针对无公害蔬菜生产中重金属污染的现实问题,提出蔬菜降污专用肥概念,并以蔬菜中较为普遍的Pb和Cd污染为对象,进行重金属钝化剂的筛选及其蔬菜降污专用肥应用效果研究。重金属钝化剂筛选的试验结果表明,4种钝化剂都能降低土壤重金属有... 针对无公害蔬菜生产中重金属污染的现实问题,提出蔬菜降污专用肥概念,并以蔬菜中较为普遍的Pb和Cd污染为对象,进行重金属钝化剂的筛选及其蔬菜降污专用肥应用效果研究。重金属钝化剂筛选的试验结果表明,4种钝化剂都能降低土壤重金属有效态含量,并使小白菜Pb、Cd含量下降,幅度分别达到13.4% ̄46.7%、18.9% ̄38.1%,土壤Pb、Cd有效态含量与小白菜含量呈显著相关性,其回归方程分别为YPb=-2.475+0.092x(r2=0.864*)和YCd=-0.027+0.620x(r2=0.842*)。考虑到与肥料配伍等综合因素,选择盐基熔磷和固体硫化物作为蔬菜降污专用肥的钝化剂。蔬菜降污专用配方肥在空心菜上的试验结果表明,添加钝化剂(尤其在有机肥配施基础上),长势明显较好,Pb的污染系数由0.89下降到0.11和0.74,Cd的污染系数由1.36下降到0.02,增产幅度达7.77% ̄70.71%。从空心菜叶片细胞的超显微电镜结构观测,添加钝化剂能显著减少Pb、Cd对叶绿体、线粒体等细胞结构的损伤,从而减轻对细胞生理活动及生化反应的整体伤害,有利于空心菜更好地进行光合作用,达到增产、降污的效果。 展开更多

粮价赶不上肥价:国家惠农政策的消解

今年春耕以来,肥料价格猛涨,让种粮农户措手不及。肥价高涨,"吃掉"了国家惠农政策给予农户的部分经济利益。对比低迷的粮价,不少农户产生了"肥料涨价,等同于缴税"的认识。因此,肥价高涨,不仅农民受到了经济损失,政... 今年春耕以来,肥料价格猛涨,让种粮农户措手不及。肥价高涨,"吃掉"了国家惠农政策给予农户的部分经济利益。对比低迷的粮价,不少农户产生了"肥料涨价,等同于缴税"的认识。因此,肥价高涨,不仅农民受到了经济损失,政府也受到了"伤害"。肥价上涨,极大地消解了国家惠农政策,使农民把损失的责任归咎于政府而不是市场。笔者认为,从解决现实问题和长远考虑,我们应该深刻认识,肥料具有不同于一般商品的特殊性,以及肥商追求利润冲动的一般性。政府有必要从监控肥料价格,适度上涨粮价,给予农户补贴,创建弹性补贴机制,及时引导农户生产,及时疏导民心等方面采取措施,以保护农民利益,稳定农业生产。 展开更多

Polyethylene (PE) films with additives consisting mainly of oleic acid and ferrous ions were subjected to accelerated degradation at simulated composting temperatures.Based on Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and measurements of mechanical properties and viscosity average molecular weight,the degradation of the films was characterized and the degradation mechanism was discussed.The films containing additives with ferrous ions represent considerable decreases in molecular weight,and the carbonyl groups and hydroperoxides in the aging films show different trends of increase with the aging time.These results indicate that the ferrous ion plays an important role in the degradation of PE films and accelerates the degradation of PE. 展开更多

The catalytic effects of the organic compounds of iron,tin and manganese on the degradation of low density polyethylene (LDPE) at compost temperature are discussed.A series of samples were aged in a simulating compost environment.The mechanical properties,viscosity average molecular weight (M η) of PE and hydroperoxide (POOH) concentration in the samples were measured.FT IR and DSC were also applied to characterize some samples.It was shown that the above mentioned metallic organic compounds can catalyze the degradation of LDPE efficiently.After 2 months aging,all samples with catalysts became fragile and the M η of the material decreased dramatically.Furthermore,the concentration of carbonyl and the degree of crystallinity of the material increased with the aging time. 展开更多

[Method] Field experiments were carried out in the culture process of flue-cured tobacco, and the effects of application of rapeseed cake at different amounts in reducing heavy metal contents in tobacco were investigated. [Result] The application of different amounts of rapeseed cake as the base fertilizer had a positive effect in reducing heavy metal contents in tobacco, and the treatment applied with oil cake accounting for 30% of total fertilizer showed an effect significantly different from that of the CK. [Conclusion] This study has a positive effect on the improvement of tobacco safety, and provides certain scientific guide for the improvement of tobacco safety by improving fertilization modes and fertilizer kinds and for the selection and pretreatment of fertilizers, which are of very important significance to practical production. 展开更多

Oxytetracycline(OTC) and tetracycline(TC) are the most common TC antibiotics used in human and veterinary medicine.Residual amounts of these antibiotics in manure pose a potential threat to public and ecological health as a result of the potential for them to be released to the environment following land application of manure from animals treated with antibiotics.We investigated the degradation of OTC and TC during anaerobic composting.We tested the effects of temperature and antibiotic concentration on degradation rates in a control and in manure spiked with TCs.We examined changes in p H,biological degradation material(BDM),and moisture corresponding with antibiotic degradation of TCs in the swine manure.Results showed that the OTC and TC concentrations decreased by between 68.54% and 95.50% in all nine treatments following 14 days of anaerobic composting,and the highest removal ef ficiencies were observed at an incubation temperature of 55°C and initial concentrations of 10.36 μg·g^(-1),and 5.96 μg·g^(-1) of OTC and TC,respectively,which were degraded by 95.50%,and 90.06%.During composting at 55 °C and at added concentrations of 5 μg·g^(-1),OTC decreased rapidly,and the time required for50% and 90% degradation was 4.1 and 9.8 days,respectively;for TC,these values were 4.4 and 14.0 days,respectively.Removal ef ficiencies for all TCs correlated well with moisture content of the manure.These results show that composting may be a practical and useful means to reduce concentrations of OTC and TC in swine manure prior to its land application. 展开更多

