患者需求导向制的延伸护理对糖尿病视网膜病变患者的影响

目的研究患者需求导向制的延伸护理对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者的影响。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2020年1月至2023年1月收治的60例DR患者,按照入院顺序分为对照组(30例,接受常规延伸护理措施)、观察组(30例,在对照组基础上接受患者需求导向制的延伸护理)。比较两组干预前后心理负担[自我感受负担量表(SPBS)]、负性情绪[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)]、血糖指标[空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)]、视力水平、生活质量[中文版低视力生活质量量表(CLVQOL)]及并发症发生情况。结果观察组干预1、3个月后SPBS、SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,FPG、HbA1C低于对照组,视力、CLVQOL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论患者需求导向制的延伸护理可改善DR患者生活质量,减轻心理负担,消除患者负性情绪,提高视力水平,加强血糖控制。

On the Relation between the Demand Environment and the Innovation

The demand environment has a great influence on innovations and the formation of the motive force of theinnovation. The demand causes the desire; the desire forms the motive force; the motive force inspires the innovative thinking;the innovative thinking becomes the innovative practice; and the innovative practice, finally, meets people’s demand.
