利用推导出的频域内饱和土的以土骨架位移u和孔隙水压力p表示的u-p格式的2.5维有限元方程,分析列车低速和高速运行条件下不同隔振措施的隔振效果,包括空沟、填充沟(混凝土墙)和混凝土板(波阻板)。其中轨道被简化为饱和地基上的Euler梁,... 利用推导出的频域内饱和土的以土骨架位移u和孔隙水压力p表示的u-p格式的2.5维有限元方程,分析列车低速和高速运行条件下不同隔振措施的隔振效果,包括空沟、填充沟(混凝土墙)和混凝土板(波阻板)。其中轨道被简化为饱和地基上的Euler梁,通过沿轨道方向的波数变换将三维空间问题降为平面应变问题,对求解的结果进行Fourier反变换,获得三维时域-空间域内的解。研究表明:弹性地基和饱和地基上设置空沟和填充沟隔振效果相差不大,而设置波阻板隔振效果存在较大差异。列车低速运行时,空沟基本无隔振效果,填充沟在一定范围内有隔振效果,波阻板隔振效果最好;列车高速运行时,空沟在较大沟宽和较深沟深条件下才能达到较好隔振效果,填充沟和波阻板只需较小尺寸就能达到理想的隔振效果。 展开更多

根据超磁致伸缩材料的本构方程分析了超磁致伸缩作动器输出位移的组成,以此为根据建立了基于超磁致伸缩作动器的单层单自由度隔振平台数学模型.该模型以平台在激振力作用下产生的振动位移为系统干扰输入;根据此模型分析了基于超磁致伸... 根据超磁致伸缩材料的本构方程分析了超磁致伸缩作动器输出位移的组成,以此为根据建立了基于超磁致伸缩作动器的单层单自由度隔振平台数学模型.该模型以平台在激振力作用下产生的振动位移为系统干扰输入;根据此模型分析了基于超磁致伸缩作动器的隔振原理;在频域内推导出了系统隔振能力与激振力频率及作动器最大输出位移之间的数学关系,然后在时域内采用自适应LMS(Least Mean Square)算法在Matalb环境下进行仿真.仿真结果与理论分析均表明,隔振平台的隔振能力与激振力频率的平方以及作动器最大输出位移成正比,从而为合理设计隔振平台用超磁致伸缩作动器提供了理论依据.该模型不仅可用于分析基于磁致伸缩作动器的隔振原理,对其它作动器的隔振原理也适用. 展开更多

高铁运行产生的振动对周边环境的影响不容忽视,空沟填充沟是高速铁路有效的屏障隔振方式之一。文中以饱和土2.5D有限元理论为基础,考虑轨道和路基的动力相互作用,建立轨道-路基-填充沟数值计算模型,编制FORTRAN计算程序,分析列车在低速... 高铁运行产生的振动对周边环境的影响不容忽视,空沟填充沟是高速铁路有效的屏障隔振方式之一。文中以饱和土2.5D有限元理论为基础,考虑轨道和路基的动力相互作用,建立轨道-路基-填充沟数值计算模型,编制FORTRAN计算程序,分析列车在低速和高速运行条件下填充沟的隔振性能及设计参数对隔振效果的影响。计算表明:填充沟对沟后区域隔振效果较好,且高速列车的隔振效果优于低速列车;隔振后振动频段范围变化不大,但原频段振动竖向加速度幅值有较明显衰减;隔振后加速度振级下降约20 dB,加速度衰减系数衰减至隔振前的0.1倍;填充沟的弹性模量、埋深以及埋置位置对隔振效果均有较大影响。 展开更多

Through theoretical analysis, a simplified physical model is established under some hypotheses and a series of motion equations are deduced. According to the transmissibility curve simulation under different electric field strengths, the main factors influencing ER isolator’s working properties have been ascertained. Finally, it proves that ER isolator works well in both low and high frequency zones, it can decrease the force transmitted and enlarge the isolation frequency domain efficiently. 展开更多

The paper takes a new campus project site of Shanxi university town for example, tests the influence of dynamic com- paction vibration and vibration isolation effect of isolation trench on this ground, and compares the influences of the dynamic compaction vibration on surrounding buildings with isolation trench and without it. Furthermore, the attenuation law of dy- namic compaction vibration in fill foundation of the loess area under different tamping energy and how to determine safe distance of dynamic compaction construction are studied. And then the quantitative relationship between acceleration and vibration source in new campus project site is presented. We derive the evaluation method that dynamic compaction construction affects adjacent buildings by contrasting with the existing standards and norms. The monitoring results show that isolation trench makes the amplitude attenuation of the horizontal velocity of dynamic compaction vibration reach above 75%, and the safe dis- tance be 30 m under the tamping energy of 6 000 kN · m. Therefore, isolation trench is better for vibration reduction under dynamic compaction construction. 展开更多

