伍隍猪是四川省资阳市伍隍区历史悠久的地方猪品种。本研究首次构建出伍隍猪线粒体基因组全序列,并进一步深入揭示了其mtDNA的结构和特点。研究结果表明,伍隍猪线粒体基因组序列全长为16 730 bp,碱基含量组成为A(34.64%)、T(25.80%)、G(... 伍隍猪是四川省资阳市伍隍区历史悠久的地方猪品种。本研究首次构建出伍隍猪线粒体基因组全序列,并进一步深入揭示了其mtDNA的结构和特点。研究结果表明,伍隍猪线粒体基因组序列全长为16 730 bp,碱基含量组成为A(34.64%)、T(25.80%)、G(13.36%)、C(26.20%),总共包括13个蛋白编码基因、2个rRNA基因、22个tRNA基因和1个非编码控制区(D-loop区)。22个tRNA中,除tRNASer(AGY)因缺少DHU臂外,其余tRNA均可以形成典型的三叶草结构。伍隍猪的D-loop区全长为1 294 bp,包括26个片段长度为10 bp的串联重复序列。基于ClustalW多序列比对分析发现,伍隍猪mtDNA序列和四川省6个地方猪的mtDNA序列之间的同源性达99.9%以上,其中共发现了9处主要的碱基突变位点。使用MEGA 11基于22个国内地方猪品种和国外引进品种的mtDNA序列构建系统进化树,结果发现四川省的4个地方猪品种(雅南猪、内江猪、成华猪、青峪猪)聚集成了一个枝簇,而伍隍猪分布于这一簇以外,这也在一定程度上揭示了伍隍猪mtDNA和四川本土地方猪mtDNA之间存在一定的差异。本研究结果为今后进一步开展伍隍猪种质资源的鉴定、开发、利用工作提供了重要的理论依据。 展开更多

Controlling effects of forest belts on non-point source pollution of agricultural lands in Taihu Lake area, China 被引量:1

Taihu Lake area is one of the most developed areas in agricultural production. Application of fertilizers and pesticides in large quantities greatly aggravate environmental pollution of this area, and water pollution has worsened to an unbearable condition. Two sampling farms (respectively 1 hm2) under rape-rice rotation and wheat-rice rotation were selected as studied ecosystem and a 5-yr-old Poplar forest and 8-yr-old Metasequoia forest were chosen in the selected areas. By collecting samples of Nitrogen, Phosphorus in water, crops and underground of forest, the transfer and loss of N and P (main water pollutants) in faming ecosystem were studied, and the effects of forest belts on non-point source pollution of agricultural lands was analyzed. The results indicated that the transfer and loss of N and P vary with means of rotation, types of crops and the amount of fertilizer application. Buffering forest belts betweens farmlands and ditches can effectively stop and purify such elements as N and P in soil runoffs, thus controlling non-point source pollution of agricultural lands. When the width ratio of farmland to forest belt is 100 to 40, 50.05% losing N, 29.37% losing P can be absorbed by forest under rape-rice rotation and 30.98% N, 86.73% P can be absorbed by forest under wheat-rice rotation. When the width ratio of farmland to forest belt is 150 to 40, 33.37% losing N, 19.58% losing P can be absorbed by the forest under rape-rice rotation, and under wheat-rice rotation 20.65% lost N and 57.82% lost P can be absorbed. There is only some purification effect when the width ration of farmland to forest belt is 200 to 40. Based on model of buffering forest belts, the width ratio of farmland to forest is determined between 100 to 40 and 150 to 40, because it not only can purify water, but also occupy less farmland. It is suggested that Poplars, with the characteristics of fast-growing and high value, are suitable to be planted as shelter-forest in Taihu Lake Watershed. 展开更多

目的通过体外实验验证研究钠冷快堆运行中人员不同部位意外沾钠的pH变化及立即冲洗处理对它的影响。方法在指定的辐射控制区和非辐射控制区内,选取新鲜离体去毛猪头2个、新鲜离体去毛猪肉3块,从皮肤沾钠、眼沾钠、食入钠、伤口沾钠四个... 目的通过体外实验验证研究钠冷快堆运行中人员不同部位意外沾钠的pH变化及立即冲洗处理对它的影响。方法在指定的辐射控制区和非辐射控制区内,选取新鲜离体去毛猪头2个、新鲜离体去毛猪肉3块,从皮肤沾钠、眼沾钠、食入钠、伤口沾钠四个方面,观察沾钠部位大体表现,使用pH试纸测试并记录,探索辐射控制区内、非辐射控制区内人员沾钠现场处理流程的可行性。结果辐射控制区内皮肤沾钠(对照组)冲洗0.5 h后pH=8.5~9.0、冲洗1 h后pH=8.0~8.5、涂抹烫伤膏0.5 h后pH=8.0;非辐射控制区内皮肤沾钠(研究组)冲洗0.5 h后pH=8.5~9.0、冲洗1 h后pH=7.5、涂抹烫伤膏0.5h后pH=7.5;辐射控制区内眼部沾钠,对照组冲洗15 min后pH=8.0、冲洗0.5 h后pH=8.0;研究组冲洗15 min后pH=7.0~7.5、冲洗0.5 h后pH=6.5;辐射控制区内食入钠冲洗10 min后pH=9.0、冲洗0.5 h后pH=7.5、静待0.5h后pH=7.5;辐射控制区内伤口沾钠冲洗15 min后pH=7.5~8.0、冲洗0.5 h后pH=5.5(即pH试纸不再变色)。结论验证研究表明,人员粘钠后要尽量缩短急救时间,在确保金属钠全部清除干净后,要立即使用清水大量、彻底地冲洗沾钠面,方可有效减少沾钠皮肤粘膜损伤。 展开更多

As the needs of disabled patients are increasingly recognized in society, researchers have begun to use single neuron activity to construct brain-computer interfaces (BCI), designed to facilitate the daily lives of individuals with physical disabilities. BCI systems typically allow users to control computer programs or external devices via signals produced in the motor or pre-motor areas of the brain, rather than producing actual motor movements. However, impairments in these brain areas can hinder the application of BCI. The current paper demonstrates the feasibility of a one-dimensional (ID) machine controlled by rat prefrontal cortex (PFC) neurons using an encoding method. In this novel system, rats are able to quench thirst by varying neuronal firing rate in the PFC to manipulate a water dish that can rotate in 1 D. The results revealed that control commands generated by an appropriate firing frequency in rat PFC exhibited performance improvements with practice, indicated by increasing water-drinking duration and frequency. These results demonstrated that it is possible for rats to understand an encoding-based BCI system and control a 1D machine using PFC activity to obtain reward. 展开更多

Mathematical models are disappointing due to uneven distribution of the air gap magnetic field and significant un- modeled dynamics in magnetic bearing systems. The effectiveness of control deteriorates based on an inaccurate mathematical model, creating slow response speed and high jitter. To solve these problems, a model-free adaptive control (MFAC) scheme is proposed for a three-degree-of-freedom hybrid magnetic bearing (3-DoF HMB) control system. The scheme for 3-DoF HMB depends only on the control current and the objective balanced position, and it does not involve any model information. The design process of a parameter estimation algorithm is model-free, based directly on pseudo-partial-derivative (PPD) derived online from the input and output data information. The rotor start-of-suspension position of the HMB is regulated by auxiliary bearings with different inner diameters, and two kinds of operation situations (linear and nonlinear areas) are present to analyze the validity of MFAC in detail. Both simulations and experiments demonstrate that the proposed MFAC scheme handles the 3-DoF HMB control system with start-of-suspension response speed, smaller steady state error, and higher stability. 展开更多
