基于康复护理机器人床的非触摸液晶屏显示功能,设计了一种手持遥控器,解决了市面上遥控器功能单一,按键含义不清,不能实时显示按键当前运行状态等问题.该遥控器在现有机械按键功能的基础上,加入液晶屏显示功能,可实时显示按键当前所对... 基于康复护理机器人床的非触摸液晶屏显示功能,设计了一种手持遥控器,解决了市面上遥控器功能单一,按键含义不清,不能实时显示按键当前运行状态等问题.该遥控器在现有机械按键功能的基础上,加入液晶屏显示功能,可实时显示按键当前所对应护理床功能的动画.硬件部分将所有的按键信号端集成到对应的输入输出(IO)口上,在遥控器PCB印制电路板上设置了电平转换模块和通信接口模块,实现了液晶屏和下位机ARM处理器之间的通信.软件部分以ADS 1.2软件作为开发环境,以ARM9/S3C2440A为核心,通过外围电路和RS232实现指令的准确发送与接收以及液晶屏实时显示功能,最终做出实物并验证其具有较好的稳定性和实用性. 展开更多

To improve the magneto-rheological (MR) properties of magneto-rheological fluids, self-made amorphous alloy particles, the composition of which was Fe76Cr2Mo2Sn2P10B2C2Si4, were used as the disperse phase to replace traditional carbonyl iron (CI) particles to prepare amorphous based magneto-rheological fluid (AMRF). Soft magnetic properties and densities of the amorphous particles and the CI particles were tested and compared. The results indicate the amorphous particles present a lower density but larger magnetization intensity and larger permeability at lower field levels. Properties of the AMRF with 20% particles in volume fraction were tested and compared with the CI based MR fluid (CMRF). The AMRF presents a saturation yield stress of 41 kPa at ~227 kA/m and a sedimentation ratio of 80%. The results indicate the magneto-rheological fluid based on amorphous micro-particles has better MR properties and sedimentation stability than that based on CI particles at lower field levels (0-200 kA/m). 展开更多

The formation and evolution characteristics of bcc phase during the isothermal relaxation processes for supercooled-liquid and amorphous Pb were investigated by molecular dynamics simulation and cluster-type index method (CTIM). It is found that during the relaxation process, the formation and evolution of bcc phase are closely dependent on the initial temperature and structure. During the simulation time scale, when the initial temperature is in the range of supercooled liquid region, the bcc phase can be formed and kept a long time; while it is in the range of glassy region, the bcc phase can be formed at first and then partially transformed into hcp phase; when it decreases to the lower one, the hcp and fcc phases can be directly transformed from the glassy structure without undergoing the metastable bcc phase. The Ostwald's "step rule" is impactful during the isothermal relaxation process of the supercooled and glassy Pb, and the metastable bcc phase plays an important role in the precursor of crystallization. 展开更多

A series of novel thermotropic liquid crystalline polyesters bearing nonlinear optical azobenzene side group were synthesized by high temperature solution polycondensation and their structures,thermal stability, phase transition behavior and crystallinity were characterized by IR,elemental analysis, TG-DTA, polarizing optical microscope (POM) equipped with a hot stage and X-ray diffraction techniques. The results demonstrate that all the synthesized polyesters exhibit nematic liquid crystalline phases and show relatively high glass transition temperatures and good thermal stability. 展开更多

Air film conveyors equipped with porous pads have been developed to bring the liquid crystal display(LCD) into a non-contact state during transportation process. In this work, a theoretical model including flow property of porous media and Reynolds equation is established within a representative region in order to optimize the design parameters of a partial porous air conveyor. With the theoretical model, an optimization method using nondominated sorting genetic algorithm – II(NSGA-II) is applied for a two-objective optimization to achieve a minimum air consumption and maximum load capacity. Three Pareto-optimal solutions are selected to analyze the influence of each parameter on the characteristics of the air conveyor, and the results indicate that the position of the porous pads has the most significant impact on the performance and of course must be determined with care. Furthermore, experimental results in terms of the supporting force versus gap clearance show that the optimized air conveyor can greatly improve the load capacity over the normal one, indicating that the optimization method is applicable for practical use. 展开更多

