高职院校学术期刊是学院科研工作的重要组成部分,是展示高校学术科研水平的重要窗口,是塑造学校形象、创造学校品牌的重要途径,对提高教学质量和科学研究水平,有着不可忽视的作用。

俄罗斯高等音乐院校学术联盟

俄罗斯是横跨欧亚幅员辽阔的大国,然而它的文化发展在很长的一段时间却远远落后于其他欧洲发达国家。19世纪初农奴制才解体。1861年沙皇颁布废除农奴制的法令,这才使生产方式从落后的封建转入资本主义。而俄国的教育发展与其政治经济发展是密不可分的。之后短短一百年,井喷式的文学艺术发展,群星闪耀的各领域艺术大师与成果,使俄罗斯的文化艺术一跃而领先于世界,独步于艺林。五年的留学经历,使我有幸近距离的体验、观察到俄罗斯艺术教育这个独特体系。尤其值得称道的是"俄罗斯高等音乐院校学术联盟"这一艺术教育现象。笔者围绕组成这个联盟的三所资深院校:圣彼得堡、莫斯科、格涅辛音乐学院谈起。

学术道德问题杂谈

学术研究是很严肃很受人尊重的事业。没有哪个国家不重视学术研究,我国也不例外。几十年,来我国学术界欣欣向荣,成果累累。学术研究要发展,需要有一个良好的环境和内在机制,特别是做学术研究的人要有良好的道德修养。本文不是全面论述学术道德问题,只是选择几个角度,根据作者的观察和亲身体验,陈述一些学术研究"交响乐"中的"不和谐音"。批评了一些学术研究中不道德的现象。希望社会各界重视学术道德建设,创造更好的学术生态,在规范中努力自律,净化学术空气,促进学术的健康和蓬勃发展。

地方应用型本科院校学科建设的再思考

文章从对地方应用型本科院校学科建设意义的再认识出发,分析了在高等教育改革和发展新形势下地方应用型本科院校学科建设的重要趋势,提出了地方应用型本科院校提高学科建设水平的具体措施,即搭特色平台,建特色高校;搭学术平台,建学科团队;搭制度平台,建长效机制。

The Effects of Integrating Language Learning Strategy into EFL Instruction for Non-English Major Students in Vocational Technical Colleges

Language learning strategies play an important role in language learning. Students in vocational technical colleges have been regarded as low English proficiency learners due to their weak foundation in learning English. To explore the solution, the present study employed a specific survey of language learning strategy use and tried to conduct a one-semester language learning strategy training, aiming to investigate the effects of integrating language learning strategy into EFL instruction for non-English major students in vocational technical colleges. We found after the instruction, the difference in the frequency of overall strategy use between the experimental group and the control group was significant indicating that the students could be trained with language learning strategies to enhance the frequency of their strategy use. After language learning strategy instruction, the experimental group didn＇t perform significantly better than the control group in terms of their English language proficiency. However, the results of this present study still supported this viewpoint that the strategy instruction had positive impacts to some extent if properly conducted, for it had positive effects on enhancing students＇ language learning strategy use.

Empirical Studies of Ecological Civilization Education in Vocational Colleges--Take Chongqing Vocational Institute of Engineering as the Example

Vocational college students are an important force in the country＇s future socialist construction, and their concept of ecological civilization will directly affect the future of socialist construction. This article conducted a questionnaire survey by among 960 vocational college students, and it found that the presence of ecological civilization vocational colleges of education-related departments at all levels of ecological education vocational college students are lack of rational cognition, and the attention is not enough. Therefore, educators should explore effective ways of ecological civilization education colleges, the competent authorities in the school attaches great importance to play the main channel of the effectiveness of teachers and classrooms, and strengthen ecological civilization education; improving vocational college students initiative and practicality, strengthen ecological and environmental legal education to enable students to form a sense of ecological civilization and habits, in order to receive a good education results.

The Construction of the Major Clusters in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Industrial Cluster

The development of industrial cluster plays a significant influence on the major construction of higher vocational colleges. In this paper, in combination with the practice of Jiangyin Polytechnic College, the interaction relationship between the construction of the major clusters in higher vocational colleges and the development of the regional industry clusters is analyzed, and then the significance and idea of constructing the maior clusters are introduced from the perspective of industrial cluster.

