渗透树脂与微研磨技术修复正畸后牙面白斑样病损的效果 被引量:2

目的探究渗透树脂与微研磨技术修复正畸后牙面白斑样病损的效果。方法随机选取2021年2月—2022年2月大庆油田总医院口腔正畸科正畸后牙面白斑样病损患者200例作为本次研究对象,按照电脑随机法分组,观察组100例实施渗透树脂修复、对照组... 目的探究渗透树脂与微研磨技术修复正畸后牙面白斑样病损的效果。方法随机选取2021年2月—2022年2月大庆油田总医院口腔正畸科正畸后牙面白斑样病损患者200例作为本次研究对象,按照电脑随机法分组,观察组100例实施渗透树脂修复、对照组100例实施微研磨技术修复,比较两组疗效。结果观察组修复后即刻、修复后1周、修复后1个月、修复后6个月、修复后12个月满意度评分分别为(8.21±0.61)分、(9.31±0.72)分、(9.41±0.61)分、(9.51±0.72)分、(9.41±0.71)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.123、19.366、17.131、21.194、27.776,P<0.05)。观察组修复后治疗总有效率98.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.783,P<0.05)。观察组修复后1个月、修复后6个月的病损面积(6.24±1.52)%、(4.02±1.02)%均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.145、26.313,P<0.05)。观察组修复后1个月、修复后6个月的美观度评分(85.52±2.41)分、(92.52±2.88)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=34.145、34.567,P<0.05)。结论渗透树脂与微研磨技术修复正畸后牙面白斑样病损的效果进行比较后,前者更具优势。 展开更多

The visual observation of the mold filling and the standard analysis-of-variance (ANOVA) for the velocity of the filling metal are conducted to study foam-metal interface behaviors during the mold filling of the lost foam casting (LFC) process of the magnesium alloy. Results show that the foam primarily melts into liquid products instead of gasifying at the pouring temperature of the magnesium alloy. Without the vacuum, the metal fills smoothly with a slightly convex metal front, and the velocity of the filling metal is low and continually decreases as the foam is displaced. The mold filling is governed by the removal of foam decomposition products at the foam-metal interface. However, when the vacuum is applied, the mold filling is controlled by the foam decomposition rate at the foam-metal interface. A pronounced irregular and concave metal front is formed. The velocity of the metal front varies tremendously during the mold filling process and is ruleless. The metal velocity increases rapidly, and the vacuum shows a strong interaction effect with the pouring temperature on the metal velocity. As the vacuum continues to increase, the pouring temperature becomes the most significant factor for the mold filling, while both the vacuum effect and the interaction effect between the vacuum and the pouring temperature on the metal velocity are substantially reduced. Based on experimental results, a model for the foam thermal degradation and the removal of decomposition products occurred at the foam-metal interface is presented during the mold filling of the magnesium alloy LFC process under the vacuum. 展开更多

This paper describes a new method for simulation of the cross section shape of log. The self-developed MQK3102 log shape recognizing machine was used to acquire the finite discrete sampling points on the cross section of log and those points were fitted with the quadratic B-spline parametric curve. This method can clearly stimulate the real shape of the log cross section and is characterized by limited sampling points and high speed computing. The computed result of the previous curve does not affect the next one, which may avoid the graphic distortion caused by the accumulative error. The method can be used to simulate the whole body shape of log approximately by sampling the cross sections along the length direction of log, thus providing a reference model for optimum saw cutting of log. 展开更多

A complete expression for the S/N ratio of a 4-channel A/D non-uniform sampling signal was deduced. First we obtained an expression for the S/N ratio of a 1-channel A/D uniform sampling signal when the sampling frequency was equal to or greater than 2 times the frequency of the sampled signal. Based on the S/N ratio of a 2-channel A/D,alternating,non-uniform sampling signal,we analyzed the distribution of quantitative error using the quantitative error probability density method and the distribution convolution formula. From this the S/N ratio expression of a 4-channel A/D sampling signal was deduced. The simulation result shows that the deduced expression is correct. 展开更多

