The rule of law construction of the Yangtze River Delta Experimental Free Trade Zone takes Shanghai as the priority reform demonstration area, and Zhejiang, Jiangsu and Anhui steadily establish experimental free trade zones based on their own unique positioning in light of Shanghai’s experience, with a view to forming a new platform for linkage and innovation of experimental free trade zones in the Yangtze River Delta region. However, in the integration process, there are problems such as the lack of legitimacy of the negative authorization legislation model, ambiguous judicial guarantees, and insufficient linkage of the rule of law. The integration construction of the rule of law in the Yangtze River Delta Free Trade Experimental Zone should start the legislative synergy of the Yangtze River Delta Region Free Trade Experimental Zone in due course, enhance the judicial guarantee of the Yangtze River Delta Region Free Trade Zone, and guarantee the normalization of the exchange and cooperation of legal business in Yangtze River Delta Free Trade Zone.展开更多
