关于对“广州老字号”保护与传承的调查——以“陈添记”为例

随着时代的不停发展,我国的众多的传统老字号却在不停地消逝。广州作为一座文化名城,其老字号文化曾是这个城市中一道独特的风景,但是近年来广州老字号也在面临着重重窘境,餐饮业、服装业、电影业等行业的老字号都在逐渐消亡。通过对"陈添记"发展历史、当前困境的研究,尝试探索与其境况类似的餐饮业老字号的发展对策。

Chentianji Restaurant

Chentianji Restaurant, which provides classic and authentic Guangdong snacks, is a well-known restaurant in Guangzhou. Even though the restaurant is crude, and it is situated in a small alley, it attracts many customers, both locals and tourists. The restaurant only sells three skin, steamed vermicelli roils （Changfen） and Tingzai Porridge.
