目的观察募俞配穴思路的电子隔药灸联合腹针揿针法治疗产后压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法选取眉山市人民医院2017年12月—2019年2月收治的产后压力性尿失禁患者82例,随机分为观察组、对照组各41例,对照组单纯采取盆底生物反馈疗法治疗,观察... 目的观察募俞配穴思路的电子隔药灸联合腹针揿针法治疗产后压力性尿失禁的疗效。方法选取眉山市人民医院2017年12月—2019年2月收治的产后压力性尿失禁患者82例,随机分为观察组、对照组各41例,对照组单纯采取盆底生物反馈疗法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采取电子隔药灸联合腹针揿针法治疗,灸法采用自制的产后1号药饼对肾俞、脾俞、膀胱俞进行电子隔药灸,刺法采用腹针理念指导揿针埋针于中脘、下脘、中极、气海、关元穴位进行治疗。连续治疗8周后观察2组患者的1 h尿垫试验结果、ICIQ-SF量表评分、盆底肌肌力改善情况,评估2组临床疗效以及电话随访产后3个月和6个月的尿失禁情况。结果治疗后2组1 h尿垫试验漏尿量、ICIQ-SF评分均明显降低(P均<0.05),盆底肌肌力评分均明显增高(P均<0.05),且治疗后观察组1 h尿垫试验漏尿量和ICIQ-SF评分均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05),2组盆底肌肌力评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组总有效率为90.2%(37/41),对照组为68.3%(28/41),观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组电话随访产后3个月和6个月的尿失禁发生率均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论以生物反馈疗法为基础,采取募俞配穴思路的电子隔药灸联合腹针揿针法治疗产后压力性尿失禁疗效确切,方便高效。 展开更多

目的探究针刺联合隔药饼电子灸在全髋关节置换术中的应用及对患者VAS评分的影响。方法选取2015年11月~2017年10月期间在我院进行单侧人工全髋关节置换术的患者90例,对照组患者给予针刺治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合隔药饼电子灸... 目的探究针刺联合隔药饼电子灸在全髋关节置换术中的应用及对患者VAS评分的影响。方法选取2015年11月~2017年10月期间在我院进行单侧人工全髋关节置换术的患者90例,对照组患者给予针刺治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合隔药饼电子灸治疗。观察比较两组患者的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS),并且观察记录两组患者不良情况的发生情况以及镇痛药的追加量。结果研究组术后24 h、48 h、72 h的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),且研究组患者静止时的VAS评分明显低于活动时(P<0.05);研究组患者镇痛药的追加量明显少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组出现恶心、呕吐、嗜睡以及尿潴留等不良反应的例数明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合隔药饼电子灸在全髋关节置换术中的应用不仅具有良好的临床治疗效果,还可以降低患者的疼痛和不良反应的发生,值得在临床上进一步推广和应用。 展开更多

目的:分析电子隔物灸结合五行健骨操在肾虚型骨质疏松症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月上海市徐汇区枫林街道社区卫生服务中心门诊、病房就诊的骨质疏松症患者153例,采用随机对照法将肾虚型骨质疏松患者分为治疗组(n=... 目的:分析电子隔物灸结合五行健骨操在肾虚型骨质疏松症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月上海市徐汇区枫林街道社区卫生服务中心门诊、病房就诊的骨质疏松症患者153例,采用随机对照法将肾虚型骨质疏松患者分为治疗组(n=77)和对照组(n=76)。对照组口服碳酸钙D3片,1片/次,1次/d;阿伦磷酸钠片,每次70 mg,每周1次。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上,加用电子隔物灸结合五行健骨操功法锻炼,电子隔物灸为6个疗程,五行健骨操功法锻炼12个月。观察干预前后疼痛积分(VAS)评分、中医症候积分、骨密度T值、生活质量(QUALEFFO-41)的变化。结果:①治疗组总有效率(87.01%)高于对照组(75.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);②两组治疗后VAS评分均下降,且治疗组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);③治疗后两组中医证候总分、骨密度T值均改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④两组治疗后QUALEFFO-41评分均有不同程度的降低,治疗组在疼痛、关于日常活动、日常活动、家务劳动、一般健康观念、精神状况评分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电子隔物灸结合五行健骨操治疗骨质疏松患者腰背痛疗效明确,能改善患者生活质量。 展开更多

A novel technique to fabricate ultra deep high aspect ratio electrical isolation trenches with DRIE and dielectric refill is presented.The relationship between trench profile and DRIE parameters is discussed.By optimizing DRIE parameters and RIE etching the trenches’ opening,the ideal trench profile is obtained to ensure that the trenches are fully refilled without voids.The electrical isolation trenches are 5μm wide and 92μm deep with 0.5μm thick oxide layers on the sidewall as isolation material.The measured I-V result shows that the trench structure has good electrical isolation performance:the average resistance in the range of 0~100V is more than 10 11Ω and no breakdown appears under 100V.This isolation trench structure has been used in fabrication of the bulk integrated micromachined gyroscope,which shows high performance. 展开更多

