本文提出在永磁齿轮传动机构上增加阻尼系统来抑制在传动过程中从动齿轮相对主动齿轮的转速波动,增加永磁齿轮传动机构转速的稳定性,减少从动齿轮与主动齿轮在正常传动时失步的可能性。结合带有阻尼系统的永磁齿轮传动机构在人工心脏无... 本文提出在永磁齿轮传动机构上增加阻尼系统来抑制在传动过程中从动齿轮相对主动齿轮的转速波动,增加永磁齿轮传动机构转速的稳定性,减少从动齿轮与主动齿轮在正常传动时失步的可能性。结合带有阻尼系统的永磁齿轮传动机构在人工心脏无接触驱动装置中的应用实例,采用有限元法,分析和计算了永磁无接触驱动装置在不同工作状态下的涡流分布和阻尼转矩,并对该驱动装置在有、无阻尼系统时的特性进行了比较,验证了阻尼系统对减少永磁齿轮在传动过程中从动齿轮的转速波动,增加转速的稳定性有着非常显著的效果。通过这一研究,深入认识了永磁齿轮传动机构阻尼系统的工作机理和运行特性,为该阻尼系统的优化设计奠定了理论基础。 展开更多

Experimental analysis of Tuned Liquid Damper (TLD) for high raised structures

Tuned liquid damper is one the passive structural control ways which has been used since mid 1980 decade for seismic control in civil engineering. This system is made of one or many tanks filled with fluid, mostly water that installed on top of the high raised structure and used to prevent structure vibration. In this article we will show how to make seismic table contain TLD system and analysis the result of using this system in our structure. Results imply that when frequency ratio approaches 1 this system can perform its best in both dissipate energy and increasing structural damping. And also results of these serial experiments are proved compatible with Hunzer linear theory behavior. 展开更多
