本文对产自中国的瓦韦属薄叶组Lepisorussect.Hymenophyton植物进行了分类学修订。基于标本研究、野外考察和实验观察发现,根状茎上鳞片的形态特征和孢子囊群上的隔丝的形态特征对该组种类的划分具有重要的分类学价值。在此基础上将《... 本文对产自中国的瓦韦属薄叶组Lepisorussect.Hymenophyton植物进行了分类学修订。基于标本研究、野外考察和实验观察发现,根状茎上鳞片的形态特征和孢子囊群上的隔丝的形态特征对该组种类的划分具有重要的分类学价值。在此基础上将《中国植物志》收载的薄叶组16种重新归并为5种,分别是天山瓦韦L.albertii、太白瓦韦L.thaipaiensis、丽江瓦韦L.likiangensis、粗柄瓦韦L.crassipes和网眼瓦韦L.clathratus,其余11种均被作为异名处理。通过对鳞片的测量,利用SPSS11.5软件采用Average Linkage(between groups)并采用欧式距离平方进行聚类分析,可以将上述各种聚类为5个明显的类群。 展开更多

Based on analysis of the work conditions and structural characteristics of the exterior pipeline of the aero-engine, a kind of cantilever-structure wire-rope isolator fitted to the exterior pipeline of the aero-engine is designed for supporting and damping purposes. By static experiments, the static hysteresis loop, the relationship of stiffness and amplitude, and the relationship between the energy dissipation coefficient and the amplitude are obtained. Analyses show that the wire-rope isolator presents obvious hysteresis characteristics, and the characteristics of the isolator, such as stiffness and damping, behave obviously nonlinearly when the amplitude value of deformation changes. At the same time, by changing the structure parameters of the wire-rope, the wirerope isolators can be made with different functions to satisfy different work conditions. The research results have important reference values for the application of the wire-rope isolator on the exterior pipeline of an aeroengine. 展开更多

Fungal diseases occur seriously in Pseudostellaria heterophylla in Qian- dongnan Prefecture of Guizhou Province from March to May every year. By field in- vestigation, tissue isolation and microscopic identification, the main pathogen was iden- tified as Rhizoctonia solanL the pathogen of damping-off disease. At the same time, Alternaria alternate was also isolated from the sampled diseased soil, and it has pathogenicity to Pseudostellaria heterophylla seedlings. The bio-control test showed that GH18 strain (Bacillus spp.) had significant inhibitory effects on Rhizoctonia solani and Alternaria alternate. 展开更多

An improved method of PCR in which the small segment of conchocelis is amplified directly without DNA extraction was used to amplify a RUBISCO intergenic spacer DNA fragment from nine species of red algal genus Porphyra(Bangiales,Rhodophyta),including Porphyra yezoensis(Jiangsu,China),P.haitanensis(Fujian,China),P.oligospermatangia(Qingdao,China),P.katadai(Qingdao,China),P.tenera(Qingdao,China),P.suborboculata(Fujian,China),P.pseudolinearis(Kogendo,Korea),P.linearis(Devon,England),and P.fallax(Seattle,USA).Standard PCR and the method developed here were both conducted using primers specific for the RUBISCO spacer region,after which the two PCR products were sequenced.The sequencing data of the amplicons obtained using both methods were identical,suggesting that the improved PCR method was functional.These findings indicate that the method developed here may be useful for the rapid identification of species of Porphyra in a germplasm bank.In addition,a phylogenetic tree was constructed using the RUBISCO spacer and partial rbcS sequence,and the results were in concordant with possible alternative phylogenies based on traditional morphological taxonomic characteristics,indicating that the RUBISCO spacer is a useful region for phylogenetic studies. 展开更多

Strain T02-25 was selected from approximately 30 rhizosphere isolates of Trichoderma species isolated from roots of crops. Its biological activity against Rhizoctonia solani was determined for the control efficacy to pepper seedling blight caused by R. solani in the field. The assay methods were treating R. solani sclerotia by Trichoderma conidial suspension (10^6cfu ml^-1) and scattering Thichoderma rice bran over the pepper root medium. The results showed that T02-25 was active against R.solani in both ways, and its control efficacy was 82.7% and 78.0%, respectively. In addition to comparison of the efficacy of the two application methods, the relationship of different factors in the control efficacy of Trichoderma against R. solani was discussed. 展开更多

In this study, we investigated the molecular phylogeny of 64 clinical isolates which were identified as Sporothrix schenckii sensu lato by morphological identification. All of the strains were isolates from patients from several provinces in China. The phylogeny was inferred by DNA sequence analyses based on datasets of the ribo- somal internal transcribed spacer (ITS) and a combined ITS and partial 13-tubulin region. Reference sequences were retrieved from GenBank. Results showed that all of the isolates were clustered in a distinct clade with a type of Spo- rothrix globosa. Our analysis showed that S. globosa is the causal agent of the tested sporotrichosis in China, rather than S. schenckii that was generally believed to be the case. The existence of S. schenckii in China remains to be confirmed. This study improved our understanding of the distribution of the species in S. schenckii complex. 展开更多
