试论中医“脉络结构”

“脉络结构”分为阳脉系统和阴脉系统，处于经脉末端和肌腠分肉相接触处，主要功能是运行气血，灌注肌腠，脏腑百骸，以供其阴阳气化和新陈代谢。其功能受脏腑阴阳气血调节，局部体现在阴阳二气消长动态平衡调节。脉络结构在人体生理病理、临床用药上都具有重要意义。

本文将张家山汉简《脉书》与马王堆帛书《阴阳十一脉灸经》（甲、乙本）对读,解决其中存在的一些疑难字词问题。

新近出版的《长沙马王堆汉墓简帛集成》,完整公布了马王堆汉墓出土的全部简帛资料。本文据新公布的图版以及张家山汉简的相关资料,对马王堆帛书《阴阳十一脉灸经》和张家山汉简《脉书》中的几处文字提出了新的释读意见。

A new interpretation of TCM pulse diagnosis based on quantum physical model of the human body

Following the quantum theory-based physical model of the human body,a new interpretation of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)principle of"Cunkou reads viscera"is presented.Then,a Gaussian pulse wave model as a solution to the Schrodinger equation is shown to accurately describe 19 different pulse shapes,and to quantitatively capture the degree of YinYang attributes of 13 pulse shapes.Furthermore,the model suggests using pulse depth and strength as leading-order quantity and pulse shape as first-order quantity,to characterize the hierarchical resonance between the human body and the environment.The future pulse informatics will focus on determining an individual’s unique quantum human equilibrium state,and diagnose its health state according to the pulse deviation from its equilibrium state,to truly achieve the high level of TCM:"knowing the normal state and reaching the change".

针刺治疗动眼神经麻痹的临证经验

认为动眼神经麻痹的病机为髓海不足、阳气不荣,胞睑及眼周经筋舒缩不利,目失开阖。目系与髓海相连,与足太阳经、足阳明经、足厥阴经及阴阳跷脉相通,受肝、脾、肾三脏所养。治疗当标本兼顾,以调髓海治本,通经疏络治标,平衡阴阳跷之缓急,运用“根溜注入”旁通诸经、运用头气街疏通经络、运用“维筋相交”调经筋拘急,可为改善动眼神经麻痹的上睑下垂、眼球运动受限等症状提供思路。
