针对宇航应用领域对图像压缩算法计算复杂度的要求,提出一种全新的"首1游程"位面编码算法。该算法将离散小波系数首1比特及以上位面用本文提出带符号自适应二进制游程算法编码,其下位面则不编码,直接输出比特值。为兼容无损压... 针对宇航应用领域对图像压缩算法计算复杂度的要求,提出一种全新的"首1游程"位面编码算法。该算法将离散小波系数首1比特及以上位面用本文提出带符号自适应二进制游程算法编码,其下位面则不编码,直接输出比特值。为兼容无损压缩,算法采用了空间数据系统咨询委员会(CCSDS)推荐的整数97小波变换。由于考虑了像素间、位面间的数据依赖性,该算法的数据访问次数、编码复杂度等远远低于目前算法。该算法是一种内嵌式编码算法,可通过截断码流来精确控制压缩比,支持码流的渐进性传输。试验数据显示,与CCSDS推荐的图像压缩算法比较,本算法计算复杂度显著降低,而压缩性能却略高,同时还支持位平面间独立并行编码,提高了压缩速度。该算法可以满足宇航应用中高速、高性能、低复杂、低功耗的要求。 展开更多

Metasurfaces provide a potent platform for the dynamic manipulation of electromagnetic waves.Cou⁃pled with phase-change materials,they facilitate the creation of versatile metadevices,showcasing various tun⁃able functions based on the transition between amorphous and crystalline states.However,the inherent limitation in tunable states imposes constraints on the multiplexing channels of metadevices.Here,this paper introduces a novel approach-a multi-functional metadevice achieved through the two-level control of the encoding phasechange metaatoms.Utilizing the phase-change material Ge_(2)Sb_(2)Se_(4)Te1(GSST)and high refractive-index liquid di⁃iodomethane(CH_(2)I_(2)),this paper showcases precise control over electromagnetic wave manipulation.The GSST state governs the tunable function,switching it ON and OFF,while the presence of liquid in the hole dictates the deflection angle when the tunable function is active.Importantly,our tunable coding metasurface exhibits robust performance across a broad wavelength spectrum.The incorporation of high refractive-index liquid extends the regulatory dimension of the metadevice,enabling dynamic switching of encoding bit levels.This two-level tun⁃able metadevice,rooted in phase-change materials,presents a promising avenue for the dynamic control of func⁃tions. 展开更多

In this paper, more efficient, low-complexity and reliable region of interest (ROI) image codec for compressing smooth low texture remote sensing images is proposed. We explore the efficiency of the modified RO! codec with respect to the selected set of convenient wavelet filters, which is a novel method. Such ROI coding experiment analysis representing low bit rate lossy to high quality lossless reconstruction with timing analysis is useful for improving remote sensing ground truth surveillance efficiency in terms of time and quality. The subjective [i.e. fair, five observer (HVS) evaluations using enhanced 3D picture view Hyper memory display technology] and the objective results revealed that for faster ground truth ROI coding applications, the Symlet-4 adaptation performs better than Biorthogonal 4.4 and Biorthogonal 6.8. However, the discrete Meyer wavelet adaptation is the best solution for delayed ROI image reconstructions. 展开更多

We analyze in detail the similarities and differences of two kinds of decomposing methods classified by type of work and construction elements based on the discussion of international typical coding standards system designing. We then deduce the differential coefficient relation between project breakdown structure (PBS) and work breakdown structure (WBS). At the same time we constitute a comprehensive construction project breakdown system including element code and type of work code and make a further schematic presentation of the implementation of the system’s functions. 展开更多

To obtain the radar High Range Resolution (HRR) profile of the slowly moving ground target in strong clutter background, the Phase-Coded Hopped-Frequency (PCHF) waveform is proposed. By multiple-bursts coherent processing, the HRR profile synthesis, target velocity compensation and clutter compression can be accomplished simultaneously. The new waveform is shown to have good ability to suppress ground clutter and good Electronic Counter-CounterMeasures (ECCM) ability as well. The current work in col... ASTEC and ICARE / CATHARE are computer codes allowing analysing severe accidents in LWRs. The applicability of these codes to Russian reactors of VVER type is a clear common IRSN-GRS objective. The current work in collaboration between IRSN and RRC K1 (Russia) aims at reaching this objective. This paper is devoted to ASTEC and ICARE / CATHARE simulations of a severe accident scenario on a VVER-1000. A Large Break LOCA (850 mm) sequence accompanied with the station blackout was selected for analysis. ICARE / CATHARE V2.2 successfully predicted main events of the accident: heat-up of the core, core degradation and melt relocation to the lower part of the core. A simulation of a complete accidental sequence was performed with ASTEC V 1.3-rev3 code: core heat-up and melting, melt relocation, reactor vessel rupture, molten corium / concrete interaction, release and distribution of steam, H2, CO, CO2, fission products and aerosols in the RCS and the containment. It must be pointed out that, as concerns the thermalhydraulics front-end phase and the in-vessel degradation phase, the ASTEC simulation exhibited consistent results with respect to the best-estimate ICARE / CATHARE ones. 展开更多

球面三角四叉树中面片和结点的排列顺序直接关系到球面三角四分剖分模型组织和管理数据的效率.在Lee编码模型基础上设计了L面片和结点空间填充曲线,给出了面片寻址、结点L曲线生成、以及面片结点访问等主要算法.同时,基于位码运算提出... 球面三角四叉树中面片和结点的排列顺序直接关系到球面三角四分剖分模型组织和管理数据的效率.在Lee编码模型基础上设计了L面片和结点空间填充曲线,给出了面片寻址、结点L曲线生成、以及面片结点访问等主要算法.同时,基于位码运算提出了面片类型判别恒定算法时间优化算子,可利用硬件来实现.结点L曲线中大多数面片结点间距离分布在较低值范围内,为数据高效存取提供了保证.但是堂兄弟面片位置相邻,结点地址却不连续,少数面片结点间距离异常大,导致平均结点间距离和遍历总距离的增大.为解决该问题,采用了m簇完备结点集作为n剖分簇结点存储基本单元,每个m簇完备结点集重复存储公共结点,从而避免了面片结点距离过大,提高了节点访问效率. 展开更多

近年来在光信息技术和计算机等技术的推动下,三维显示技术发展迅猛。全息技术由于能满足人眼各种视觉效应而备受关注。计算全息作为全息技术和计算机技术的结合体,能灵活地将存储于计算机内部的物体数据通过光学手段进行重现。然而,计... 近年来在光信息技术和计算机等技术的推动下,三维显示技术发展迅猛。全息技术由于能满足人眼各种视觉效应而备受关注。计算全息作为全息技术和计算机技术的结合体,能灵活地将存储于计算机内部的物体数据通过光学手段进行重现。然而,计算耗时、再现可视角过小成为了其发展的两大制约因素。通过证明夫琅禾费计算全息能应用于菲涅耳区域的三维显示,系统地介绍了自主开发的空域夫琅禾费计算全息方法,并以该算法为基础,进一步解决了面编码相息图中若干问题,如明暗、遮挡、纹理等。同时,利用等效弧形阵列原理,搭建了一套时空复用的4f光学系统,提高了空间带宽积,实现了宽视角全息三维成像。研究成果能直接移植到三维场景的计算和大型的数据源,为高分辨率动态全息三维显示发展提供了坚实的理论和实验基础。 展开更多

Each bi-infinite non periodic geodesic is associated with a cutting sequence corresponding to the sequence of labeled saddle connections hit. We prove that there is a relationship between the cutting sequences and the actions of some affine automorphisms of the translation surface.
