采用高功率YAG激光对各种非电解Ni-P系列镀层的硬化处理

采用SEM观察、X射线衍射和硬度测试等方法,探讨了高功率YAG激光照射对Ni-P合金镀层和Ni-P+SiC、Ni-P+PTFE复合镀层之结构和硬度的影响。结果表明,在激光功率为500W(相当于能量密度2.0×10~7/m^2),光束扫描速度分别为15～25mm/s和15～20mm/s的短时间激光照射条件下,镀Ni-P和镀Ni-P+SiC可获得与炉中加热时同样硬度的镀膜,并且在此条件范围内,镀层无开裂和剥落等缺陷。证明了采用激光硬化处理的可行性。 对于镀Ni-P+PTFE,不能得到硬化层。其原因在于PTFE熔点和导热率均较金属低得多,因而,不适合于象激光处理这样在极短时间内加热的情况。

Ion-Conductive-Polymer-Film Actuators with Pt Electrodes Selectively Grown using Non-Electrolyzed Plating

Organic soft actuators are of special interest in many fields including intravascular neurosurgery. Ion conductive polymer film （ICPF） actuators have been one of the strong candidates.
