水井套管防腐蚀的强制电流法阴极保护

在新疆哈南湖水源地,建有集水站。为防止地下水井套管和地面埋地输水管道遭受腐蚀,对套管和输水管进行了电化学保护。本工程中的套管直径大(D259mm),并垂直地敷设在水层上,需要较大的保护电流,故采用强制电流法阴极保护。介绍了该方法... 在新疆哈南湖水源地,建有集水站。为防止地下水井套管和地面埋地输水管道遭受腐蚀,对套管和输水管进行了电化学保护。本工程中的套管直径大(D259mm),并垂直地敷设在水层上,需要较大的保护电流,故采用强制电流法阴极保护。介绍了该方法所需设备、仪器及其选择、安装方式及设计参数确定的依据。该工程投产运行后,其保护电位在-0.98~-1.35V之间,达到了美国腐蚀工程师协会制定的RP-01-86《井套管阴极保护的应用》和我国原石油部于1992年颁布的《油井套管用权保护的管理规定》中的井口保护电位-0.95V或更负的要求,目前该保护系统仍处在良好的保护状态。工程实例证明,井套管,包括油井、气井、水井的防腐蚀采用阴极保护,理论成熟、工艺简单、施工方便、技术可靠、经济效益好。 展开更多

HPR1000 is an advanced nuclear power plant(NPP)with the significant feature of an active and passive safety design philosophy,developed by the China National Nuclear Corporation.On one hand,it is an evolutionary design based on proven technology of the existing pressurized water reactor NPP;on the other hand,it incorporates advanced design features including a 177-fuel-assembly core loaded with CF3 fuel assemblies,active and passive safety systems,comprehensive severe accident prevention and mitigation measures,enhanced protection against external events,and improved emergency response capability.Extensive verification experiments and tests have been performed for critical innovative improvements on passive systems,the reactor core,and the main equipment.The design of HPR1000fulfills the international utility requirements for advanced light water reactors and the latest nuclear safety requirements,and addresses the safety issues relevant to the Fukushima accident.Along with its outstanding safety and economy,HPR1000 provides an excellent and practicable solution for both domestic and international nuclear power markets. 展开更多

The karst process acts as carbon sequestration for atmospheric CO_2.The amount of karst carbon sequestration (KCS) depends on the discharge of karst catchment and inorganic carbon concentration of the water body.Based on the data from the monitoring station on Banzhai subterranean stream located in Maolan National Nature Reserve of Guizhou province,the process and influence factors of KCS have been analyzed.It shows that the amount of KCS is about 353 t C per year in the catchment of Banzhai subterranean stream,and there is good linear relationship between the strength of KCS and discharge of the stream at various time scales.Therefore,how to monitor the discharge accurately is the key to the estimation of KCS.And stations with real-time monitoring function are very important for KCS calculation because of strong seasonal variability of the karst water cycle. 展开更多
