The title metal-organic framework, [Cd3(L)2(cis-1,4-chdc)2(trans-1,4-chdc)] (1, L=2-(4-fluorophenyl)-1H-imidazo [4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline, 1,4-H2chdc=1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized under hydrothermal condition and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a=0.851 71(17) nm, b=1.199 9(2) nm, c=1.521 4(3) nm, α=68.13(3)°, β=79.48(3)°, γ=82.32(3)°, V=1.415 0(5) nm3, Z=1, C62H52Cd3F2N8O12, Mr=1 476.32, Dc=1.732 g·cm-3, F(000)=738, μ(Mo Kα)=1.197 mm-1, R=0.067 6 and wR=0.135 4. The cis-1,4-chdc2- ligands bridge the Cd(Ⅱ) cations to form a trinuclear Cd(Ⅱ) based double chain along the a axis. Further, the trans-chdc2- ligands link the adjacent double chains to yield an interesting two-dimensional network. The L ligands are attached on both sides of the layers. 展开更多

硒化镉量子点具有随粒径尺寸改变,而产生发光波长调变的特性,目前已被广泛研究。本研究是由化学溶胶法合成不同粒径尺寸的核壳型CdSe/ZnS硒化镉量子点,其表面包覆十六烷基胺,避免分子团聚现象。在由硒化镉成核温度的控制,成功地制备一... 硒化镉量子点具有随粒径尺寸改变,而产生发光波长调变的特性,目前已被广泛研究。本研究是由化学溶胶法合成不同粒径尺寸的核壳型CdSe/ZnS硒化镉量子点,其表面包覆十六烷基胺,避免分子团聚现象。在由硒化镉成核温度的控制,成功地制备一系列具有各种尺寸粒径的核壳型硒化镉量子点(2~6nm)。本研究也合成了含有纳米金粒子于核壳型硒化镉量子点,实验结果发现:硒化镉发光效率明显的提高。在有机发光器件的应用方面,将发光波长为505nm核壳型CdSe/ZnS量子点掺入溶有发光波长为570nm铱化合物的氯仿溶液时,其溶液的光致发光光谱表明,原量子点的发光特性消失,只有铱化合物的发光依然存在,且其发光强度呈现明显增强趋势,我们推测此现象源自于量子点到铱化合物能量转移的机制。我们也以含有核壳型硒化镉量子点的铱化合物与PVK混合材料为发光层,成功的制作发光二极管器件,器件的发光效率因核壳型硒化镉的掺杂,明显提高2倍多。 展开更多

A novel complex [Cd2(phen)4(fca)2](ClO4)2(H2O)2 (fca = dianion of 3-ferrocenyl- 2-crotonic acid, phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P?with a = 11.6297(5), b = 12.5165(5), c = 13.8986(6) ? a = 63.345(1), b = 87.747(1), g = 71.862(1), V = 1706.20(1) ?, Z = 1, Dc = 1.673 g/cm3, F(000) = 868 and m(MoKa) = 1.185 mm-1 (l = 0.71073 ). R = 0.0800 and wR = 0.1793 for 7653 observed reflections (I > 2s(I)). The structure consists of a dinuclear cation [Cd2(phen)4(fca)2]2+, two discrete perchlorate anions and two water molecules. The cationic part of the complex shows a tetrametallic core in which two fca groups act as the (O, O) bridging ligands between two cadmium(Ⅱ) ions with a distorted octahedral environment. A two-dimensional hydrogen-bonded cadmium(II) compound [Cd(dapm)2- (CH3COO)2(H2O)2] (dapm = diaminodiphenylmethane) has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 27.572(3), b = 5.5064(5), c = 23.310(2) , = 124.785(1)o, C15H19Cdo.5ON2O3, Mr =331.52, V = 2906.6(5) ?, Z = 4, Dc = 1.515 g/cm3, F(000) = 1368 and = 0.801 mm-1. The final R = 0.0403 and wR = 0.1014 for 1795 observed reflections with I≥4(I). The centrosymmetric Cd(II) is six- coordinated in a distorted octahedral geometry, and the dapm in a trans mode acts as a monoden- tate ligand. The intermolecular hydrogen bonds among coordinated aqua molecules with coordi- nated acetate oxygen atoms and uncoordinated dapm nitrogen atoms form a two-dimensional supramolecular framework. 展开更多

A versatile DNA recognition system using cadmium sulfide nanoparticles (CdS NPs) as labels was proposed for ultrasensitive detection of specific sequence DNA based on target recycling. This strategy utilized the magnetic particles (MNPs) for the immobilization of linker DNA and CdS NPs and the subsequent target DNA hybridization. Using the unique characteristic of nicking endonuclease for cutting one specific strand of double strand DNA (ds DNA), the linker DNA could be transected and the target DNA could be liberated for re-hybridization and hence the amount of released CdS NPs was enhanced. Due to the advantage of the MNPs and signal amplification from the target recycling, the analyte DNA could be detected by the square-wave stripping voltammetry (SWV) in a wide linear range from 0.4 fM to 100 fM with the detection limit down to 0.08 fM. The proposed DNA detection strategy possesses high sensitivity, satisfactory reproducibility and excellent stability, which might have potential in other DNA biological assays. 展开更多
