通长预拉杆自复位PEC柱组合框架中间层抗震性能试验研究 被引量:1

考虑部分包裹混凝土(partial encased concrete,PEC)柱截面形式和辅助耗能元件类型两个设计参数,设计制作了3榀PEC柱-钢梁通长预拉杆自复位连接组合框架中间层子结构1∶2缩尺试件并进行水平往复荷载试验。通过试验现象和实测数据整理,... 考虑部分包裹混凝土(partial encased concrete,PEC)柱截面形式和辅助耗能元件类型两个设计参数,设计制作了3榀PEC柱-钢梁通长预拉杆自复位连接组合框架中间层子结构1∶2缩尺试件并进行水平往复荷载试验。通过试验现象和实测数据整理,从滞回特性、抗侧刚度、复位能力与耗能性能等方面进行分析。结果显示:合理设计T形件上长圆孔尺寸可实现“中震作用下利用辅助耗能元件提供耗能,而大震作用下连接转换为承压型传力模式而进一步发挥主体构件力学性能”的性能化部分自复位连接设计理念;PEC柱截面形式决定PEC柱本身抗侧刚度,从而影响自复位连接力学发展进程,而耗能元件类型仅改变耗能方式与发展进程;自复位连接的消压弯矩和开始耗能弯矩比值(Ma/Mb)是影响试件卸载后复位能力的关键因素;节点部位加强板设置增强了节点区混凝土约束,且连接构造促使节点区混凝土斜压带传力模式的形成,节点区刚度增大,抗剪能力提高;所有试件加载侧移达到2%(框架结构设计地震对应层间侧移限值)时,层间卸载后残余侧移不大于0.17%,甚至加载侧移达到3.5%(框架结构大震对应层间侧移限值)时,层间卸载后残余侧移不超过0.27%,即所有试件中间层均具有良好的复位能力。 展开更多

Semi-solid squeeze casting(SSSC) and liquid squeeze casting(LSC) processes were used to fabricate a ZL104 connecting rod, and the influences of the process parameters on the microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated. Results showed that the tensile strength and elongation of the SSSC-fabricated rod were improved by 22% and 17%, respectively, compared with those of the LSC-fabricated rod. For SSSC, the average particle size(APS) and the shape factor(SF) increased with the increase of re-melting temperature(Tr), whereas the tensile strength and elongation increased first and then decreased. The APS increased with increasing the mold temperature(Tm), whereas the SF increased initially and then decreased, which caused the tensile strength and elongation to increase initially and then decrease. The APS decreased and the SF increased as squeezing pressure(ps) increased, and the mechanical properties were enhanced. Moreover, the optimal Tr, ps and Tm are 848 K, 100 MPa and 523 K, respectively. 展开更多

Due to the influence of mining disturbance stress,it is of great significance to better understand the bearing characteristics of fully grouted bolts under different pull-out loading rates.For this purpose,a series of laboratory pull-out tests were conducted to comprehensively investigate the effects of different pull-out loading rates on the mechanical performance and failure characteristics of fully grouted bolts.The results show that the mechanical performance of the anchored specimen presents obvious loading rate dependence and shear enhancement characteristics.With the increase of the pull-out loading rates,the maximum pull-out load increases,the displacement and time corresponding to the maximum pull-out load decrease.The accumulated acoustic emission(AE)counts,AE energy and AE events all decrease with the increase of the pull-out loading rates.The AE peak frequency has obvious divisional distribution characteristics and the amplitude is mainly distributed between 50-80 dB.With the increase of the pull-out loading rates,the local strain of the anchoring interface increases and the failure of the anchoring interface transfers to the interior of the resin grout.The accumulated AE counts are used to evaluate the damage parameter of the anchoring interface during the whole pull-out process.The analytical results are in good agreement with the experimental results.The research results may provide guidance for the support design and performance monitoring of fully grouted bolts. 展开更多
