It differs from the traditional approaches in which web ontology language (OWL) is extended by adding some new collaborative interfaces ( i. e., agent-link and ontology-link) to it instead of owl: import. Syntaxes of the interface for foreign ontologies and foreign agents, respectively, and a meta-method of clustering integrated collaboration are discussed. The approach focuses on taking advantage of OWL itself to solve the collaborative problems, and it is feasible to track the contexts of newadded knowledge concerning ontological collaboration.展开更多

The mechanism is based on the ...In order to solve the semantic irreconcilable problems caused by contextual differences during the process of ontology integration, a context-driven reconciliation mechanism is proposed. The mechanism is based on the previous work about a context-based formalism-Context-SHOIQ (D + ) DL, which is used for explicitly representing context of ontology by adopting the description logic and the category theory. The formalism is extended by adding four migration rules (InclusionRule, SelectionRule, PreferenceRule, and MappingRule), that are used to specify what should be imported into the IntegrativeContext, and three related contextual integration operations of increasing interoperability (import, partial reconciliation, and full reconciliation). While not exhaustive, the mechanism is sufficient for solving the five types of semantic irreconcilable problems that are discussed, and favors integration of ontologies from one context to another.展开更多

This paper focuses on different m...In order to establish a unified construction land market, it is necessary to choose a rational pathway for the market transfer of Rural Collective Construction Land (RCCL) in China. This paper focuses on different methods of RCCL transfer based on stakeholder analysis and three case studies including models from Guangdong, Wuhu and Chongqing. The main finding is that all three models improved resource allocation efficiency and intensive utilization of RCCL through land and capital transfer. Each model built different interest coordination mechanisms among stakeholders, suited to different regions and cases. The Guangdong model is suitable for an economically developed region. The Wuhu model is suitable for developing regions in central China while western underdeveloped regions in China can adopt the Chongqing model. The policy implication is that better policy making for the promotion of RCCL transfer in China should consider regional characteristics as well as the economic development context.展开更多

This work proposes two fault tolerant quantum secure direct communication (QSDC) protocols which are robust against two kinds of collective noises: the collective-dephasing noises and the collective-rotation noises...This work proposes two fault tolerant quantum secure direct communication (QSDC) protocols which are robust against two kinds of collective noises: the collective-dephasing noises and the collective-rotation noises, respectively. The two QSDC protocols are constructed from four-qubit DF states which consist of two logical qubits. The receiver simply performs two Bell state measurements (rather than four-qubit joint measurements) to obtain the secret message. The protocols have qubit efficiency twice that of the other corresponding fault tolerant QSDC protocols. Furthermore, the proposed protocols are free from Trojan horse attacks.展开更多