In this paper, a novel segmentation approach of point-sampled surfaces is proposed, which is based on the level set evolution scheme. To segment the model so as to align the patch boundaries with high curvature zones, the driven speed function for the zero level set inside narrow band is defined by the extended curvature field, which approaches zero speed as the propagating front approaches high curvature zone. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by our ex- perimental results. Furthermore, two applications of model segmentation are illustrated, such as piecewise parameterization and local editing for point-sampled geometry. 展开更多

The parameters affecting the ... A novel cloud-point extraction (CPE) was successfully used in preconcentration of biphenol A (BPA) from aqueous solutions. Majority of BPA is extracted into the surfactant-rich phase. The parameters affecting the CPE such as concentration of surfactant and electrolyte, equilibration temperature and time and pH of sample solution were investigated. The samples were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection. Under the optimized conditions, preconcentration of 10 mL sample gives a preconcentration factor of 11. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification (LOQ) are 0.1 μg/L and 0.33 μg/L, respectively. The linear range of the proposed method is 0.2-20 μg/L with correlation coefficients greater than 0.998 7 and the spiking recove6es are 97.96%-100.42%. The interference factor was tested and the extraction mechanism was also investigated. Thus, the developed CPE has proven to be an efficient, green, rapid and inexpensive approach for extraction and preconcentration of BPA from water samples. 展开更多

Coal-based Magnetic Activated Carbons (CMAC's) were prepared from three representative coal samples of various ranks: Baorigele lignite from Inner Mongolia; Datong bitumite from Shanxi province; and Taixi anthracite from Ningxia Hui Auto- nomous Region. Fe3O4 was used as a magnetic additive. A nitrogen-adsorption analyzer was used to determine the specific surface area and pore structure of the resulting activated carbons. The adsorption capacity was assessed by the adsorption of iodine and methylene blue. X-ray diffraction was used to measure the evolution behavior of Fe304 during the preparation process. Magnetic properties were characterized with a vibrating-sample magnetometer. The effect of the activation temperature on the performance of CMAC's was also studied. The results show that, compared to Baorigele lignite and Taixi anthracite, the Datong bitumite is more appropriate for the preparation of CMAC's with a high specific surface area, an advanced pore structure and suitable magnetic properties. Fe304 can effectively enhance the magnetic properties and control the pore structure by increasing the ratio of meso- pores. An addition of 6.0% Fe304 and an activation temperature of 880 ℃ produced a CMAC having a specific surface area, an iodine adsorption, a methylene blue adsorption and a specific saturation magnetization of 1152.0 m2/g, 1216.7 mg/g, 229.5 mg/g and 4.623 emu/g, respectively. The economic losses and the health hazards of the mycotoxins produced by spoilage fungi are the main concerns of the food industry. The spoilage of bakery products by fungi is more common in countries with a high humidity and temperature. About 5-10% of food production is spoiled by the growth of yeast and fungi in food materials. Similarly, in Western Europe, the growth of the spoilage fungi of bread is estimated to reach more than 200 million Euros per year. The history conditions of the food can be a major factor in determining any fungal spoilage--for example, stored and processed foods are more sensitive to spoilage when compared with fresh and prepared foods. Lactic acid bacteria isolated from Bulgarian wheat and rye flour were used in the present study to check their antifungal properties against pathogenic yeast and fungi imperfecta using standard disc diffusion method in vitro. A broad spectrum of antifungal activity of the six newly identified as L. plantarum strains e Tsl, Ts2, Ts3,Ts4 and Ts5, and L. helveticus Ts6 was estimated. Our in vitro studies were performed with wheat and rye sourdough, in order to simulate a real product and to assess the bio-protective potential of the tested lactobacilli. The used test-cultures are representatives of carcinogenic, toxigenic, deteriorative and allergenic fungi from the genera .4spergillus and Penicillium. The all tested strains completely suppress the growth of against C. glabrata 72. Strains L. plantarum Tsl and Ts3 completely suppress the growth against S. cerevisae. While, in the sample with L. plantarum strains e Tsl, Ts2, Ts3,Ts4 and Ts5, and L. helveticus Ts6, a retarded and weak growth of A. niger and P. claviforme was observed. However, the spore germination and the colony growth started only on the fifth day of the mould lactobacilli co-cultivation, which also should be considered as a good result. In this study six isolates Tsl,Ts2, Ts3, Ts4, Ts5 and Ts6, from the traditional Bulgarian wheat and rye flour have been identified as L. plantarum and L. helveticus and characterized as cultures with promising antifungal activity. Obtained results from the combined molecular identification (16S rRNA gene sequencing) approach contribute to give new data on the microbial biodiversity of this not well-studied niche. The antifungal activity of our new isolates, identified as L. plantarum and L. helveticus, seems to be a promising advantage of these six strains, suggesting their potential applications in different food technologies. However, more experiments have to be conducted to clarify the nature and the mechanisms of the reported antifungal activity and they are still in progress. The combination of dairy origin and strong inhibitory activity of the lactobacillus strains is a prerequisite for their possible application as starters and/or bioprotective antifungal adjuncts. 展开更多

