从感染柑桔黄龙病的长春花中,用0.1mol/L MgCl_2—0.5mol/L甘露醇-0.6mol/L甘氨酸的混合溶液作黄龙病病原物(YSO yellow sbootO rgancism)分离溶液(pH7.4),然后用纤维素酶酶解法和差速离心相结合的提纯程序,反复试验结果表明该提纯方法... 从感染柑桔黄龙病的长春花中,用0.1mol/L MgCl_2—0.5mol/L甘露醇-0.6mol/L甘氨酸的混合溶液作黄龙病病原物(YSO yellow sbootO rgancism)分离溶液(pH7.4),然后用纤维素酶酶解法和差速离心相结合的提纯程序,反复试验结果表明该提纯方法重复性稳定,黄龙病病原物(YSO)的提纯产量较高,完整性较好,内外结构清晰。用提纯液备制小鼠腹水抗体,得到微量沉淀反应效价为1:640,环状界凝集反应效性为1:8,免疫电镜效价1:320,琼脂双扩散反应阴性,对照为阴性反应,从而认为YSO具有特异抗原性。 展开更多

Harrison, selected from over 50 yeasts on apple fruits... Three antagonistic yeasts, Trichosporon pullulans (Lindner.) Diddens and Lodder, Cryptococcus laurentii (Kuffer.) Skinner and Rhodotorula glutinis (Fresen.) F. C. Harrison, selected from over 50 yeasts on apple fruits, were investigated of their biocontrol efficacy against blue mould rot caused by Penicillium expansum Link in apple fruits. T. pullulans was identified to be a new yeast antagonist and was the most effective at inhibiting blue mould rot in the three yeasts. The effects of different concentrations of the three yeasts and addition Of nutrients, as well as combination with calcium on controlling blue mould rot in apples were presented in the paper. The results indicated that the higher the yeast concentrations, the more effective the yeasts on biocontrol activity. Addition of nutrients reduced the biocontrol capacity of the yeasts. Combination of 0.18 mol/L CaCl2 with C. laurentii cell suspensions could significantly enhance its effect to P. expansum in apple fruits, while the efficacy of calcium on biocontrol activity of T. pullulans or R. glutinis was not remarkable. 展开更多

In order to validate the control effects of integrated technology of medicine and fertilizer on tobacco bacterial wilt,field experiments were conducted by using youmeili and tetracycline as the test agents.The results obtained were listed as follows:(1)The incidence rate of bacterial wilt ascended more quickly after July 10 th,the incidence of CK reached 78.30%on July 25 th.(2)The control effect of“youmeili 3 g+tetramycin 200 times liquid”reached 69.47%,significantly higher than other treatments.(3)The output value of“Youmeil 3 g+tetramycin 200 times liquid”served as 1635.66 yuan/667m^2,with the highest economic character in all treatments.In a word,integrated technology of medicine and fertilizer was a feasible approach to control tobacco bacterial wilt. 展开更多