A Study on Developing College English Teachers＇ Ability of Integrating Academic from the Perspective of Self-efficacy

This article consists of the following parts： First, explains what the teacher efficacy is. Second, analyzes current situation of College English teachers integrating academic ability. Third, talks about the relationship between the efficacy level of College English teachers and the ability to improve the integration of academic from four aspects. Finally, analyzes College English teachers＇ training about integrating academic ability under the efficacy perspective from college English teachers, colleges and social aspects.

Research on Higher Vocational English Education

Vocational students generally English foundation is weak, not strong interest in learning how to guide students to learn to think independently, to stimulate students＇ curiosity, is a series of problems faced by English teachers in vocational college. In this paper, the issues currently facing vocational English education was of, and the corresponding countermeasures. Therefore, we must from the height of the times and the needs of international competition to recognize new opportunities and challenges of English teaching in higher vocational colleges are facing a variety of approaches and strive to improve our English teaching level.

Problems and Countermeasures of Art Education in Medical Universities under the Background of Education Reform

Art education is an important part of the comprehensive implementation of quality-oriented education, and it is an important method for medical students to recognize perceptual world, to enrich their thoughts and feelings, and to regulate their physical and mental health, so it is very important for the growth of medical students under the background of education reform. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of art education in medical universities, this paper points out the importance of art education for medical students in medical universities, and tries to make some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the art education for medical students.

Discussion on the Classroom Teaching Management of the Art and Design Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

As a teaching aid, the classroom management model of art and design major courses undoubtedly should follow the rules of art education. Compared with colleges and universities, the teachers in higher vocational colleges often need to educate many students of poor foundation and bad habits, so the management model should be explored more deeply and specifically. Through the depth analysis of the teaching environment, objects, and objectives, a relatively solid, perfect management system including discipline management and system control, mental management and standard attitudes, process management, incentive and interaction, evaluation management, and ability goal is proposed, for the purpose of providing a powerful guarantee for the classroom teaching effect of the an and design major in higher vocational colleges by using reasonable classroom management methods and means. As a result, a solid foundation is laid for the an and design students to become the professionals of the sustainable development.

The practice and reflection of providing the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services in Vocational Colleges libraries

Abstract ： Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Service is the major form for libraries to share resources.The librairies of universities or colleges can better guarantee the supply of document information ,accommodating to users＇ need for documents to the greatest extent.This article elaborates on the definition of Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery as well as their significance with a key focus on the Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery practice of Oriental Vocational and Technical College in Zhejiang, meanwhile it also puts forward some suggestions on how to better practisee the service of lnterlibrary Loan and Document Delivery.

Analysis and Practice of ＂Idea, Team, and Evaluation＂ in the Educational Reform of Higher Vocational Colleges

In order to meet the actual needs of higher vocational colleges＇ art and design program on the refbrm of specialized courses, the change from assignments to art works and the concept of art products is proposed in this paper, so as to enhance the standards of art products from time, satisfaction, and originality. Then, the idea of ＂synchronously training personal ability with the spirit of team work＂ is introduced. Also, the key points in the practice of course evaluation organization and management are mainly expounded through the applicableness of evaluation types, the standard of the evaluation process, and the diversity of evaluation and rewards forms.

An Empirical Study on the Interlanguage Errors of Students English Writing in Vocational and Technical Colleges

This article develops an empirical an investigation on the errors in compositions written by students who are studying in Luzhou Vocational and Technical College （LVTC） and Luzhou Medical College （LMC） and contrasts them in order to trace the source of the errors. It finally turns out to be that there exists strong correlation between students＇ academic quality and the number of errors of various types. Compared with ordinary university students, vocational and technical college （VTC） students＇ interlanguage （IL） errors seem to be more rudimental, and more negative-transferring, most of which are influenced by their mother tongue （MT）-Chinese. VTC students＇ general error in writing is misspelling, while university students ＇ major error lies in collocation. In this thesis, some practical enlightenment about learning and teaching English writing are also proposed.