This study was performed to investigate the feasibility of applying a Rotary Triboelectrostatic Separator(RTS) to the beneficiation of Eshidiya phosphate minerals.RTS separation tests were carried out on phosphatic bed A_1,phosphatic bed A_3 and slime samples.The bed A_1 and slime samples were tested without desliming.Two sets of tests were performed using the A_3 sample: one was performed without desliming and the other with the A_3 sample deslimed.RTS separation tests as initially performed on the bed A_1 and slime samples gave products that had essentially the same P_2O_5 content.This indicated that adsorbed clay particles on the phosphate surface are responsible for the poor separation of un-deslimed phosphates.Better triboelectrostatic separation was observed with the undeslimed A_3 phosphate sample;these tests resulted in a highest product grade of 26%P_2O_5.The deslimed A_3 sample showed far more effective separation than the undeslimed A_3 one.In fact,a concentrate of 34%P_2O_5 was obtained from the triboelectrcstatic separation of deslimed A_3.The results indicate that with deslimed A_3 P_2O_5 recovery was about 65%for a concentrate of 28%P_2O_5 and about 45%for a concentrate of 30%P_2O_5.These results clearly show the importance of desliming for effective beneficiation of phosphate by the RTS.A more efficient separation can be expected from optimized operating conditions and circuit configuration. 展开更多

Spatial differentiation in stable isotope compositions of surface waters and its environmental significance in the Issyk-Kul Lake region of Central Asia 被引量:2

Stable isotope values of oxygen (180) and hydrogen (2H) of surface waters were used to study the origin and environmental significanees in the Issyk-Kul basin of Kyrgyzstan in Central Asia, which is the most important intermountain basin in the modern Tien Shan orogen. This study is the first analysis of hydrochemical spatial differentiation in the stable isotopes of surface waters in this watershed. 75 samples were collected from rivers, springs, lakes, rain and snow during the rainy season in July and August of 2o16. Stable isotopes of 180 and 2H were studied for all samples, and cation ratios (Sr/Ca and Mg/Ca) were also determined for lake water samples. Stable isotope values from precipitation scattered around the Local Meteoric Water Line (determined from Urumqi Station of the global network of isotopes in precipitation (GNIP)), together with values of the Deuterium excess parameter (d) from 15.3‰ to 30.5‰, with an average of 19.8‰, indicating that the moisture sources are primarily from regions with low relative humidity. The 8180 and 52H values were significantly different between the river and lake samples, indicating that regional evaporation caused the isotopic enrichment of lake water. Geospatial autocorrelation, measured by Moran's I coefficient, indicated weak spatial autocorrelation within stable isotopes of oxygen and hydrogen in the surface waters of the studied area, which is primarily an effect of climate during the water chemistry evolution. The cation ratios Sr/Ca and Mg/Ca in lake water samples were not correlated with the concentration of total dissolved solids, but did show correlation with stable isotopic values, which is significant for paleoenvironmental reconstruction. 展开更多

An adaptive B-spline active contour model for planar curve approximation is proposed. Starting with an initial B-spline curve, the finite element method is adopted to make the active B-spline curve converge towards the target curve without the need of data points parameterization. A strategy of automatic control point insertion during the B-spline active contour deformation, adaptive to the shape of the planar curve, is also given.
