目的 本研究主要观察面瘫I号加减联合针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹急性期风寒外袭证的临床疗效。方法 将90例符合纳入标准的患者,随机分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组给予基础西药加针刺治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加面瘫I号加... 目的 本研究主要观察面瘫I号加减联合针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹急性期风寒外袭证的临床疗效。方法 将90例符合纳入标准的患者,随机分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组给予基础西药加针刺治疗;观察组在对照组治疗基础上加面瘫I号加减治疗,2组均7 d/疗程,共4个疗程。4个疗程后,观察2组治疗前、治疗后的House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级量表和面神经功能分级评分变化情况,同时比较临床疗效.结果 治疗4个疗程后,观察组患者的House-Brackmann(H-B)面神经功能分级量表和面神经功能分级评分都明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 面瘫I号加减联合针刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹急性期风寒外袭证临床疗效显著,且安全性较好。 展开更多

为了使未来的大型运输机尽量与我国现有机场道面能达到的承载力相适应,在调查大量机场道面结构类型、结构层厚度、道面承载强度、所受过的最大胎压的基础上,根据机场道面超载使用的相关规定,从尽量减少机场改造的角度,对未来大型运输机... 为了使未来的大型运输机尽量与我国现有机场道面能达到的承载力相适应,在调查大量机场道面结构类型、结构层厚度、道面承载强度、所受过的最大胎压的基础上,根据机场道面超载使用的相关规定,从尽量减少机场改造的角度,对未来大型运输机的ACN(Aircraft Classification Number)及胎压提出了建议值.建立了足尺9块道面板三维有限元分析模型,对大型运输机采用建议值以单轮I、L-76飞机以及C-5运输机等不同起落架构型作用下的道面结构响应进行了求解.为了达到尽量少改造现有机场的目的,未来大型运输机的ACN在16.1~24.2之间取值以及胎压不高于0.80 MPa比较合理,现有机场道面承载力可保障其在50%以上的机场上正常起降. 展开更多

目的观察面瘫Ⅰ号方配合康复训练治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2011年12月—2013年12月山东省交通医院就诊的周围性面瘫患者102例,随机分为治疗组(51例)和对照组(51例)。对照组患者进行康复训练,20 min/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组... 目的观察面瘫Ⅰ号方配合康复训练治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取2011年12月—2013年12月山东省交通医院就诊的周围性面瘫患者102例,随机分为治疗组(51例)和对照组(51例)。对照组患者进行康复训练,20 min/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服面瘫Ⅰ号方,100 mL/次,早、晚2次服用。两组均持续治疗3周。观察两组的临床疗效,同时比较瞬目反射R1波潜伏期和面神经电图复合动作电位波幅损失百分比治疗前后的变化。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为92.16%、84.31%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的瞬目反射R1波潜伏期均较治疗前明显缩短,同组治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的R1波潜伏期明显短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组支配眼轮匝肌、鼻肌以及口轮匝肌的神经波幅损失百分比较治疗前明显下降,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组支配眼轮匝肌和鼻肌的波幅损失百分比较治疗前明显下降,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组鼻肌、口轮匝肌的神经波幅损失百分比明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面瘫Ⅰ号方联合康复训练治疗周围性面瘫有较好的临床疗效,可有效改善面神经功能,值得临床推广应用。 展开更多

Surface electromyogram (EMG) signals were identified by fractal dimension.Two patterns of surface EMG signals were acquired from 30 healthy volunteers' right forearm flexor respectively in the process of forearm supination (FS) and forearm pronation (FP).After the raw action surface EMG (ASEMG) signal was decomposed into several sub-signals with wavelet packet transform (WPT),five fractal dimensions were respectively calculated from the raw signal and four sub-signals by the method based on fuzzy self-similarity.The results show that calculated from the sub-signal in the band 0 to 125 Hz,the fractal dimensions of FS ASEMG signals and FP ASEMG signals distributed in two different regions,and its error rate based on Bayes decision was no more than 2.26%.Therefore,the fractal dimension is an appropriate feature by which an FS ASEMG signal is distinguished from an FP ASEMG signal. 展开更多

