对虾养殖环境脱氮脱硫复合菌的构建与效能分析

随着对虾集约化养殖的快速发展,由于追求高产量和过量投饲等原因导致养殖水体中氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N)和硫化物污染加重,严重危害对虾生长和生理功能。本研究利用自对虾养殖环境中筛选出的异养硝化-好氧反硝化菌... 随着对虾集约化养殖的快速发展,由于追求高产量和过量投饲等原因导致养殖水体中氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、亚硝酸盐氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N)和硫化物污染加重,严重危害对虾生长和生理功能。本研究利用自对虾养殖环境中筛选出的异养硝化-好氧反硝化菌(HHVEN1和SDVEA2)和硫氧化菌(GHWS3和GHWS5),成功构建了两种高效脱氮脱硫复合菌NS1-1和NS2-2,并研究其脱氮、脱硫能力。结果显示:复合菌NS1-1对NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(2)^(-)-N和硫化物去除率均达到95%以上,NS2-2的去除率分别为90.27%、97.38%和89.62%,且均优于单一菌株;复合菌NS1-1和NS2-2在温度20℃~35℃、碳氮比(C/N) 5~20、盐度20~30和以葡萄糖或琥珀酸钠为碳源的培养条件下均能发挥最大脱氮脱硫效能,两者最适pH范围不同,分别为7.5~8.0和7.0~8.5。复合菌NS1-1和NS2-2在水产养殖尾水中各菌株之间具有良好的共存性,在实际养殖尾水中NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(2)^(-)-N、硫化物去除率分别为78.75%、75.09%、79.61%和81.44%、62.68%、72.64%。研究表明,复合菌NS1-1和NS2-2具有高效脱氮脱硫的去除效能和优异的环境适应能力,研究成果为水产养殖环境消除氮、硫污染提供了科学支持。 展开更多

A polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)-doped PbO2 electrode on a Ti substrate was prepared by galvanostatic method from the sulfamic acid bath (Ti/PTFE-F-PbO2-I) or nitric acid bath (Ti/PTFE-F-PbO2-II). Scanning Electron Microscopy revealed that the Ti/PTFE-PbO2-I electrode had a more regular morphology with smaller size crystals than the Ti/PTFE-F-PbO2-II electrode. On the basis of the results of both the accelerated electrolysis test and the empirical formula for estimating the service life of an electrode, the service life of the Ti/PTFE-PbO2-I electrode was predicted to be more than 7 years under conventional electrolysis conditions (0.1 A·cm^-2). During the treatment of 4-chlorophenol-contaminated water, the Ti/PTFE-PbO2-I anode showed both a good electro-catalytic activity and high electrochemical stability, exhibiting an excellent potential application. 展开更多

Separation of chiral enantiomers and the dissipation of rac-metolachlor and S-metolachlor in soil were evaluated using achiral high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and chiral gas chromatography (GC) methods. Under the experimental conditions the possible metabolite was considered to be N-(2-ethyl-6-methyl-phenyl)-2-hydroxy-acetamide. Because of the presence of two chiral elements (asymmetrically substituted carbon and chiral axis), the baseline separation of metolachlor enantiomers was not achieved. S-metolachlor degraded faster in soil than rac-metolachlor. After a 42-day incubation, 73.4% of rac-metolachlor and 90.0% of S-metolachlor were degraded. However, due to the absence of biological processes the degradation process in sterilized soil showed no enantioselectivity. The results indicated that enantioselective degradations could greatly affect the environmental fate of metolachlor and should be considered when the environmental behavior of these compounds was assessed. 展开更多

The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, infrared spectroscopy, and N2 adsorption. The results indicated that the microwave power had important influence on the formation of the spinel phase. The results also revealed that the physical properties of Zn2SnO4 particles did not change with the increase of the microwave power above 600 W, with 20 min of reaction time. Furthermore, the photocatalytic activity of the Zn2SnO4 particles for the phenol degradation under sunlight was also investigated. 展开更多

Controlled/living ring-opening polymerization of ε-caprolactone catalyzed by phosphoric acid

The bulk ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of ε-caprolactone (ε-CL) by various phosphoric acids using phenylmethanol as the initiator was conducted. 1, 1'-bi-2-Naphthol (BINOL)-based phosphoric acid was found to be an effective organocatalyst for ROP leading to polyesters at 90℃. The overall conversion to poly(ε-caprolactone) was more than 96% and poly(ε-caprolactone) with Mw of 8400 and polydispersity index of 1.13 was obtained. IH NMR spectra of oligomers demonstrated the quantitative incorporation of the protic initiator in the polymer chains and showed that transesterification reactions did not occur to a significant extent. The controlled polymerization was indicated by the linear relationships between the number-average molar mass and monomer conversion or monomer-to-initiator ratio. In addition, the present protocol provided an easy-to-handle, inexpensive and environmentally benign entry for the synthesis of biodegradable materials as well as polyesters for biomedical applications. 展开更多
