向的围岩塑性区均达到贯通,加载至极限状态时,锚碇周围岩体的塑性区分布形态呈倒塞体状;3根据监测点的位移变化、锚碇围岩塑性区分布及应力扩展情况得到,系统的破坏由锚碇带动周边部分岩体发生整体拉-剪破坏. 展开更多

一巷多用是实现保护层、被保护层瓦斯联合治理和降低治理成本,提高治理质量和速度的有效途径,但巷道不可避免地要经受多个工作面重复采动影响,围岩变形极为剧烈。为解决深部高应力与多重采动应力协同作用下巷道围岩的大变形难题,以淮南... 一巷多用是实现保护层、被保护层瓦斯联合治理和降低治理成本,提高治理质量和速度的有效途径,但巷道不可避免地要经受多个工作面重复采动影响,围岩变形极为剧烈。为解决深部高应力与多重采动应力协同作用下巷道围岩的大变形难题,以淮南矿区潘三矿17181(1)瓦斯综合治理巷为工程背景,采用地应力测试分析,围岩力学性质测试,钻孔窥视等地质力学评估方法,研究并应用了一巷多用条件下巷道围岩重构及大变形控制系列关键技术。采用孔壁注浆锚索同步实现了采动影响后顶板围岩注浆重构及锚索内锚破坏后的再次锚固;采用叶片式搅拌锚索使锚固剂各组分充分混合,内锚强度及可靠性显著提升;采用高强度、高刚度箱型梁使锚索组合构件承载能力较14号槽钢梁提高8倍以上。工程应用结果表明,试验巷道经受住了邻近两工作面的双重采动影响,并为邻近第3个工作面的瓦斯抽采创造了有利条件,实现了巷道的多功能化,整体节约成本1300余万元,技术经济效益显著。 展开更多

The first topic discussed in this paper is to evaluate the present supporting theories,among which the typical two are collapse arch and elasto-plastic theories. The former is rather limited in practical application,and the latter is built up on some assumptions which is inconsis-tent with the reality,for it is of no need to support a roadway of which the surrounding rock is in elasto-plastic state. The second topic is to prove the objective existence of the broken zone in surrounding rock(BZSR) by a series of laboratory experiments and field measurements. The paper indicates that the object to be supported mainly is the bulking or expanding force resulted from the development of BZSR. This is remarkably different from the existing points of view which have been generally recognized nowadays. So far ,this theory has been tested in supporting more than ten thousand meters roadways located in various strata and has proved itself to have a great technoeconomical benefit. 展开更多

In order to obtain space-time coupling relationship of anchor-cable to improve supporting effect for deep coal mine rock roadway, FLAC3D was used to investigate into mechanical characteristics of the roadway whose crosssection shape was vertical wall and semi-circular arch when the roadway was supported by bolts and metal mesh. The results show that the extent of stress concentrations, the range failure zone, and the deformation at the roof center and two spandrels of roadway are greater than those at other positions, except at the floor. The reasonable positions of anchor-cable supporting are the roof center and two spandrels of roadway. The anchor-cable should be installed at good time with bolts supporting after roadway driving be- cause it can improve the stress states of deep surrounding rock around the roadway and control the roadway deformation effec- tively. The engineering practice has proven that the sustained deformation of deep surrounding rocks is effectively controlled when the anchor-cable supporting is adopted at reasonable positions of the roadway at good time. 展开更多

The determined incremental cohesion △Cm is subiected to the model test and field measurement in the references, and coincides well with those tested results. Having been put into practice, it is proved that the scheme is both successful and rational. According to the tensile failure of rock bolt in weakly cemented soft rock, this paper presents a new segmented anchoring style in order to weaken the cumulative effect of anchoring force associated with the large deformation. Firstly, a segmented mechanical model was established in which free and anchoring section of rock bolt were respectively arranged in different deformation zones. Then, stress and displacement in elastic non-anchoring zone, elastic anchoring zone, elastic sticking zone, softening sticking zone and broken zone were derived respectively based on neural theory and tri-linear strain softening constitutive model of soft rock. Results show that the anchoring effect can be characterized by a supporting parameter b. With its increase, the peak value of tangential stress gradually moves to the roadway wall, and the radial stress significantly increases, which means the decrease of equivalent plastic zone and improvement of confining effect provided by anchorage body. When b increases to 0.72, the equivalent plastic zone disappears, and stresses tend to be the elastic solutions. In addition, the anchoring effect on the displacement of surrounding rock can be quantified by a normalization factor δ. 展开更多

This paper presents a design concept and acceptance test application procedure for a deep pit protection structure. The structure is intended for use in the construction of three underground levels of a residential building: A, B, C and D, located in Block 10C, Budva, Montenegro. The anchored wall will consist of non-gravity cantilevered walls with three levels of ground anchors. Non-gravity cantilevered walls employ continuous walls constructed in slurry trenches (i.e., slurry (diaphragm) walls), e.g., vertical elements that are drilled to depths below the finished excavation grade. For those non-gravity cantilevered walls, support is provided through the shear and bending stiffness of the vertical wall elements and passive resistance from the soil below the finished excavation grade. Anchored wall support relies on these components as well as lateral resistance provided by the ground anchors to resist horizontal pressures (e.g., earth, water and external loads) acting on the wall. The anchored wall analyzed in this paper will be recommended for use as a temporary supporting structure necessary for the excavation and erection of the underground structure. The design life of the temporary ground anchors is two years. Dynamic loads are not considered in this analysis. 展开更多

Based on the characteristics of surrounding rocks for deeply inclined roadway affected by argillation and water seepage, a structure model of layer crack plate was established to analyze the shear sliding instability mechanism. Through solid mechanics analysis of anchored surrounding rock with defect from water seepage, combined with numerical analysis for instability mechanism under water seepage in deeply inclined roadway, key factors were proposed. Results show that with increasing height of layer crack plate, lateral buckling critical load value for high wall of the roadway decreases; there is a multistage distribution for tensile stress along the anchor bolt with defect under pulling state condition;groundwater seepage seriously affects the strength of surrounding rock of the roadway, to some extent the plastic zone of the high side rises up to 8 m. Finally some support strategies were proposed for the inclined roadway and successfully applied to Haoyuan coal mine in Tiela mining area,western China. 展开更多

This paper expounds the two main features of roadway in soft rock, i.e., great deformation of surrounding rock and remarkable rheological deformation. Furthermore, on the basis of analyzing physico chemical component of surrounding rock and the situation of the damaged roadway, the method of adopting strong bolting and shotcreting mesh for the primary support, bolting and grouting for the secondary support is put forward in light of the on the spot investigation of stress tension, mechanical parameter and engineering geology. The application reveals the method facilitates the continuation of west main roadway and the restoration of shaft station and chambers.