An understanding of osteoblast adhesion and proliferation on biomaterials is crucial to optimizing the surfaces of artificial implants used in clinical practice. Polished, anodic oxidation (AO) and micro-arc oxidation (MAO) treated titanium (Ti) plates were used as model surfaces to study the adhesion of MG-63 cells. Cells were monitored for 0.5 and 4 h; faster adhesion and spreading of MG-63 ceils were observed on the AO and MAO modified samples. Stimulated secretion of fibronectin (FN) influenced the adhesion rates. In addition, AO and MAO modified surfaces promoted cell proliferation through apparent up-regulation of FN and integrin a5 transcription via outside-in signaling. This strongly suggests that FN secretion by osteoblasts plays an essential role in enhanced cell adhesion, spreading and proliferation on these modified Ti surfaces. 展开更多

To provide "more reasonable, more saving and more efficient" water and fertilizer application proposals, taking ‘Yujiao 5' as the experimental material, the effects of different irrigation times and nitrogen application treatments on the leaf area index and yield of wheat were studied using three-factor split plot method. The results showed that irrigation times, nitrogen application rate and the ratio of basa to topdressed nitrogen respectively had significant effects on the leaf area index, the yield and component factors of wheat. Under the treatment of W1(irrigation before sowing), the leaf area index showed a positive linear correlation with nitrogen application rate; under the treatments of W2(irrigation before sowing and at jointing stage) and W3(irrigation before sowing, at jointing stage and at grain filling stages),the leaf area index showed a positive linear correlation with nitrogen application rate at the jointing stage, booting stage and heading stage; 20 d after heading, the leaf area index showed a quadric curve relationship with nitrogen application rate at these stages, and the LAI of N3R2 was the highest. Under different irrigation times,the yield, ear number and kernels per ear showed quadric curve relationship with nitrogen application rate, 1 000-seed weight showed the trend of linear decrease with the increase of nitrogen application rate. Under the treatment combination of irrigation before sowing, at jointing stage and at grain filling stage, nitrogen application rate at 240 kg/hm^2 and the ratio of basal to topdressed nitrogen of 5:5, the grain yield(8 609.60 kg/hm^2), ear number(688.2×104/hm^2) and kernel number per ear(37.9 grains) reached the highest value at W3N3R2, and the grain yield of W3N3R2 increased by 144.8% compared to the W1N0. In conclusion, in Eastern Henan where the rainfall is insufficient at the late growth stage of wheat, the irrigation-saving space in wheat production is relatively small, but the nitrogen-saving space is relatively large. 展开更多

This study presents a 64-year (1951-2014) reconstruction of the surface mass balance of Glacier No. 31, located in the Suntar-Khayata Range of the eastern Siberia, where the ablation zone is characterized by the extensive dark ice surface. We use a temperature index-based glacier mass-balance model, which computes all major components of glacier mass budget and is forced by daily air temperature and precipitation from a nearby meteorological station. The glacier shows a mean annual mass balance of -0.35 m w.e.a-1 during the past 64 years, with an acceleration of -0.50 m w.e. a^-1 during the recent years. A cumulative mass loss of the glacier is -22.3 m w.e. over the study period, about 56% of which is observed during 1991-2014. In addition to the contribution of temperature rise and precipitation decrease to recent mass loss of the glacier, an experimental analysis, in which the clean and dark ice surfaces are respectively assumed to cover the entire ablation zone, indicates that dark ice surface, caused by insoluble impurities consisting of mineral dusts, eryoconite granules, and ice algae, plays a crucial role in the changing mass balance through enhancing melt rates in the ablation zone of the glacier. 展开更多

A surface electromyography(sEMG)signal acquisition circuit based on high-order filtering is designed.We use a two-stage adjustable amplifier and a high-order Sallen-Key bandpass filter to solve the problems of non-adjustable amplification gain and low filtering order in traditional acquisition circuits.The experimental results show that the designed sEMG signal acquisition device can eliminate power frequency interference effectively,the stopband drop of the filtering part reaches approximately-100 dB/dec,which can effectively extract useful signals between 20-500 Hz,and the amplification gain reaches 60 dB. 展开更多