Long-term climatic data (maximum temperature, minimum temperature, rainfall and evaporation) for Big Bend in the Lowveld, a semi-arid region of Swaziland, were analysed for any changes or variations. Evaporation and rainfall data were analysed to assess water resources availability in the region. Analysis of the available data shows that there is no indication of decrease in rainfall with time, but the results show that there has been a steady increase in minimum temperatures over the last 25 years. The average effective water resources index, measured as the difference between mean annual rainfall and mean annual evaporation, for the region in the period from 1965 to 2001 was -1,500 mm. The large negative index implies low available water for the region, a situation that is likely to affect agricultural, hydropower and other water related development activities in the region. The negative effective water index implies deficits in the region's water resources which call for better management of the region's water resources. In the agriculture sector, this requires promoting technologies and practices that provide for water saving, improved water use performance and high water productivity. These include soil conservation tillage, wastewater reuse, runoff harvesting and soil fertility interventions through application of fertilizers, manures and mulches, and agronomic management. There is need for more analysis for the other regions in order to get a countrywide picture of the climate as well as water resources situations. 展开更多

While lifestyle modifications are currently used as firstline treatment for subjects with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), the pathogenetic role of lifestyle factors and consequently, the efficacy of lifestyle measures is controversial. Our aim was to systematically review the pathogenetic link between overweight/ obesity, dietary habits, physical activity and GERD, and the beneficial effect of specific recommended changes, by means of the available literature from the 1999 to the present. Obesity, in particular, abdominal obesity, plays a key role in determining GERD symptoms and complications through mechanical and metabolic effects. Controlled weight loss (by diet or surgery) is effective in improving GERD symptoms. No definitive data exist regarding the role of diet and, in particular, of specific foods or drinks, in influencing GERD clinical manifestations. Moderate physical activity seems to be beneficial for GERD, while vigorous activity may be dangerous in predisposed individuals. In conclusion, being obese/overweight and GERD-specific symptoms and endoscopic features are related, and weight loss significantly improves GERD clinical-endoscopic manifestations. The role of dietary behavior, mainly in terms of specific dietary components, remains controversial. Mild routine physical activity in association with diet modifications, i.e. a diet rich in fiber and low in fat, is advisable in preventing reflux symptoms. 展开更多

The Degradation Rate of Straw Returned to Limestone Soil and the Effect on Soil Fertility 被引量:2

Limestone soil is a poor quality soil with a low rate of nutrient supply due to the accumulation of organic carbon. Here, we examined the degradation of maize straw in limestone soil and red soil using indoor simulation. Dynamic testing was conducted on soil chemical properties and soil fertility. We found that the degradation rate of straw in karst soil is higher than for non-karst soil. The highest degradation rate of straw occurred during the first 60 d, after which it rose slowly and balanced out at 98 d. The peak value of degradation of straw in karst soil was found at 28 d, while that in non-karst soil occurred at 42 d. The total period of degradation lasted 160 d; the degradation rate of straw in karst soil and non-karst soil was 77% and 75%, respectively. During the period of straw degradation, the pH of soil tended to decrease in the early stage and rise slowly in later stages and this is consistent with the pattern of degradation products during different stages of straw degradation. Straw return to fields can increase soil fertility, and the growth rate of available N and K content is significant. Compared to karst soil, the content of various fertility indicators in non-karst areas were lower according to total content tests, although the increase (percentage) in nonkarst area was higher; available P and K content were found to be higher in non-karst areas according to availability tests. Some available nutrients Jn straw return can be more readily released in non-karst soil, while karst soil can contribute to the accumulation of total nutrient content due to its special soil texture features, the firm binding of many nutrients with clay minerals and the slow supply of nutrients. 展开更多

探讨中西医结合治疗代谢综合征对预防血栓疾病的影响。方法:以我院2019年1月至2020年11月接收的70名代谢综合征病人当作探究目标,使用入院单双号来展开划分,每组有35名,对照组病人接受常规西药治疗,研究组病人在对照组的基础上口服消肥... 探讨中西医结合治疗代谢综合征对预防血栓疾病的影响。方法:以我院2019年1月至2020年11月接收的70名代谢综合征病人当作探究目标,使用入院单双号来展开划分,每组有35名,对照组病人接受常规西药治疗,研究组病人在对照组的基础上口服消肥降黏汤治疗,比较两组病人治疗前后各糖脂指标水平变化及血栓疾病发生率。结果:医治之前两组病人的各血糖指标水平对比无统计学差别(P>0.05);医治之后研究组病人各血糖指标水平都明显好于对照组(P<0.05);研究组病人血栓疾病发作率(5.71%)显著低于对照组(22.86%),组间对比存有统计学差别(P<0.05)。结论:依靠中西医结合这种有效手段,能够让病人糖脂情况更好,减少血栓疾病发生率,值得在代谢综合征治疗中应用推广。 展开更多