To improve the wear and corrosion properties of AZ91D magnesium alloys,Cu-based amorphous composite coatings were fabricated on AZ91D magnesium alloy by laser cladding using mixed powders of Cu47Ti34Zr11Ni8 and SiC.The wear and corrosion behaviours of the coatings were investigated.The wear resistance of the coatings was evaluated under dry sliding wear condition at room temperature.The corrosion resistance of the coatings was tested in 3.5%(mass fraction) NaCl solution.The coatings exhibit excellent wear resistance due to the recombined action of amorphous phase and different intermetallic compounds.The main wear mechanisms of the coatings and the AZ91D sample are different.The former is abrasive wear and the latter is adhesive wear.The coatings compared with AZ91D magnesium alloy also exhibit good corrosion resistance because of the presence of the amorphous phase in the coatings. 展开更多

Gallium-tin oxide(GTO) semiconductor thin films were prepared by spin-coating with 2-methoxyethanol as the solvent. Their crystal structures, optical transparency,chemical states and surface morphologies, along with the electrical properties, were dependent on Ga contents and annealing temperatures. The optimized GTO channel layer was applied in the high-k Al2O3 thin film transistor(TFT) with a low operation voltage of 2 V, a maximum field-effect mobility of 69 cm^2 V^-1 s^-1, a subthreshold swing(SS) of 76 mV dec^-1, a threshold voltage of 0.67 V and an on-off current ratio of 1.8×10^7. The solution-processed amorphousGTO-TFTs would promote the development of low-consumption, low-cost and high performance In-free TFT devices. 展开更多

Metallic glasses(MGs)have attracted great attention in wastewater treatment because of their high reactivity arising from amorphous structure,large residual stress and high density of low coordination sites.However,the reactivity of MGs would gradually slow down with time due to the passivation of active sites by corrosion products,resulting in limited long-term reactivity,which is also an unsolved key issue for established crystalline zero valent iron(ZVI)technology.Here,such problems are successfully overcome by introducing nanoscale chemical inhomogeneities in Fe-based MG(Fe-MGI),which apparently contributes to local galvanic cell effect and accelerates electron transfer during degradation process.More importantly,the selective depletion of Fe0 causes local volume shrinkage and crack formation,leading to self-peeling of precipitated corrosion products and reacted regions.Thereby fresh low coordination sites could be continuously provided,counteracting the mass transport and reactivity deteriorating problem.Consequently,Fe-MGI demonstrates excellent long-term reactivity and self-refreshing properties even in neutral solution.The present results provide not only a new candidate but also a new route of designing ZVI materials for wastewater treatment. 展开更多

The Gay-Berne (GB) model has been proved to be highly successful in the simulation of liquid crystal phases via both molec- ular dynamics (MD) and nonequilibrium molecular dynamics (NEMD). However, the conventional thermostats used in the simulations of GB systems, such as Nose-Hoover and Langevin thermostats, have serious shortcomings especially in NEMD simulations. Recently, dissipative particle dynamics (DPD) has established itself as a useful thermostat for soft matter simulations, whereas the application of DPD thermostat in (NE)MD simulations is limited to the spherically isotropic potential models, such as the Lennard-Jones model. Considering the virtues of the DPD thermostat, that is, local, momentum conserved, and Galilean invariant, we extend the DPD thermostat to the non-spherical GB model. It is interesting to find that the translational DPD and rotational DPD thermostats can be used in the GB system independently and both can achieve the thermostatting effects. Also, we compared the performance of the DPD thermostat with other commonly used thermostats in NEMD simulations by investigating the streaming velocity profiles and the dynamics of phase separation in a typical but simple binary GB mixture under shear field. It is revealed that the known virtues of DPD thermostats, such as Galilean invariant, shear velocity profile-unbiased, and unscreened hydrodynamic interactions, are still intact when applying to GB systems. Finally, the appro- priate parameters for the DPD thermostat in the GB system are identified for future investigations. 展开更多

We study separable and self-similar solutions to the Hunter-Saxton equation, a nonlinear wave equation which has been used to describe an instability in the director field of a nematic liquid crystal (among other applications). Essentially, we study solutions which arise from a nonlinear inhomogeneous ordinary differential equation which is obtained by an exact similarity transform for the ttunter-Saxton equation. For each type of solution, we are able to obtain some simple exact solutions in closed-form, and more complicated solutions through an analytical approach. We find that there is a whole family of self-similar solutions, each of which depends on an arbitrary parameter. This parameteressentially controls the manner of self-similarity and can be chosen so that the self-similar solutions agree with given initial data. The simpler solutions found constitute exact soIutions to a nonlinear partial differential equation, and hence are also useful in a mathematical sense. Analytical solutions demonstrate the variety of behaviors possible within the wider family of similarity solutions. Both types of solutions cast light on self-similar phenomenon arising in the Hunter-Saxton equation. 展开更多
