The project of Qingdao Lidong Chemical Co., Ltd. is a joint venture, one of the owners of which is the Korean LG-Caltex Company. According to ECN （January 16, 2006）, the Oman Oil Company has signed with the Korean GS Caltex group an agreement on buying 30% equity shares of Qingdao Lidong Chemical Company. This deal is the second project, in which the Oman Oil Company has invested according to its strategic target following its purchase of 8% equity shares of PetroChina in the previous week.展开更多