In considering the theory of structural dynamic optimization design, a design method of the structural style of ship composite brace with rigid vibration isolation mass was studied. Two kinds of structural dynamic optimization formulations minimizing the vibration acceleration of the non-pressure hull on the restraining condition of the gross weight of the ship cabin were established: 1) dynamic optimization of the sectional dimensions of the rigid vibration isolation mass in the composite brace; 2) dynamic optimization of the arranging position of the rigid vibration isolation mass. Through the optimization results, sectional dimensions and the arranging position of the rigid vibration isolation mass with better performance in reducing vibration were gained, and some reference was provided for practical engineering designs as well as enrichment of the design method of a novel ship vibration-isolation brace. 展开更多

According to the blasting construction of the diaphragm wall of Puxi approaching section of East Fuxing Road river-crossing tunnel, the monitoring project of the vibration of the existing tun-nel induced by the blasting construction is put forward, which includes the sensors’ location, moni-tor method and the vibration monitoring system. Based on the monitoring data of the explosion vibration, the vibration wave forms, velocities, acceleration responses, main frequencies and fields of measure points are analyzed under the conditions of three locations and different charge quanti-ties. According to the safety-judging standard of explosion vibration, the conclusion that the exist- ing tunnel is safe under the explosion vibration is then drawn. Furthermore, the spectrum character-istics of three explosion vibrations and the spectrum changing properties of explosion vi-bration wave transmitting in different directions are concluded, which can provide reference to similar projects. 展开更多

We investigated the behaviors of an active control system of two-stage vibration isolation with the actuator installed in parallel with either the upper passive mount or the lower passive isolation mount. We revealed the relationships between the active control force of the actuator and the parameters of the passive isolators by studying the dynamics of two-stage active vibration isolation for the actuator at the foregoing two positions in turn. With the actuator installed beside the upper mount, a small active force can achieve a very good isolating effect when the frequency of the stimulating force is much larger than the natural frequency of the upper mount; a larger active force is required in the low-frequency domain; and the active force equals the stimulating force when the upper mount works within the resonance region, suggesting an approach to reducing wobble and ensuring desirable installation accuracy by increasing the upper-mount stiffness. In either the low or the high frequency region far away from the resonance region, the active force is smaller when the actuator is beside the lower mount than beside the upper mount. 展开更多

Based on the advantages of hydraulic and pneumatic mounts,a new hydro-pneumatic mount(HPM)is proposed to improve the low-frequency ride comfort of vibration rollers.Through the experiment of the vibratory roller,a nonlinear vehicle dynamic model working on off-road soil grounds is then established to assess the HPM's ride comfort in the low-frequency region.Two indices,the power spectral density(PSD)acceleration and root mean square(RMS)acceleration of the operator vibration and cab shaking,are chosen as objective functions in both the frequency and time regions.The research results show that when the cab isolations are equipped with the HPM,the RMS values of the operator's seat,cab's pitch and roll angles are reduced by 35%,42%and 53%;and the maximum PSD of the operator's seat,cab's pitch and roll angles are decreased by 39%,59%and 65%,respectively.Consequently,the characteristics of the nonlinear damper and high-static stiffness of HPM can greatly reduce the operator vibration and cab shaking in the low-frequency region when compared to the vibratory roller's cab using the rubber mounts. 展开更多

Based on the principle of impedance mismatching,the performance of rigid vibration isolation mass in impeding vibration wave propagation was discussed from the perspective of wave approach.Based on FEM,the influence of its weight as well as the cross-section shape parameters on the isolation performance of rigid vibration isolation mass was studied through numerical simulation.The results show that rigid vibration isolation mass can effectively impede the propagation of the medium and high frequency vibration waves,and the heavier the vibration isolation mass,the better the isolation performance.For low frequency waves,the vibration isolation effect is not so obvious;for a rectangular vibration isolation mass,the isolation performance could be effectively improved by increasing the cross-section height and reducing the cross-section width.A useful reference was provided for the application of rigid vibration isolation masses to the vibration isolation and noise reduction of ship structure. 展开更多

Vibration transmissibility characteristics of smart spring vibration isolation system

The objective of this work was to study the vibration transmissibility characteristics of the undamped and damped smart spring systems. The frequency response characteristics of them were analyzed by using the equivalent linearization technique, and the possible types of the system motion were distinguished by using the starting and ending frequencies. The influences of system parameters on the vibration transmissibility characteristics were discussed. The following conclusions may be drawn from the analysis results. The undamped smart spring system may simultaneously have one starting frequency and one ending frequency or only have one starting frequency, and the damped system may simultaneously have two starting frequencies and one ending frequency. There is an optimal control parameter to make the peak value of the vibration transmissibility curve of the system be minimum. When the mass ratio is far away from the stiffness ratio, the vibration transmissibility is small. The effect of the damping ratio on the system vibration transmissibility is significant while the control parameter is less than its optimal value. But the influence of the relative damping ratio on the vibration transmissibility is small. 展开更多
