Determination of Loratadine in Human Plasma by High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Electrospray Mass Spectrometry and Studies on Its Pharmacokinetics and Relative Bioavailability 被引量:3

The samples were seperated by ODS column and determined ... A new HPLC MS method to determine loratadine in human plasma was established. The method involved extracting drug with organic solvent under basic conditions. The samples were seperated by ODS column and determined by mass detector. The calibration curve of loratadine was linear within the range of 0.4~100 ng·mL -1 with r=0.9995 . The recovery of this method was within 95%~104%, within day and between day RSD were less than 12%. To study the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailability of loratadine tablets, two formulations of loratadine tablets were given to 18 healthy male volunteers according to a randomized 2 way cross over design. The C max , AUC 0 t and T max values of the two formulations were 51.89±20.18 ng·mL -1 and 52.48±22.35 ng·mL -1 ; 140.75±88.42 ng·h·mL -1 and 147.24±92.33 ng·h·mL -1 ; 0.81±0.35 h and 0.81±0.27 h respectively. Results from statistic analysis showed that there were no significant difference between the C max , AUC 0-t and T max values of the two formulations. The relative bioavailability of tablets I with respect to tablets II was 97%±13% from the AUC 0 t measurement. Bioequivalance was observed between the two tablets. 展开更多

The possibility of applying the basic theory of symbolic dynamics to the measurement is presented and proved. Then, the theoretical model of chaotic transducer is realized by using the switched capacitor and the basic experimental results are given. The transducer has such characters as high sensitivity, resolution, the simple structure and combining signal amplification with A/D. The new area of the application of chaos is exploited. Many methods have been developed for this work but none of them appear to be satisfactory in one Way or another. Inthis paper a multi-spline model of drag coefficient (cd) curve is developed that can guaranteefirst derivative continuity of the cd curve and has good flexibility of fitting accurately to acd curve from subsonic up to supersonic range. Practical firing data reduction tests showboth fast convergence and accurate fitting results. Typical velocity fitting RMS errors are0.05-0.08 m/s. 展开更多

Aim To propose a generalized and closed representation of the Wigner Ville Hough transform(WVHT), for the moving target detection and imaging in the design of synthetic aperture radar(SAR). Methods Based on the line integral, the WVH transform was derived by combining the Wigner Ville distribution (WVD) and the Hough transform (HT) together. The new transform was then verified with computer by the simulated SAR echoes. Results and Conclusion The correctness and the validity of the WVH transform were proved by the computer simulation. Compared with the conventional WVD HT method, the new approach based on the WVHT can simplify the processing procedure, it can translate the chirp echoes of multi targets of SAR from the time domain into the parameter space directly, while suppressing the cross terms of WVD and estimating the motion coefficients for the final imaging. It is obvious that the WVH transform can be also used in other cases for the chirp signal detection. 展开更多

With regard to the phase compensation in inverse synthetic aperture radar (ISAR),the modified Doppler centroid tracking (MDCT) method is developed which applies the phase gradient autofocus (PGA) algorithm developed by Wahl[1]to improve the Doppler centroid tracking (DCT) method[2].When the phase compensation is performed,the proposed approach smartly eliminates the effect of the rotational phase component (RPC) on the estimation of the translational phase component (TPC) by circular shifting,windowing and iteration steps. After several iterations,the maximum likelihood estimation and compensation of the TPC of the target can be realized more effectively.The processing results of live data show that the proposed method can improve the imaging quality of ISAR significantly. 展开更多

Many algorithms have been proposed. The rank one phase estimation (ROPE) algorithm is a good estimator for phase error widely used in SAR. The ROPE algorithm is used in ISAR phase compensation and the concrete implementation steps are presented. Subsequently, the performance of ROPE is analyzed. For ISAR data that fit the ROPE algorithm model, an excellent compensation effect can be obtained with high computation efficiency. Finally, ISAR real data are processed with ROPE and its imaging result is compared with that obtained by the modified Doppler centroid tracking (MDCT) method, which is a robust and good estimator in ISAR phase compensation. 展开更多

The characteristics of cloud-to-ground(CG) lightning activity with severe thunderstorm wind(STW) in South and North China are analyzed using CG lightning data, radar data, and serious weather reports. The percentage of positive CG(PCG) flashes with STW in North China is larger than that in South China. STW takes place during the period when the total CG and PCG density is increasing fastest. STW also occurs close to the high-value center of CG and PCG density. In North China, the CG and PCG density in the grid of STW maximizes approximately 20 minutes after the STW occurs; while in South China, the PCG density and percentage of PCG in the grid of STW maximizes about 10 minutes before the occurrence of STW. The high-value centers of CG density and PCG density in North China move slightly faster than those in South China, which is opposite to the rate of increasing CG activity. 展开更多
