目的探讨适形调强放疗(IMRT)与容积弧形调强(RapidArC)在肝门胆管细胞癌的剂量学差异。方法选取10例行肝门胆管细胞癌的CT图像,分别做IMRT和Rapid Ar C两种放疗技术。结合两种放疗计划的剂量-体积直方图(DVH),对比两种计划靶区剂量分布...目的探讨适形调强放疗(IMRT)与容积弧形调强(RapidArC)在肝门胆管细胞癌的剂量学差异。方法选取10例行肝门胆管细胞癌的CT图像,分别做IMRT和Rapid Ar C两种放疗技术。结合两种放疗计划的剂量-体积直方图(DVH),对比两种计划靶区剂量分布的均匀性、适形度及靶区剂量分布和危机器官受量、机器跳数、治疗时间。结果与IMRT相比,Rapid Arc的靶区适形度较高,均匀性、靶区剂量分布及危机器官的受量比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),Rapid Arc低剂量区域体积(30 Gy的组织体积)、机器跳数、中位治疗时间均较少。结论在肝门胆管细胞癌放疗剂量学分析中,两种放疗计划均能达到靶区剂量要求及危机器官的保护,且Rapid Arc的适形度治疗时间、机器跳数均优于IMRT。展开更多
