[目的]探讨提高儿科护理带教质量及护生满意度的带教方法。[方法]将儿科实习护生110人按照实习时间分为对照组(56人)和观察组(54人),对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组根据护生的基本情况、特点及护生的需求安排带教,比较实习结束后两组护生理论成绩、护理技能操作成绩和对儿科护理带教满意度。[结果]实习结束后观察组护生的理论成绩、护理技能操作成绩及对儿科护理带教的满意度得分均高于对照组,经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]按需带教满足了护生的需求,可激发护生的求知欲,提高护生学习的自主性,提高儿科护理带教质量及护生对儿科护理带教的满意度。 展开更多

目的探讨按需带教对重症监护病房(ICU)护理带教质量及满意度的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月在浙江省台州市恩泽医疗中心(集团)恩泽医院ICU实习的全日制护士116名为研究对象,将2017年1月—2017年12月期间实习的54名护士设为对照... 目的探讨按需带教对重症监护病房(ICU)护理带教质量及满意度的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2018年12月在浙江省台州市恩泽医疗中心(集团)恩泽医院ICU实习的全日制护士116名为研究对象,将2017年1月—2017年12月期间实习的54名护士设为对照组,2018年1月—2018年12月期间实习的62名护士为观察组。对照组采取传统带教方法,观察组采取按需带教模式。比较两组实习护士出科考试成绩、实习效果、带教满意度以及实习期间由实习护士主导的不良事件发生率。结果观察组实习护士理论知识、操作技能、护理程序应用能力、护理风险识别能力、应变能力等考核成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),在病情观察能力、独立工作能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力等方面得到的评价均高于对照组(P<0.05),带教满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),实习期间观察组由实习护士主导的不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论按需带教可使实习护士最大限度的发挥学习能力,有效提高ICU护理带教质量和满意度,且能减少实习期间由实习护士主导的不良事件发生。 展开更多

目的探究按需带教在三甲医院新入职护士教学中的应用。方法将2017年8月至2018年8月首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院新入职的84名护士设为对照组,采用常规带教;将2019年8月至2020年8月新入职的116名护士设为观察组,采用按需带教。比较两... 目的探究按需带教在三甲医院新入职护士教学中的应用。方法将2017年8月至2018年8月首都医科大学附属北京世纪坛医院新入职的84名护士设为对照组,采用常规带教;将2019年8月至2020年8月新入职的116名护士设为观察组,采用按需带教。比较两组理论与实践操作成绩、综合能力及教学满意度。采用软件SPSS 22.0进行t检验。结果观察组护士理论[(96.38±2.14)vs.(91.56±3.75)]与实践操作成绩[(95.49±2.23)vs.(90.91±4.02)]均比对照组高;观察组护士准确执行医嘱、应急能力、观察病情能力、操作水平、沟通能力、护士执业形象、与医生配合满意度、与护理人员相处融洽度评分比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护士对带教内容、带教方法、带教态度、带教效果满意评分均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论在三甲医院新入职护士带教中应用按需带教,可以提升新入职护士理论与实践操作技能,提高其综合能力与教学满意度。 展开更多

目的探讨按需带教结合动态式反馈在消化内科临床护理教学中的应用。方法选取2017年7月至2020年11月上海复旦大学附属华山医院北院消化内科规陪护士92名为研究对象,采用随机档案抽签法将其分为研究组和参照组各46名。参照组给予常规教学... 目的探讨按需带教结合动态式反馈在消化内科临床护理教学中的应用。方法选取2017年7月至2020年11月上海复旦大学附属华山医院北院消化内科规陪护士92名为研究对象,采用随机档案抽签法将其分为研究组和参照组各46名。参照组给予常规教学法,研究组在常规教学的基础上实施按需带教结合动态式反馈教学模式。比较两组规陪护士的综合能力、出科成绩以及对带教满意度的影响。结果将按需带教模式结合动态式反馈应用在消化内科临床护理教学中,结果显示,研究组规陪护士综合能力评分显著高于参照组;研究组规陪护士的理论成绩、技能操作成绩均显著高于参照组;研究组规陪护士对教学的满意率显著高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论按需带教结合动态式反馈教学模式与传统教学方式相比,能够充分激发消化内科规陪护士的积极性与学习自主性,帮助其理论和操作水平的整体提高及综合能力的有效提升,改善护理教学质量水平,为使患者得到安全、专业且连续的护理服务提供有效保障。 展开更多

To meet the bandwidth requirement for the multicasting data flow in ad hoc networks, a distributed on- demand bandwidth-constrained multicast routing (BCMR) protocol for wireless ad hoc networks is proposed. With this protocol, the resource reservation table of each node will record the bandwidth requirements of data flows, which access itself, its neighbor nodes and hidden nodes, and every node calculates the remaining available bandwidth by deducting the bandwidth reserved in the resource reservation table from the total available bandwidth of the node. Moreover, the BCMR searches in a distributed manner for the paths with the shortest delay conditioned by the bandwidth constraint. Simulation results demonstrate the good performance of BCMR in terms of packet delivery reliability and the delay. BCMR can meet the requirements of real time communication and can be used in the multicast applications with low mobility in wireless ad hoc networks. 展开更多

This paper overviews the bandwidth demands of China Mobile driven by the upcoming roll- out of Time Division-Long Term Evolution (TD-LTE) and presents the 100Gb/s trials at China Mobile that were used to verify the performance of a lOOGb/s system. The large-scale and sudden video content access such as flash crowds results in huge bandwidth demand,which severely influence user quality of experience and quality of service of video systems.In this paper,we firstly discuss the main reason of generation of flash crowds for video streaming services and analyze key factor for balance recovery between supply and demand of upload bandwidth.We construct two models:bandwidth supply capacity model of video systems and bandwidth demand model of users,which measures usage amount of bandwidth of the cloud.Based on the built models,we further employ a community-based cooperative caching strategy of video resources to promote supply capacity of upload bandwidth of video systems.Extensive tests show how the proposed cooperative caching strategy achieves much better performance results in comparison with original solution. 展开更多

In communication networks (CNs), the uncertainty is caused by the dynamic nature of the traffic demands. Therefore there is a need to incorporate the uncertainty into the network bandwidth capacity design. For this purpose, this paper developed a fuzzy methodology for network bandwidth design under demand uncertainty. This methodology is usually used for offiine traffic engineering optimization, which takes a centralized view of bandwidth design, resource utilization, and performance evaluation. In this proposed methodology, uncertain traffic demands are first handled into a fuzzy number via a fuzzification method. Then a fuzzy optimization model for the network bandwidth allocation problem is formulated with the consideration of the trade-off between resource utilization and network performance. Accordingly, the optimal network bandwidth capacity can be obtained by maximizing network revenue in CNs. Finally, an illustrative numerical example is presented for the purpose of verification. 展开更多
