针对光热(concentrating solar power,CSP)电站利用率低、风电场弃风率高以及传统燃气机组碳排放水平较高且受“以热定电”的运行限制等问题,引入富氧燃烧捕集技术对传统机组进行改造,配置含热回收的CSP电站实现热电解耦,耦合高温固体... 针对光热(concentrating solar power,CSP)电站利用率低、风电场弃风率高以及传统燃气机组碳排放水平较高且受“以热定电”的运行限制等问题,引入富氧燃烧捕集技术对传统机组进行改造,配置含热回收的CSP电站实现热电解耦,耦合高温固体氧化物电解池等能量转化设备,构建了电-热-氢低碳能源系统及其容量优化配置方法。首先,考虑到风电出力和光照强度的不确定性以及与电负荷之间的时序相关性,建立了基于两阶段时空聚类的多运行场景提取模型。其次,在基于概率的多运行场景基础上,通过条件风险价值(conditional value at risk,CVaR)理论度量因不确定性带来的风险,以总成本最小为目标,构建低碳能源系统容量优化配置模型。最后,通过算例进行仿真验证,结果表明该系统满足负荷需求情况下,可降低年碳排放量和弃风率,提高CSP电站利用率,并为不同风险偏好的决策者面对系统容量优化配置问题时提供了定量依据。 展开更多

【Objective】Through analyzing the bioaccumulation capacity,subcellular distribution and chemical forms of cadmium(Cd)in Aster subulatus Michx.,this study was to provide reference for revealing the Cd tolerance mechan... 【Objective】Through analyzing the bioaccumulation capacity,subcellular distribution and chemical forms of cadmium(Cd)in Aster subulatus Michx.,this study was to provide reference for revealing the Cd tolerance mechanism of A.subulatus Michx.【Method】After cultured for 24 d under the action of Hoagland nutrient solution and gradient Cd concentrations(0,30,60 and 90 mg/L),A.subulatus Michx.were harvested,and its leaf,stem and root were treated by differential centrifugation,chemical reagent extraction,and digested with graphite digester,respectively,then the Cd content in the root,stem and leaf were determined by atomic absorption spectroscopy.【Result】The experimental results indicated that the bioaccumulation capacity of Cd in A.subulatus Michx.was root>stem>leaf,and the maximum Cd concentration in the root,stem and leaf of A.subulatus Michx.were 130.74,78.69 and 56.62 mg/kg(fresh matter),respectively.Most of Cd stored in the cell wall and the soluble fractions of the root and leaf of A.subulatus Michx.,with only a smaller portion Cd in organelle fraction.Analysis result of subcellular Cd content showed that 52.27%-58.61%of Cd for root was mainly stored in the soluble fraction,but 42.10%-63.28%of Cd for leaf was mainly stored in the cell wall fraction.The concentration of pectates and protein integrated-Cd was higher in the root and leaf compared to other chemical forms Cd.Pectates and protein integrated-Cd was the main chemical forms Cd in the root and leaf of A.subulatus Michx.,and their percentages were 68.91%-74.80%and 57.38%-83.80%,respectively.Cd treatment could significantly increase the proportion of water-soluble organic acid Cd from 13.64%to 22.72%in root and undissolved phosphate Cd from 10.02%to 32.78%in leaf with increasing Cd concentration in the culture medium.【Conclusion】The root,stem and leaf of A.subulatus Michx.has strong bioaccumulation capacity to Cd,Cd is primarily stored in the soluble fractions of the root and cell wall fractions of the leaf,and less toxic pectates and protein integrated-Cd is the main chemical forms Cd in the root and leaf of A.subulatus Michx.,this might be the main mechanism of Cd tolerance in A.subulatus Michx. 展开更多

The growth and Pb content of plan... hi a survey of plant population, Sedum alfredii Hance, a new lead (Pb)-tolerant and lead (Pb)accumulating ecotype, was found in an old Pb/Zn mining area in Zhejiang Province of China. The growth and Pb content of plant ecotypes being able to and unable to accumulate Pb were studied by hydroponic culture with different concentrations of Pb(NO3)(2). Growth of shoots of accumulating ecotype was not affected by Ph treatments up to 320 mg/L, whereas that of non-accumulating ecotype was inhibited in all Ph treatments. The Ph concentrations in the roots and shoots of accumulating ecotype increased with increasing of Pb level in the nutrient solution. The maximum Ph concentrations in the shoots and roots of accumulating ecotype were 514 mg/kg and 13 922 mg/kg, 2.27 times and 2.62 times as much as that of non-accumulating ecotype, respectively. The highest rate of Pb accumulation of accumulating ecotype was 8.62 mug/plant/d, 7.16 times as much as that of non-accumulating ecotype. Due to its fast growth rate and high Pb-accumulating ability, from a phytoremediation perspective, accumulating ecotype of S. alfredii is a potential plant species for Pb removal from contaminated soils. 展开更多

