Constrained least squares algorithm for channel vector estimation in 2-D RAKE receiver

Based on the fact that the variation of tile direction of arrival (DOA) isslower than that of the channel fading, the steering vector of the desired signal is estimatedfirstly using a subspace decomposition method and then a constrained condition is configured.Traffic signals are further employed to estimate the channel vector based on the constrained leastsquares criterion. We use the iterative least squares with projection (ILSP) algorithm initializedby the pilot to get the estimation. The accuracy of channel estimation and symbol detection can beprogressively increased through the iteration procedure of the ILSP algorithm. Simulation resultsdemonstrate that the proposed algorithm improves the system performance effectively compared withthe conventional 2-D RAKE receiver. 展开更多

Soren Kierkegaard's (1962) work from the late 19th century helped a multitude of theologians re-evaluate their understanding of the New Testament (1992) and influenced many in the realm of philosophy in the opening half of the 20th century. It is possible that his work could shed new light on our understanding of the Controversy Sections in the Gospels between Jesus and the Pharisees. Kierkegaard's attempt to help those caught in "Christendom" move to "Christianity" will be compared with the "Gospel of Luke"'s presentation of Jesus attempting to move the Pharisees to true faith. Structural Analysis, an adaptation of Form Criticism, will be employed to demonstrate that the Gospel's presentation of Jesus' approach to the Religiously Secure parallels that of Kierkegaard 展开更多

To solve fast channel variations induced by the mobility of the vehicles and achieve effective and reliable vehicular communications,the non-orthogonal multiple access is applied to the vehicle to vehicle(V2V)pairs underlaid vehicle to infrastructure(V2I)users to solve the downlink resource allocation.A geographic position-based clustering algorithm for V2V users is proposed.The base station preassigns the channel resources and the Kuhn-Munkres algorithm is used to complete the channel assignment.Then,the verified particle swarm optimization(PSO)is adopted to achieve the optimal power allocation.The simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the existing device to device(D2D)mechanism by improving the network connectivity,spectrum efficiency and data transmission rate. 展开更多

New digital technologies, especially new communication networks connected within the internet, are becoming increasingly more important as tools for management, information distribution, and as radically new models of cultural production. This paper takes a deep look at the Tosakan Project, a community project in Saraburi province, Thailand. This project combines concepts of folk media, digital storytelling, and the participatory model of Web 2.0 in order to solve community problems. Herein, it is shown how diverse groups in this community project work together using social network channels such as Facebook and Line to digitally tell folk stories through videos and disseminate the content to a wider audience via Facebook and other digital sharing outlets such as YouTube. 展开更多