Performances of submerged membrane bioreactor (SMBR) treating brewery wastewater were investigated in this study. With little variation of COD:TN:TP ratio (100:5:1) in influent, SMBR showed high removal efficiency ( 〉 90% ) for both COD and NH4^+ - N, and it also showed a strong resistive ability for shock organics loading rate, evidenced by no obvious fluctuation for COD in the effluent when the organics loading rate suddenly increased from 0. 27 g/( gMLSS · d) to 0. 54 g/( gMLSS · d). Comparatively different with the COD removal, TN and TP removal showed a strong correlation with the growth stage of the sludge in SMBR. When the sludge was in the multiplication stage, about 45% of TN was removed and an average removal efficiency of 30% for TP was also observed. However, when the activated sludge was in the steady stage, the removal efficiency for TN decreased to about 30% , whereas, the removal efficiency for TP was very low, and sometimes even below zero. The results of GC/MS indicated that the residual organic matters in the effluent were mainly alkyl hydrocarbon with high molecular weight, and coupling with the results of electroseopic scanning, it is speculated that biomass formed at external and internal membrane fibers played an important role for the removal of small organics. 展开更多

In this work,a sponge-like polysulfonamide(PSA)/SiO_2 composite membrane is unprecedentedly prepared by the phase inversion method,and successfully demonstrated as a novel separator of lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Compared to the commercial polypropylene(PP) separator,the sponge-like PSA/SiO_2 composite possesses better physical and electrochemical properties,such as higher porosity,ionic conductivity,thermal stability and flame retarding ability.The LiCoO_2/Li half-cells using the sponge-like composite separator demonstrate superior rate capability and cyclability over those using the commercial PP separator.Moreover,the sponge-like composite separator can ensure the normal operation of LiCoO_2/Li half-cell at an extremely high temperature of 90 °C,while the commercial PP separator cannot.All these encouraging results suggest that this phase inversion based sponge-like PSA/SiO_2 composite separator is really a promising separator for high performance LIBs. 展开更多

Reuse Partitioning-Based Frequency Assignment in Fixed Two-Hop Relay Cellular Network

In relay cellular network, relay links will consume extra frequency resources, which makes radio resource allocation become more complex and important. A new frequency allocation scheme is proposed to increase cell capacity and improve signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) of users located at cell edges. By dividing cell into different parts and configuring each of these parts with a unique reuse factor, this scheme improves spectral utilization efficiency and avoids inter-cell interference effectively. Optimal combinations of reuse factors and locations of relay nodes are also addressed and investigated. Computer simulation results show that, by employing the proposed scheme, maximum cell capacity gains of about 50%, 35% and 30% can be achieved in comparison with conventional cellular network scheme, traditional reuse partitioning scheme and reuse-adjacent-cell-frequencies scheme, respectively. Moreover, since in the proposed scheme resources are dynamically allocated among relay nodes, more benefits can be obtained in comparison with fixed resource allocation schemes under non-uniform traffic distribution. 展开更多

The terrible situation (such as resonance) in dynamic analysis and design is that system naturalfrequencies are equal to those for switching off electric resistances. This paper analyzes and determines systemnatural frequencies based on a modeling method of receptances with the analysis of sub-systems model and of theprinciple of their addition and conveyor loop closure. It also puts forward to calculate the time interval for switching off electric resistances. The starting of one conveyor is simulated by lumped-mass-spring-model software tofurther illustrate the influence of time interval for switching off electric resistances on conveyor dynamic behavior. Two methods are also compared. The receptance model is proved to be an excellent alternative. 展开更多

PU (polyurethane) integral skin and PVC (polyvinyl chloride) are polymeric materials which have favorable physical characteristics to reduce the impact noise when applied to floor systems. In civil construction, floating floors systems are composed of two layers above the slab: a resilient layer and, above this, a rigid layer of cement matrix that works as a subfloor. This research aims to evaluate the incorporation of PVC and PU skin waste in the resilient layer of the floating floor, for impact noise insulation. It was conducted physical, mechanical and morphological tests in the composite, as SEM (scanning electron microscopy), determination of compressive creep, and impact noise test to evaluate the absorption capacity of the floor system over time. Furthermore, experimental results were compared with theoretical studies. These correlations may assist in understanding the behavior of impact noise damping and its relation to the size of the samples. 展开更多
