A unified breakdown model of SOI RESURF device with uniform,step,or linear drift region doping profile is firstly proposed.By the model,the electric field distribution and breakdown voltage are researched in detail fo...A unified breakdown model of SOI RESURF device with uniform,step,or linear drift region doping profile is firstly proposed.By the model,the electric field distribution and breakdown voltage are researched in detail for the step numbers from 0 to infinity.The critic electric field as the function of the geometry parameters and doping profile is derived.For the thick film device,linear doping profile can be replaced by a single or two steps doping profile in the drift region due to a considerable uniformly lateral electric field,almost ideal breakdown voltage,and simplified design and fabrication.The availability of the proposed model is verified by the good accordance among the analytical results,numerical simulations,and reported experiments.展开更多
A novel dual-band planar microstrip filter using parallel coupled microstrip lines and open-loop stepped-impedance resonators(SIRs)loaded with two shunt open stubs is presented.By tuning the physical lengths of open...A novel dual-band planar microstrip filter using parallel coupled microstrip lines and open-loop stepped-impedance resonators(SIRs)loaded with two shunt open stubs is presented.By tuning the physical lengths of open-loop SIRs,parallel coupled microstrip lines and two stubs,the bandpass filter has good dual-passband performance at 2.55 and 5.35 GHz and high isolation between the two passbands.The relative bandwidths of the two passbands are 11.8% and 16.8%,respectively.Compared with the conventional open-loop SIR filters,the designed filter has a comparatively broader fractional bandwidth at the second passband.So it can cover all the wireless LAN(local area network)bands.In addition,the filter has the features of low loss,high rejection and low ripple.The measured results are in good agreement with the simulated responses by HFSS software.展开更多

This paper deals with the problem of stabilization design for a class of continuous-time Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)fuzzy systems.New stabilization conditions are derived based on a relaxed approach in which both fuzzy Lyapu...This paper deals with the problem of stabilization design for a class of continuous-time Takagi-Sugeno(T-S)fuzzy systems.New stabilization conditions are derived based on a relaxed approach in which both fuzzy Lyapunov functions and staircase membership functions are used.Through the staircase membership functions approximating the continuous membership functions of the given fuzzy model,the information of the membership functions can be brought into the stabilization design of the fuzzy systems,thereby significantly reducing the conservativeness in the existing stabilization conditions of the T-S fuzzy systems.Unlike some previous fuzzy Lyapunov function approaches reported in the literature,the proposed stabilization conditions do not depend on the time-derivative of the membership functions that may be the main source of conservatism when considering fuzzy Lyapunov functions analysis.Moreover,conditions for the solvability of the controller design are written in the form of linear matrix inequalities,but not bilinear matrix inequalities,which are easier to be solved by convex optimization techniques.A simulation example is given to demonstrate the validity of the proposed approach.展开更多
