But for most of actual conditions, the independent variable generally takes the real value, while both parameter and dependent variable take the Fuzzy value. This paper propounded a method for the latter and its relevant Fuzzy regreession model. In addition the Fuzzy observation, matrix distribution and the rational estimation of modeling parameter have also been discussed. Furthermore, the Max min estimation of modeling parameter and its corresponding calculating sequence have also been offered to and the calculating example shows the method is feasible. 展开更多

The one-sided and two-sided hypotheses about the parametric component in partially linear model are considered in this paper. Generalized p-values are proposed based on fiducial method for testing the two hypotheses at the presence of nonparametric nuisance parameter. Note that the nonparametric component can be approximated by a linear combination of some known functions, thus, the partially linear model can be approximated by a linear model. Thereby, generalized p-values for a linear model are studied first, and then the results are extended to the situation of partially linear model. Small sample frequency properties are analyzed theoretically. Meanwhile, simulations are conducted to assess the finite sample performance of the tests based on the proposed p-values. 展开更多

Current status data often arise in survival analysis and reliability studies, when a continuous response is reduced to an indicator of whether the response is greater or less than an observed random threshold value. This article considers a partial linear model with current status data. A sieve least squares estimator is proposed to estimate both the regression parameters and the nonparametric function. This paper shows, under some mild condition, that the estimators are strong consistent. Moreover, the parameter estimators are normally distributed, while the nonparametric component achieves the optimal convergence rate. Simulation studies are carried out to investigate the performance of the proposed estimates. For illustration purposes, the method is applied to a real dataset from a study of the calcification of the hydrogel intraocular lenses, a complication of cataract treatment. 展开更多
