A method about the isolation of heterotrophic nitrosobactria and the characteristics of heterotrophic nitrosobactria were studied.It can be seen from the fluorescence in situ hybridization results of the bio-membrane ...A method about the isolation of heterotrophic nitrosobactria and the characteristics of heterotrophic nitrosobactria were studied.It can be seen from the fluorescence in situ hybridization results of the bio-membrane sample from the bio-ceramic reactor,the spots of green nitrosobacteria are obviously more than those of orange nitrobacteria.Two heterotrophic nitrobacteria were isolated from the bio-ceramic reactor.By sequencing 16SrDNA and establishing the phylogenic tree,they were identified physiologically and biochemically as Pseudomonas sp..After 12 d,the COD removal efficiency of wgy55 and wgy68 were 45.03% and 50.85%,the NH4-N removal efficiency of them were 80.12% and 85.93%,and the TN removal efficiency of them were 69.71% and 64.7%.The final concentration of NO2-N of wgy55 and wgy68 was 0.753 mg/L and 0.601 mg/L,and that of NO3-N was 3.21 mg/L and 3.38 mg/L.These results show that wgy55 and wgy68 have the capability of nitrification and they are heterotrophic nitrobacteria.展开更多

SU-8 photoresist is employed due to its low Young...In this paper, a partial discharge detection system is proposed using an optical fiber Fabry-Perot(FP) interferometric sensor, which is fabricated by photolithography. SU-8 photoresist is employed due to its low Young's modulus and potentially high sensitivity for ultrasound detection. The FP cavity is formed by coating the fiber end face with two layers of SU-8 so that the cavity can be controlled by the thickness of the middle layer of SU-8. Static pressure measurement experiments are done to estimate the sensing performance. The results show that the SU-8 based sensor has a sensitivity of 154.8 nm/kP a, which is much higher than that of silica based sensor under the same condition. Moreover, the sensor is demonstrated successfully to detect ultrasound from electrode discharge.展开更多
Double-emitting layer inverted organic light-emitting devices(IOLEDs) with different spacer layers were investigated, where 2,20,7,70-tetrakis(carbazol-9-yl)-9,9-spirobifluorene(CBP), 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-ph...Double-emitting layer inverted organic light-emitting devices(IOLEDs) with different spacer layers were investigated, where 2,20,7,70-tetrakis(carbazol-9-yl)-9,9-spirobifluorene(CBP), 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline(BCP), 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline(Bphen) and 4,40,400-tris(N-carbazolyl)-triphenylamine(TCTA) were used as spacer layers, respectively, and GIr1 and R-4b were used as green and red guest phosphorescent materials, respectively. The results show that the device with BCP spacer layer has the best performance. The maximum current efficiency of the BCP spacer layer device reaches up to 24.15 cd·A^(-1) when the current density is 3.99 m A·cm^(-2), which is 1.23 times bigger than that of the CBP spacer layer device. The performance is better than that of corresponding conventional device observably. The color coordinate of the device with BCP spacer layer only changes from(0.625 1, 0.368 0) to(0.599 5, 0.392 8) when the driving voltage increases from 6 V to 10 V, so it shows good stability in color coordinate, which is due to the adoption of the co-doping evaporation method for cladding luminous layer and the effective restriction of spacer layer to carriers in emitting layer.展开更多

A mathematical model for the scheme is established. The 21-and 29-mode OFCs with frequency interval ranging from 6 GHz to 40 GHz are obtained under DD-MZM driven by a low-power RF signal within a maximum bandwidth of 1.12 THz. The generated OFCs exhibit spectral flatnesses of less than 0.5 d B and 0.8 d B within bandwidths of 160 GHz and 400 GHz, respectively.展开更多
