间置物关节成形与关节重建修复颞下颌关节强直效果功能的Meta分析 被引量:2

背景:目前,国内外关于研究间置物关节成形术与关节重建术治疗颞下颌关节强直的文献不多,结论各异,疗效存在争议。目的:系统评价颞下颌关节强直患者行间置物关节成形与关节重建的疗效。方法:计算机检索维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据... 背景:目前,国内外关于研究间置物关节成形术与关节重建术治疗颞下颌关节强直的文献不多,结论各异,疗效存在争议。目的:系统评价颞下颌关节强直患者行间置物关节成形与关节重建的疗效。方法:计算机检索维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、Ovid、Embase、Clinical Evidence、Cochrance图书馆等,并且结合手工检索。收集2015年12月以前国内外公开发表的间置物关节成形术与关节重建术治疗颞下颌关节强直疗效的临床对照研究。按照纳入标准和排除标准进行筛选文献并对其进行质量评价。运用Stata13.1软件对最大张口度和复发率进行Meta分析。结果与结论:(1)纳入文献:15篇;(2)最大张口度指标:总合并结果为MD=0.99,95%CI:(-1.43,3.40),Z=0.80,P=0.424,I2=73.9%;对其亚组分析结果显示,颞肌筋膜瓣组与肋骨肋软骨移植组:MD=0.84,95%CI:(-1.94,3.63),Z=0.59,P=0.553,I2=82.2%;其他材料组:MD=2.08,95%CI:(-3.03,7.19),Z=0.80,P=0.426,I2=0.0%;(3)复发率指标结果:为OR=1.13,95%CI:(0.59,2.15),Z=0.36,P=0.721,I2=0.0%;(4)Egger检验和Begg检验结果:均显示不存在发表偏倚;(5)敏感度检验结果显示:所纳入的研究对Meta分析合并效应量无明显影响,Meta分析结果稳健;(6)分析结果提示:应用间置物关节成形与关节重建治疗颞下颌关节强直患者,修复后最大张口度和复发率方面效果等同。受纳入研究数量和质量所限,所得结论尚需开展更多高质量研究予以验证。 展开更多

背景:目前,国内外关于裂隙关节成形术与间置物关节成形术修复颞下颌关节强直的文献不多,结论各异,疗效存在争议。目的:评价颞下颌关节强直患者行裂隙关节成形术与间置物关节成形术的疗效及预后。方法:通过计算机检索万方数据库、维普中... 背景:目前,国内外关于裂隙关节成形术与间置物关节成形术修复颞下颌关节强直的文献不多,结论各异,疗效存在争议。目的:评价颞下颌关节强直患者行裂隙关节成形术与间置物关节成形术的疗效及预后。方法:通过计算机检索万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、Pub Med数据库、Ovid、Embase、Clinical Evidence、Cochrance图书馆等,结合手工检索搜集2015年10月以前国内外公开发表的比较两种术式治疗颞下颌关节强直术后最大张口度和(或)复发率的临床对照研究。根据异质性检验结果,最大张口度指标采用随机效应模式,并以间置材料不同,分颞肌筋膜瓣组和其他材料组进行亚组分析,计算MD及95%CI;复发率指标采用固定效应模式,计算OR及95%CI。结果与结论:(1)按照纳入标准和排除标准,最终纳入文献18篇,共999例患者,裂隙关节成形术和间置物关节成形术分别为656例和343例;(2)Meta分析最大张口度指标总合并结果为MD=-1.85,95%CI:(-3.15,-0.55),Z=2.80,P=0.005,I^2=55.4%;其中亚组分析示颞肌筋膜瓣组:MD=-0.94,95%CI:(-1.84,-0.04),Z=2.05,P=0.040,I^2=0.0%;其他材料组:MD=-3.36,95%CI:(-6.66,-0.66),Z=2.39,P=0.017,I2=67.0%;(3)Meta分析复发率指标结果为OR=1.38,95%CI:(0.87,2.17),Z=1.37,P=0.170,I^2=14.9%;(4)Egger检验示纳入的文献不存在发表偏倚;(5)敏感度检验示在复发率指标中,有一项研究对Meta分析总合并效应量结果有一定的影响,其余Meta分析结果稳健;(6)结果表明,相比裂隙关节成形术,间置物关节成形术明显增加颞下颌关节强直患者术后张口度,但是两种术式的复发率相当。受纳入研究数量和质量所限,上述结论尚需开展更多高质量研究予以验证。 展开更多

