A stowage planning for container ship made at one port must take account of the influence on subsequent ports. So the complexity of stowage planning problem increases due to its multi-ports nature. This problem is NP-hard problem. In order to reduce the computational complexity, the problem is decomposed into two sub-problems in this paper. First, container ship stowage problem (CSSP) is regarded as 'packing problem', ship-bays on the board of vessel are regarded as bins, the number of slots at each bay are taken as capacities of bins, and containers with different characteristics (homogeneous containers group) are treated as items packed. At this stage, there are two objective functions, one is to minimize the number of bays packed by containers and the other is to minimize the number of overstows. Secondly, containers assigned to each bays at first stage are allocate to special slot, the objective functions are to minimize the metacentric height, heel and overstows.The taboo search heuristics algorithm are used to solve the subproblem. The main focus of this paper is on the first subproblem. A case certifies the feasibility of the model and algorithm.展开更多

However,the existing resource management models lack openness,sharing ability and scalability,which make it difficult for many heterogeneous resources to co-exist in the same system. It is also difficult to resolve the conflicts between distributed self-management and centralized scheduling in the system. This paper analyzes the characteristics of resources in the distributed environment and proposes a new resource management architecture by considering the resource aggregation capacity of cloud computing. The architecture includes a universal resource scheduling optimization model which has been applied successfully in double-district multi-ship-scheduling multi-container-yard empty containers transporting of international shipping logistics. The equilibrium solubilities,volumetric gas-liquid mass transfer coefficients kLa of H_2 and CO were measured as functions of temperature(298―513 K),pressure(1―3 MPa),superficial gas velocity(0.5―3 cm/s) and solid ...The equilibrium solubilities,volumetric gas-liquid mass transfer coefficients kLa of H_2 and CO were measured as functions of temperature(298―513 K),pressure(1―3 MPa),superficial gas velocity(0.5―3 cm/s) and solid volume fraction(5%―25%) in liquid paraffin/iron-based catalyst slurry bubble column reactor.The volumetric mass transfer coefficients kLa were obtained by measuring the dissolution rate of H_2 and CO.The influences of the operation conditions,such as pressure,temperature,superficial gas velocity and catalyst concentration on kLa,were investigated.Two empirical correlations were proposed to predict kLa values of H_2 and CO in liquid paraffin/solid particles slurry bubble column reactor.The results showed that the equilibrium solubilities of H-2 and CO increased with an increasing temperature and pressure,and the solubility of CO was greater than that for H_2.It was found that the equilibrium solubility can be expressed by Henry's law.The volumetric mass transfer coefficients of H_2 and CO were of the same order of magnitude,and increased with the increase of pressure,temperature and superficial gas velocity.The presence of solid particles decreased kLa values of both H_2 and CO.展开更多
