传统采矿方法物理仿真模型制作流程复杂、周期长、成本高,对专业技术能力要求高,大大限制了采矿方法物理模型的普及与推广。3D打印技术作为一种实现三维虚拟模型实体化的新型制造技术,在采矿方法三维模型,尤其是物理模型制作中,具备高... 传统采矿方法物理仿真模型制作流程复杂、周期长、成本高,对专业技术能力要求高,大大限制了采矿方法物理模型的普及与推广。3D打印技术作为一种实现三维虚拟模型实体化的新型制造技术,在采矿方法三维模型,尤其是物理模型制作中,具备高度灵活、制造成本低、周期短等优势。本文开展基于3D打印技术的采矿方法物理模型的制作研究,建立基于3D打印技术的采矿方法模型制作的标准化流程:三维建模、模型改塑、打印输出、组装成型和后期处理,分析基于3D打印技术采矿模型制作的工程结构展示、结构稳定性和模型最佳尺度等关键技术,提出阴模、阳模和阴阳模的概念,通过阴模、阳模和阴阳模相结合、切割、预置连接结构和确定最佳输出尺寸等解决方案,实现采矿方法物理仿真模型的快速制作。本文的研究为空间结构复杂多变的采矿方法模型制作提供了一种新的、可靠的实现手段。 展开更多

Following the quantum theory-based physical model of the human body,a new interpretation of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)principle of"Cunkou reads viscera"is presented.Then,a Gaussian pulse wave model as a solution to the Schrodinger equation is shown to accurately describe 19 different pulse shapes,and to quantitatively capture the degree of YinYang attributes of 13 pulse shapes.Furthermore,the model suggests using pulse depth and strength as leading-order quantity and pulse shape as first-order quantity,to characterize the hierarchical resonance between the human body and the environment.The future pulse informatics will focus on determining an individual’s unique quantum human equilibrium state,and diagnose its health state according to the pulse deviation from its equilibrium state,to truly achieve the high level of TCM:"knowing the normal state and reaching the change". 展开更多

Yoga become modem young people are increasingly keen on sports exercise program, at the same time, as more ferocious originated in India yoga culture, even beyond the native of the popularity of the tai chi culture in China, in view of this kind of social cultural phenomenon, the author think it is necessary to carry out the two of fitness culture contrast research, to more deep understanding from angle of culturology of tai chi chuan and the Indian yoga in development in our country, as well as the similarities and differences of inheritance, development and research of its better to provide theoretical reference. Structure optimization of the dispensing house in a combustion train for a thermal bake-out aluminum reduction cell

The fume bake-out aluminum reduction cell is a novel technology possessing such advantages as easy control for the speed of heating-up, well-distributed temperature, and little cathode and anode oxidation. The key equipment of fume bake-out is a combustion train whose one important part is a dispensing house. This work deals with the numerical model and the flow and temperature fields of the dispensing house, which suggests that uniformity of flow and energy distribution is influenced by the position, shape and direction of the nozzle and cross dimension of dispensing house mainly, but is less influenced by entry speed. The parameters of the dispensing house structure are optimised to satisfy the requirements for a combustion train in fume bake-out, and appropriate dimensions are obtained for a dispensing house structure. 展开更多

This paper develops a physical model describing the Yin-Yang balance in the tai-chi diagram via the melting and freezing processes taking place in a rotating device. First, a physical model is established for a melting and freezing rotating device applied for transferring heat from a heat source to a heat sink. The device consists of two concentric cylinders with a phase change material being filled between them. During the melting process, heat is supplied from the heat source to the device, and the phase change material in the device melts. The melting process is equivalent to yang in the tai-chi diagram. During the freezing process, heat is discharged from the device to the heat sink, and the phase change material in the device freezes. The freezing process is equivalent to yin in the tai- chi diagram. The moving phase boundaries of the melting and freezing processes form two curves, representing the interface curves between the yin and yang in the tai-chi diagram. The variation of the thermal strength in the heat source and heat sink represents the variation of the yin -yang balance in the tai-chi diagram. 展开更多
