精神分裂症稳定期患者心理弹性及情绪管理能力现状及影响因素分析 被引量:1

目的 分析精神分裂症稳定期患者心理弹性及情绪管理能力的现状及相关影响因素。方法 以聊城市第四人民医院于2021年6月至2022年6月收入的117例精神分裂症稳定期患者、63例精神分裂症非稳定期患者以及50名健康体格检查者为研究对象,分别... 目的 分析精神分裂症稳定期患者心理弹性及情绪管理能力的现状及相关影响因素。方法 以聊城市第四人民医院于2021年6月至2022年6月收入的117例精神分裂症稳定期患者、63例精神分裂症非稳定期患者以及50名健康体格检查者为研究对象,分别纳入稳定期组、非稳定期组和对照组,开展对照研究。以心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)和Mayer-Salovey-Caruso情绪智商测试(MSCEIT)评估3组的心理弹性和情绪管理能力,并运用Logistic回归模型探究影响精神分裂症稳定期患者心理弹性及情绪管理能力的相关因素。结果 非稳定期组和稳定期组的坚韧与控制、自强、乐观维度评分及CD-RISC总分均低于对照组,非稳定期组的坚韧与控制、自强、乐观维度评分及CD-RISC总分均低于稳定期组,且差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。非稳定期组和稳定期组的情绪感知、情绪运用、情绪理解、情绪管理维度评分及MSCEIT总分均低于对照组,非稳定期组的情绪感知、情绪运用、情绪理解、情绪管理维度评分及MSCEIT总分均低于稳定期组,且差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。3组间受教育年限、配偶情况和家庭人均月收入,以及非稳定期组与稳定期组间住院次数经比较,均有统计学差异(P均<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,住院次数增加、家庭人均月收入<2 000元均是影响精神分裂症稳定期患者心理弹性的独立危险因素,受教育年限延长、有配偶均为保护因素(P均<0.05);家庭人均月收入<2 000元是影响精神分裂症稳定期患者情绪管理能力的独立危险因素,受教育年限延长、有配偶均为保护因素(P均<0.05)。结论 精神分裂症稳定期患者的心理弹性及情绪管理能力均优于非稳定期患者,但明显低于正常人群,且受住院次数、家庭人均月收入、受教育年限和配偶情况等多种因素的影响。 展开更多

This paper proposes a new deadbeat controller based on compensation for unbalanced source voltage and current. With the proposed scheme, the second harmonics of the output current are eliminated and low-order harmonics of the source current are reduced effectively. The time behaviors of intermittent turbulence in Gledzer-Ohkitani-Yamada model are investigated. Two kinds of orbits of each shell which is in the inertial range are discussed by portrait analysis in phase space. We find intermittent orbit parts wandering randomly and the directions of unstable quasi-periodic orbit parts of different shells form rotational, reversal and locked cascade of period three with shell number. We calculate the critical scaling of intermittent turbulence and the extended self-similarity of the two parts of orbit and point out that nonlinear scaling in inertial-range is decided by intermittent orbit parts. 展开更多

The periodic orbit immediately following th... Complex dynamics are studied in the T system, a three-dimensional autonomous nonlinear system. In particular, we perform an extended Hopf bifurcation analysis of the system. The periodic orbit immediately following the Hopf bifurcation is constructed analytically for the T system using the method of multiple scales, and the stability of such orbits is analyzed. Such analytical results complement the numerical results present in the literature. The analytical results in the post-bifurcation regime are verified and extended via numerical simulations, as well as by the use of standard power spectra, autocorrelation functions, and fractal dimensions diagnostics. We find that the T system exhibits interesting behaviors in many parameter regimes. 展开更多

In this paper, the input-to-state stability (ISS) analysis is addressed for switched nonlinear delay systems. By introducing a novel Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional with indefinite derivative and the merging switching signal techniques, some new- criteria are established for switched nonlinear delay systems under asynchronous switching, which extends the existing results to the nonlinear systems with switching rules and delays. The ISS problem is also considered under synchronous switching for switched nonlinear systems by employing the similar techniques. Finally, a nonlinear delay model is provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed results. 展开更多