A promising bacterial strain for the biodegradation of Microcystins(MCs)was isolated from Dianchi lake in China and identified as Sphingopyxis sp.USTB-05 by the analysis of 16s rDNA.Initial MC-RR of 42.3 mg·L -1 was completely degraded by USTB-05 within 36 h,which was a relatively high biodegradation rate of MC-RR.With the cell-free extract(CE)of Sphingopyxis sp.USTB-05,MC-RR was biodegraded at a more rapid biodegradation rate compared with its strain,so that initial MC-RR of 42.3 mg·L -1 was completely biodegraded within 10 h.During the bio-reaction of MC-RR catalyzed by CE,two intermediate metabolites and a dead-end product of MC-RR were observed on HPLC profiles and all of them had similar scanning profiles in the wavelength from 200 to 300 nm,indicating that the group of Adda in all products of MC-RR remained intact. 展开更多

Cells are stretched at 1500 με for 24 hours. The responses of osteoblasts to mechanical signal of physiological stretching are evaluated from three aspects: collagen production, extracellular inorganic calcium secretion and ALP activity. The results show that osteoblasts decrease the collagen synthesis, calcium secretion and ALP activity compared to the control cells (65.82%,73.51%,48.10% respectively), confirming that cyclic stretching at 1500 με inhabits the physiological activity of osteoblasts. 展开更多

The art of cricket bowling is complex and arduous owing to the run-up and ball release time energy requirement to achieve speed and variations. Therefore, human bowlers cannot bowl for extended periods and numerous mechanical bowling machines have been built to help batsmen improve their skills during practice sessions. However, most of these existing machines are designed for spherical balls ignoring the distinguishing physical feature of a cricket ball: the raised equatorial seam, which makes it less of a sphere. The bowlers are known to often benefit from this seam in their pursuit to taking the batsmen's wicket by imparting swing, spin and bounce variations along-with other bowling variables. This lack of the seam consideration creates a void between human and mechanical bowling. In this work, we present design and development of an automatic bowling machine termed as ROBOWLER to make mechanical bowling more realistic. This machine ensures ball seam position as well as fulfills other constraints. Ball pitching and seam position accuracy results underscore the suitability of this design to enhance the capabilities of mechanical bowling. 展开更多

The visual and aesthetic aspects of any object are defined by its color, texture, line, and form as well as compositional reference elements such as scale and spatial location in the three-dimensional context. Different methodologies have been developed to conduct visual assessments, based on analyses of the physical, aesthetic, and psychological attributes of the landscape. In this study, relationships between tourism buildings and the environment were analyzed across the perceived landscape and main shopping streets in terms of their color, texture, line and form, scale, and spatial location. Photographic-based questionnaires were administered in Kemer (near Antalya, Turkey) and Knokke (near Brugge, Belgium). In each location, 30 photographs taken of the coast and principal shopping streets were shown to 100 respondents of different ages, educational backgrounds, and nationalities. Two questions were then asked regarding the visual relationships in the photographs. Six questions regarding socioeconomic characteristics of the respondents were also asked. In both locations, the respondents preferred natural landscapes with few structures, and tourist resorts characterized by small, low-rise, and traditional buildings. The results of this study may provide suggestions for building and landscape architects about how to successfully integrate tourism buildings into the landscape 展开更多

The China Seismo-Electromagnetic Satellite(CSES) mission was proposed in 2003 and approved in 2013 after ten years' scientific and engineering demonstrations. To meet the requirement of scientific objectives, the satellite is designed to be in a sunsynchronous orbit with an altitude of 507 km and descending node time of 14:00 LT. The CSES satellite carries 8 instruments,including search-coil magnetometer(SCM), electric field detector(EFD), high precision magnetometer(HPM), GNSS occultation receiver(GOR), plasma analyzer package(PAP), langmuir probe(LAP), high energetic particle package(HEPP) and detector(HEPD), and tri-band beacon(TBB), among which HEPD is provided by Italian Space Agency. The CSES satellite was launched successfully on February 2, 2018, and is planned to operate for 5 years. The CSES mission is the first satellite in China to measure geophysical fields, which will have a lot of application prospects in the study of seismology, geophysics, space sciences, and so on. 展开更多
