运用伏安法研究了表面包膜后的黄铁矿电极的电化学行为。黄铁矿电极在 0 2 0mol/LNa2 SO4 溶液 (pH4 5 )中 ,扫描电势在 0 15~ 0 5 5V (相对于标准氢电极SHE)内 ,无明显的阳极氧化电流出现 ;而当电势大于 0 6 0V时 ,电流呈指数式... 运用伏安法研究了表面包膜后的黄铁矿电极的电化学行为。黄铁矿电极在 0 2 0mol/LNa2 SO4 溶液 (pH4 5 )中 ,扫描电势在 0 15~ 0 5 5V (相对于标准氢电极SHE)内 ,无明显的阳极氧化电流出现 ;而当电势大于 0 6 0V时 ,电流呈指数式的急剧增加 ,作为阳极的黄铁矿电极发生强烈的氧化反应。黄铁矿电极表面经pH 3 ,5和 7的 0 10mol/LH2 O2 与0 0 5 %配合剂混合液成膜处理 2和 6h后 ,电流—电势曲线上的电流明显减小。上述结果表明 ,表面膜有显著抑制黄铁矿氧化的作用 ,但阳极氧化电流不能消失。说明矿石表面形成的难溶膜不能杜绝黄铁矿的氧化 。 展开更多

The anodic layer and oxygen evolution behavior of Pb-Ag-Nd alloy during pulse current polarization and constant current polarization in 160 g/L H2SO4 solution was comparatively investigated by chronopotentiometry, SEM, XRD, EIS and Tafel techniques. The results show that the anodic layer on Pb-Ag-Nd alloy formed through pulse current polarization is more intact and presents fewer micro-holes than that formed through constant current polarization. This could be attributed to the low current density period, which works as a ‘recovery period'. During this period, the oxygen evolution reaction is less intense, which benefits the recovery of porous anodic layer. Pb-Ag-Nd anode also shows a lower anodic potential during pulse current polarization, which is in accordance with its smaller charge transfer resistance and smaller Tafel slope coefficient at high over-potential region. The lower anodic potential could be ascribed to the higher concentration of Pb O2 in the anodic layer, which promotes the formation of more reactive sites for the oxygen evolution reaction. 展开更多

A systematic study was conducted on current efficiency (CE), corrosion and structural changes in SnO2-based inert anodes (made of 96wt%SnO2+2wt%Sb2O3+2wt%CuO) on a laboratory Hall-Heroult aluminium cell. The influence of operating parameters and electrolyte composition on the CE and corrosion process were evaluated. The CE was found to be more than 90% and catastrophic corrosion took place at low percent of Al2O3, high percent of LiF, low cryolite ratio and high current densities. From all the structural changes that took place in the SnO2-based inert anodes, we assumed that the most important contribution was due to the migration of CuO towards the outer limits of the constituent grains of SnO2 based ceramic. The complex process occurred during the formation of various phases and their sintering ability both directly depended on Cu/Sb molar ratio. 展开更多

Boron-doped diamond (BDD) film electrodes using Ta as substrates were employed for anodic oxidation of salicylic acid (SA). The effects of operational variables including initial concentration, current density, temperature and pH were examined. The results showed that BDD films deposited on the Ta substrates had high electrocatalytic activity for SA degradation. There was little effect ofpH on SA degradation. The current efficiency (CE) ,aas fbund to be dependent mainly on the initial SA concentration, current density and temperature. Chemical oxygen demand (COD) was reduced from 830 mg/L to 42 mg/L under a current density of200A/m^2 at 30℃. 展开更多

To degrade the organic compounds in the electroplating wastewater,magnetic field was tentatively introduced into electrocatalytic oxidation on Ti-PbO2 anode.The magnetic field assisted electrocatalytic oxidation can promote anion movement and the generation of active species,resulting more organic compounds to be oxidized and degraded.Oxidation parameters such as treatment time,current density and initial pH of the wastewater were systematically discussed and optimized.The mineralization of organic compounds is improved by over 15% under a magnetic density of 22 mT while the current density is 50 A/m2,pH is 1.8 and the reaction time is 1.5 h.The results indicate that the magnetic field assisted electrocatalytic oxidation has considerable potential in electroplating wastewater treatment. 展开更多