Pre-concentration of vanadium from low-grade stone coal by the method of desliming-flotation was investigated. The mineral composition and microstructure of stone coal were studied systematically by means of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that selective separation of vanadium-bearing minerals can be achieved by flotation in acidic solution using melamine (EA). The final vanadium concentrate with V2O5 grade of 1.88% and recovery rate of 76.58% is obtained by desliming-flotation process and 72.51% of the raw ore is rejected as tailings. The pre-concentration of vanadium from low-grade stone coal can increase V2O5 grade and decrease the content of acid consuming minerals, which would enable economical utilization of metallurgical vanadium extraction technology. 展开更多

The oxidation process of low-grade vanadium slag in the presence of Na2CO3 was investigated by XRD,SEM/EDS and TG-DSC techniques.The results show that the vanadium slag is oxidized in a temperature range from 273 to 700 °C.Olivine phases and spinel phases are completely decomposed at 500 and 600 °C,respectively.Most of water-soluble sodium vanadates are formed between 500 and 600 °C.When roasting temperature reaches above 700 °C,the vanadium-rich phases of sodium vanadates can be obviously observed.However,at temperature above 800 °C,the samples are sintered.Most of the vanadium is enwrapped by glassy phase compounds which lead to the decrease of the leaching rate of vanadium.At the same time,the effect of roasting temperature on extraction of vanadium and characterization of leach residues were discussed. 展开更多

Esox reieherti Dybowsk genomic microsateUites were developed by using enrichment protocols combined with radioactive hybridization protocol. Four hundred to nine hundred base pair fragments were selected for the whole genome. DNA PCR amplification after digestion with restriction endonuclease Sau 3A Ⅰ, and (CA)12, (GA)12 probes marked with biotin were used for microsateUite DNA enrichment. The product fragments were connected with carder pGEM-T and transferred into DH5α Escherichia coli competent cells, and radioactive isotope probes marked with γ^-32 p were used for the second hybridization. As a result, a total of 1600 bacteria were obtained in the microsatellite genomic libraries, positive clones accounted for 90.91% before hybridization and 81.25% after hybridization, amounting to 1300. One hundred and ninety-six positive clones were selected for sequencing, and 192 clones included microsateUite sequences. The microsateUite sequences obtained, mono-nucleotide, quad-nucleotide and quint-nucleotide repeat motifs were observed beside double-base-pairs CA/GT, GA/CT. Seventy primers were designed according to the flanking sequences by using software Primer Premier 5.0, and 32 primers were selected to be synthesized. After optimizing PCR reaction conditions, 28 primers were amplified and produced clear purpose bands. The aim of our research was to promote the development and utilization of E. reieherti genomic resource, and lay the foundation for optimizing E. reieherti breeding strain in order to detect the genetic diversity and construct a genetic map. 展开更多

Study was carried out to analyze the distribution and migration patterns,soil-to-plant transfer and potential health risks of chromium in soil-vegetable system in areas near a ferro-alloy manufactory in Hunan province.The results show that soils near sewer outlet,sewer channel and in control area are averaged 2 239.5,995.33 and 104.9 mg/kg,respectively.The total Cr has a relative accumulation in soil depth of 200-400 mm near the sewer outlet,mainly enriches in the surface layer(0-200 mm) near the sewer channel and decreases gradually in unpolluted soils.The differential concentration level of enrichment between layers is little.The results also indicate that the three vegetables of celery,lettuce and Chinese cabbage are able to convert the potentially toxic Cr(Ⅵ) species into the non-toxic Cr(Ⅲ) species,and the chromium contents in the edible parts of the vegetables are averaged 11.95 mg/kg.The transfer factors of the three vegetables follow the order:Chinese cabbage lettuce celery.The estimated total daily intake of chromium substantially exceeds the dietary allowable value,which may pose health risks to local population. 展开更多
