医院物业外包管理的服务与成本及其风险控制探讨 被引量:8

目的 探讨医院物业外包管理的服务与成本及其风险控制.方法 天津市天津医院从2016年8月开始实施物业外包的管理模式,以2017年9月至2018年9月该院实施物业外包为研究组,以2016年8月至2017年8月该院未实施物业外包为对照组;采用问卷的形... 目的 探讨医院物业外包管理的服务与成本及其风险控制.方法 天津市天津医院从2016年8月开始实施物业外包的管理模式,以2017年9月至2018年9月该院实施物业外包为研究组,以2016年8月至2017年8月该院未实施物业外包为对照组;采用问卷的形式调查患者和医务人员对物业服务质量的满意度,并比较两个时间段的管理效果.评价物业外包公司职员进行医疗安全知识的相关培训、加强餐饮服务管理、辅助服务、加强对医院安保的管理、加强机电维修管理等方面的达标率.结果 研究组物业服务质量达标情况餐饮服务、辅助服务、保洁服务、机电维修、陪检服务、保安服务评分和服务满意度以及门诊患者数、出院患者数均明显高于对照组[餐饮服务(分):93.3±10.3比82.3±11.3,辅助服务(分):94.1±8.9比86.2±10.3,保洁服务(分):93.1±5.9比85.3±13.4,机电维修(分):93.7±11.3比83.7±10.6,陪检服务(分):95.6±12.7比85.3±11.1,保安服务(分):93.4±12.8比84.3±2.7;住院患者满意度:(95.1±7.8)%比(84.2±6.7)%,门诊患者满意度:(94.1±10.7)%比(83.7±1.8)%,医务人员满意度:(92.3±10.6)%比(83.5±1.4)%;门诊患者数(例):145 285比110 367,出院患者数(例):259 564比19 344,均P<0.05];研究组后勤费用支出、后勤费用占收入比例均明显低于对照组[后勤费用支出(万元):1 034比1 450,后勤费用占收入比例:1.98%比3.51%,均P<0.05].结论 医院针对物业外包加强管理,可以有效节约物业开支,提高服务质量和患者及职工的满意度,降低风险事件的发生. 展开更多
