目的初步探索系统阅片法在提高本科实习生识别急性缺血性脑卒中能力中的作用。方法获得受试者知情同意后,纳入在新疆医科大学第一附属医院影像中心实习的同一年级本科生40名作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组20人,试验组进行为... 目的初步探索系统阅片法在提高本科实习生识别急性缺血性脑卒中能力中的作用。方法获得受试者知情同意后,纳入在新疆医科大学第一附属医院影像中心实习的同一年级本科生40名作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组20人,试验组进行为期1周的系统阅片法的学习,对照组不接受系统阅片法学习;选取2019年1月-2019年12月临床急救中心可疑为脑卒中的头颅CT图像100例,由两组实习生同时进行阅片,并写出诊断结果;金标准为头颅磁共振常规图像及功能DWI图像;对两组诊断敏感性、特异性及诊断符合率进行比较,试验组分别为87.88%、89.26%、88.50%,对照组分别为78.57%、72.37%、75.80%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果两组阅片结果显示,试验组诊断的敏感性、特异性及符合率均高于对照组,两组间诊断结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统阅片法可以提高急性缺血性脑卒中诊断的准确率,有助于本科实习生养成有序的阅片习惯,提高本科实习生脑部CT阅片能力,降低医疗事故和延误诊断的发生。 展开更多

目的分析三维重建CT阅片法在耳鼻咽喉科临床带教中的价值。方法在该院耳鼻咽喉科科室中选取2018年5月—2019年5月共60名实习医生作为此次研究对象,随机将其对半分为两组,即对照组和实验组,每组30名。对照组实习医生采用常规教学方法,实... 目的分析三维重建CT阅片法在耳鼻咽喉科临床带教中的价值。方法在该院耳鼻咽喉科科室中选取2018年5月—2019年5月共60名实习医生作为此次研究对象,随机将其对半分为两组,即对照组和实验组,每组30名。对照组实习医生采用常规教学方法,实验组肾内科护生采取三维重建CT阅片法。比较两组实习医生的考核成绩,比较实习医生对教学方法的满意度。分析其教学要点及其结果。结果实验组耳鼻咽喉科实习医生的理论成绩、CT阅片成绩、病历书写成绩均高于对照组实习医生,差异有统计学意义(t=8.670、7.210、8.950,P<0.05);实验组实习医生的满意度高于对照组实习医生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在耳鼻咽喉科科室中采用三维重建CT阅片法对实习医生进行教学,可以提高实习医生的考核成绩和相应技能,提高实习医生对教学方式的满意度,三维重建CT阅片法在临床中对耳鼻咽喉科实习医生的带教中具有推广价值。 展开更多

采用CCD摄像机采集高速公路场景图像,并通过图像颜色空间变换,将图像的RGB量值转换为色度-饱和度-亮度(HSV)量值。采用基于阈值的方法对场景图像中颜色饱和度分量进行二值化分割处理;利用场景二值化图像形状特征(周长、形状参数、圆形... 采用CCD摄像机采集高速公路场景图像,并通过图像颜色空间变换,将图像的RGB量值转换为色度-饱和度-亮度(HSV)量值。采用基于阈值的方法对场景图像中颜色饱和度分量进行二值化分割处理;利用场景二值化图像形状特征(周长、形状参数、圆形性参数)去除非目标区域,并通过搜索场景二值化图像方向投影值序列的突变点实现标志准确定位。采用HSV颜色模型中的亮度分量和最佳阈值法对场景图像中标志区域进行二值化处理。结果表明,应用上述方法能取得良好的效果。 展开更多

Considering the primary focus of corrective feedback literature on verbal-correction provided by teachers and lack of attention to the role of other forms of corrective feedback in FL (foreign language) classroom interaction, this paper demonstrates how essential teachers' non-verbal communication and stance display are in making students' errors noticeable for them by providing samples from videotaped data. The findings in this study provide insights into the use of non-verbal behavior in providing students with corrective feedback. This study shows that research dealing only with verbal corrections provided by FL teachers cannot fully define the classroom interaction in terms of teachers' use of error correction techniques and student notification and uptake. 展开更多

The density of modal verbs varies greatly from move to move with significant differences in the frequency of occurrence in different moves. The teaching of English for Science and Technology (EST) is generally regarded as one of the most significant developments in English language pedagogy in recent years. EST is concerned with meeting the specific language needs of learners in various scientific and technological fields. These needs should be taken into consideration when planning and implementing English language courses or specialized courses to students of science and technology. This research is an attempt to investigate some of the problems involved in the teaching and learning of EST and suggest possible solutions. The research will focus on the reading comprehension of scientific and technical texts written in English, the teaching and learning of functional grammar, and the teaching and learning of lexis. These are regarded as some of the most important skills and sub-skills to be acquired by the students of science and technology to help them gain scientific information in English and reach a satisfactory level of achievement in their academic studies. The contention here is that it is in need to adopt a new set of assumptions and criteria specifically relevant to EST instead of employing those of General-English courses being used in the foundation and non-foundation years. This is in line with the basic premise of ESP (English for Special Purpose) and foundation courses which are supposed to prepare students for longer and more difficult tasks in their relevant fields of study. It is hoped that the findings of this research paper will be fruitful and relevant to other ESP courses in addition to those of EST. 展开更多

Such implementation was made possible with the shift from analogue technology to digital technology, the deployment of e-learning in the course instruction, and the shift from teacher-centred learning approach to student-centred learning approach in line with the university's APEX (Accelerated Programme for Excellence) transformation plan. Salinger also portrays many alienated characters in his The catcher in the rye and Nine stories. These alienated characters include children, adolescents and adults. They alienate themselves from dominant social culture, groups and even themselves. According to the analysis of these alienated protagonists from autobiographical and historical perspectives, the root of their alienation lies in the conflict between their searching for the ideal love and the absence of such love in the dominant society.
