逍遥降压功对原发性高血压降压效果的临床观察

目的:观察逍遥降压功对原发性高血压患者血压及相关因素的影响。方法:将56例60岁以上自愿练功的原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,分别给予练功+服药和单纯服药治疗,共24周,观察练功前后血压、心率、握力、臂力、体质量、腰臀比... 目的:观察逍遥降压功对原发性高血压患者血压及相关因素的影响。方法:将56例60岁以上自愿练功的原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,分别给予练功+服药和单纯服药治疗,共24周,观察练功前后血压、心率、握力、臂力、体质量、腰臀比及智能生理年龄变化情况。结果:原发性高血压患者在习练逍遥降压功后,患者收缩压、舒张压水平及心率较练功前降低(P<0.01),比对照组治疗后的收缩压、舒张压水平及心率显著降低(P<0.05);习练逍遥降压功后,握力、臂力显著增加(P<0.01),且智能生理年龄测试显示,练功前后有显著变化(P<0.01)。结论:习练逍遥降压功有明显的降低血压、减慢心率作用。 展开更多

An alternative method was introduced for voltage sag source location based on S and TT transformed disturbance powers. It is done to avoid the wrong and inconclusive detection of conventional disturbance power method proposed in the literature. Unlike in the case of the traditional method, the proposed method first transforms the recorded voltage and current during the sag event to some special features before calculating the new version of disturbance powers. The effectiveness of the proposed method has been verified through simulation and actual data from an industrial power system. The results show that the presented method can correctly detect the location of voltage sag source. 展开更多

Measurement- based approach is the unique method to identify them adequately. The measured power depends on both load reaction to supply voltage alteration and random process of load alteration Basically, there is no any universal method that can single out the inherent static load model from experimental data. The paper offers a proprietary technique which is the particular solution of the task. The technique considers the selection of neighboring measurement pairs with the supply voltage altering significantly be-tween them, the exclusion of selected pairs by load power factor and subsequent selection of the inherent static load model presented as the polynomial load model. The usage of the technique to identify static load model at “Fenster” industrial enterprise (in Borisov city) is presented. The ideas considered in the paper can be used for future development of static load model identification methods with the data obtained during both active experiment and in other operating models of electric power systems. 展开更多

Steam heat calculation would provide the basis for the design of heating device and the choice of the field test parameters. There were piping heat loss in the process of mining. The heat transfer of steam flowing in the pipe was steady,so the heat loss could be obtained easily by formula calculation. The power of stratum heating should be determined by numerical simulation for the process of heating was dynamic and the equations were usually nonlinear. The selected mining conditions were 500-millimeter mining radius,10 centigrade mining temperature and 180 centigrade steam temperature. Heat loss and best heating power,obtained by formula calculation and numerical simulation,were 21. 35 W/m and 20 kW. 展开更多

But it is also vital to take into account the non ideal conditions resulting from complex physical environments in such PV power systems. To minimize the degradation of performances caused by these conditions, and therefore adding reliability and robustness, this paper presents an implementation of a digitally controlled system using a topology based on series connected DC-DC buck converters for a stand-alone PV power system applications, operating with local and autonomous controls, to track the maximum power points of PV modules in non ideal conditions. Simulations are carried out by using C-MEX S-functions under MATLAB-SIMULINK environment. A PV system of 1.44 kWc is described and simulation results are presented. 展开更多

Efficiency and power loss in the microelectronic devices is a major issue in power electronics applications. The engineers are challenged every year to increase power density and at the same time reduce the amount of power dissipated in the applications to keep the maximum temperatures under specifications. This situation drives a constant demand for better efficiencies in smaller packages. Traditional approaches to improve efficiency in DC/DC synchronous buck converters include reducing conduction losses in the MOSFETs (metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistors) through lower RDS (ON) (resistance drain to source in the ON state) devices and lowering switching losses through low-frequency operation. However, the incremental improvements in RDS (ON) are at a point of diminishing returns and low RDS (ON) devices have large parasitic capacitances that do not facilitate the high-frequency operation required to improve power density. The drive for higher efficiency and increased power in smaller packages is being addressed by advancements in both silicon and packaging technologies. The NexFET power block combines these two technologies to achieve higher levels of performance, and in half the space versus discrete MOSFETs.
