目的 :通过结构改造寻找可耐酶解、具有较高生物利用度的骨抑素类似物 ,且使骨抑素原有的抑制破骨细胞的活性得以保存。方法 :采用集组方式进行小规模产物库合成骨抑素类似物。以维甲酸中毒大鼠为骨质疏松的动物模型 ,进行多轮次集组式... 目的 :通过结构改造寻找可耐酶解、具有较高生物利用度的骨抑素类似物 ,且使骨抑素原有的抑制破骨细胞的活性得以保存。方法 :采用集组方式进行小规模产物库合成骨抑素类似物。以维甲酸中毒大鼠为骨质疏松的动物模型 ,进行多轮次集组式筛选。综合分析实验大鼠的体重、跛行状态、全身骨折数、完整股骨数、股骨干重、股骨直径等参数 ,评价骨抑素类似物的活性。结果 :合成了 2 1个骨抑素类似物 ,其结构由氨基酸分析得到确证。筛选出 3个与骨抑素活性相近的产物 ( g ,I,r)。结论 :骨抑素分子N与C末端的结构经适当改造后 。 展开更多

In order to estimate circuit power at the early design stage,a rapid analysis method is presented to calculate the RTL power of combinational modules.By building the power library with Monte Carlo simulation,the power dissipation of a certain module of any input vector can be obtained.This method uses Taylor's expansion to establish an equation based model.The simulation results for ISCAS85 circuit show that the method has error within 5%. 展开更多

Many ontologies are provided to representing semantic sensors data.However,heterogeneity exists in different sensors which makes some service operators of Internet of Thing(IoT) difficult(such as such as semantic inferring,non-linear inverted index establishing,service composing) .There is a great deal of research about sensor ontology alignment dealing with the heterogeneity between the different sensor ontologies,but fewer solutions focus on exploiting syntaxes in a sensor ontology and the pattern of accessing alignments.Our solution infers alignments by extending structural subsumption algorithms to analyze syntaxes in a sensor ontology,and then combines the alignments with the SKOS model to construct the integration sensor ontology,which can be accessed via the IoT.The experiments show that the integration senor ontology in the SKOS model can be utilized via the IoT service,and the accuracy of our prototype,in average,is higher than others over the four real ontologies. 展开更多

An integrated management system (IMS) aims to integrate some or all ... Nowadays, there exist various standards for individual management systems (MSs), at least, one for each stakeholder. New ones will be published. An integrated management system (IMS) aims to integrate some or all components of the business into one coherent and efficient MS. Maximizing integration is more and more a strategic priority in that it constitutes an opportunity to eliminate and/or reduce potential factors of destruction of value for the organizations and also to be more competitive and consequently promote its sustainable success. A preliminary investigation was conducted on a Portuguese industrial company which, over the years, has been adopting gradually, in whole or in part, individualized management system standards (MSSs). A research, through a questionnaire, was performed with the objective to develop, in a real business environment, an adequate and efficient IMS-QES (quality, environment, and safety) model and to potentiate for the future a generic IMS model to integrate other MSSs. The strategy and research methods have taken into consideration the case study. It was obtained a set of relevant conclusions resulting from the statistical analyses of the responses to the survey. Globally, the investigation results, by themselves, justified and prioritized the conception of a model of development of the IMS-QES and consequent definition and validation of a structure of an IMS-QES model, to be implemented at the small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) where the investigation was conducted. 展开更多

Ultrathin nanostructures have attracted much attention in recent years due to their predictable novel properties and various potential applications. The improvement in synthetic skills has led to many successful syntheses of nanostructures including zerodimensional (0D) nanoclusters, one-dimensional (1D) nanowires, two-dimensional (2D) nanosheets and other higher-level complex nanostructures, where cluster-assembly of primary nanocrystals is a common process. In this review, progress in ultrathin nanocrystals in the last decade and several important factors in the growth mechanisms are covered. By giving examples of cluster assembly from 1D to 3D nanostructures, the utility of cluster assembly in the synthesis of new materials has been demonstrated. 展开更多
