To overcome the grave distortion problem in the restored secret image,this paper proposes a new embedding scheme consisting of reasonable partition of a pixel value and sign embedding. Moreover, based on human visual system (HVS) and fuzzy theory,this paper also presents a fuzzy classification method for DOT sub-blocks to realize the adaptive selection of embedding strength. The experimental results show that the maximum distortion error in pixel value for the extracted secret image is ±1. And the color cover image can provide good quality after embedding large amount of data.展开更多
Phylogenetic relationships among 146 species of Coleoptera (Families: Curculionidae, Staphylinidae and Carabidae) were estimated based upon mitochondrial Cytochrome Oxidase 1 gene sequences. The monophyletic of the...Phylogenetic relationships among 146 species of Coleoptera (Families: Curculionidae, Staphylinidae and Carabidae) were estimated based upon mitochondrial Cytochrome Oxidase 1 gene sequences. The monophyletic of the polyphaga and Adephaga was not supported in our study using COlgene sequences, as family Carabidae (Adephaga) was grouped with family Staphylidae (Polyphaga) with Staphylinidae paraphyletic. The subfamily Scolytinae is the most common ancestor for the subfamilies: Ceutorhynchinae, Curculioninae and Dryophtborinae and hence the oldest. The subfamily Cryptorhynchinae is the oldest among the five tested Curculionidae families. At the family level, the genetic distances and phylogenetic analysis obtained in this study showed that the family Carabidae was more related to family Staphylinidae than to family Curculionidae with the topology Staphylinida-Carabidae-Curculionidae. The topology was the same when Micromus igorotus from order Neuroptera was used as an outgroup taxon as it was Staphylinida, Carabidae, Curculionidae/Neuroptera. An alternative topology was obtained when Acytolepis puspa from order Lepidoptera was used as an outgroup that was Carabidae, Staphylinida, Curculionidae-Neuroptera/Lepidoptera. where the species of order Neuroptera placed within family Curculionida. According to the estimated genetic distances and to the standard mitochondrial DNA clock estimated at 2.3% MYA, family Curculionidae separated from family Staphylinidae and Carabidae approximately 112 and 115 MYA, respectively.展开更多

The language of literature belonging to either theoretical or practical tasawwuf is highly symbolic: theoretical tasawwuf deals with ontology and discusses God, world, and human being, while pragmatic tasawwuftries, just as the ethics, to change human being, that is, to ennoble him. Because of its specific way of presentation and its specific discourse, a communication with that discourse is determined by the knowledge of its symbolism, its terminology and, generally, its professional terminology.展开更多
Concerning inter4v mode employed widely in MPEG-4 video, a new temporal error concealment scheme for MPEG-4 video sequences is proposed, which can selectively interpolate one or four motion vectors (MVs) for the mis...Concerning inter4v mode employed widely in MPEG-4 video, a new temporal error concealment scheme for MPEG-4 video sequences is proposed, which can selectively interpolate one or four motion vectors (MVs) for the missing macroblock ( MB ) according to the estimated MB coding mode. Performance of the proposed scheme is compared with the existing schemes with multiple testing sequences at different bit error rates. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can mask the impairments caused by transmission errors more efficiently than 0 MV and average MV methods by consuming more time for different bit error rates. It has an acceptable image quality close to that obtained by the selective motion vector matching ( SMVM ) algorithm, while taking less than half of cycles of operations. The proposed concealment scheme is suitable for low complexity video real-time implementations.展开更多

Firstly, this method tracked the video object based on motion history image, and obtained the co- ordinate-based track sequence and orientation-based track sequence of the video object. Then the pro- posed hidden markov model (HMM) based algorithm was used to analyze the behavior of video object with the track sequence as input. Experimental results on traffic object show that this method can achieve the statistics of a mass of traffic objects' behavior efficiently, can acquire the reasonable velocity behavior curve of traffic object, and can recognize traffic object' s various behaviors accurately. The purpose of this research is to explore the principle of the man-object relationship to identify the issues shown when handling packaging and emphasizing the usability aspect. For that, the theoretical reference of...The purpose of this research is to explore the principle of the man-object relationship to identify the issues shown when handling packaging and emphasizing the usability aspect. For that, the theoretical reference of the research involves the analysis of the parameters according to the aspects that involve the use interactions of packaging in agreement with the definition and scientific concepts of ergonomics, allied to the development of product projects, discussing forms, handling, load transportation and the support of the product. Therefore, improperly handling of the packaging may cause damages to the products and even potential accidents. Coding and decoding are significant to facilitate the use recognition within the individual's repertoire. The packaging, within the macro-ergonomics universe, may be the object of ergonomics, whose contribution to solve problems is related to labor activities, by dealing with packaging, transportation and load resulting from the man-object interaction. The incorrect identification of information may lead to problems of interpretation and misuse, from the handling to the disposal of packaging. For this reason, this research suggests the adjustment of the man-object interface which may lead users to make mistakes regarding use and important choices, through adequate handling actions.展开更多
