基于熵权法的闻泰科技财务绩效评价研究

This article takes the leveraged acquisition of Anshi Group by Wentai Technology as an example to analyze the motives behind Wentai Technology's acquisition of Anshi Group and the financial effects after the acquisition. Finally, the conclusions are as follows: 1) continuously expanding production capacity can drive performance growth;2) policies boost development and enhance market competitiveness. Through this acquisition, Wentai Technology has realized the strategic control of Anshi Group, a world-renowned semiconductor, thus significantly enhancing its position and influence in the global semiconductor industry chain.
