通过对"美丽乡村"建设项目实践情况的考察,深入分析和探讨在项目制下的美丽乡村建设所呈现出的诸面。研究发现,在接受型项目制实践中,资源密集性的输入导致了基层治理的困境,村民参与程度不足、村庄民主形式化成为项目制实践... 通过对"美丽乡村"建设项目实践情况的考察,深入分析和探讨在项目制下的美丽乡村建设所呈现出的诸面。研究发现,在接受型项目制实践中,资源密集性的输入导致了基层治理的困境,村民参与程度不足、村庄民主形式化成为项目制实践中的主要特点。弱势村民阻工、强势村民争夺资源、政府直接干预项目客观运作等现象导致了项目制运作的异化。只有将"政府主导"向"多元协同"的建设模式转变,以"内生"模式为路径来激活公共参与、强化组织建设、完善项目监督机制,美丽乡村建设才可能真正实现。 展开更多

A ShadowNet-based communication mode was designed,and some related activities planned and carried out,for an experimental cooperative project between two universities in China and the US.The students' post-survey results from both parties were analyzed and compared and it appeared that the ShadowNet system helped the students improve the following:an awareness of cultural difference,an openness toward cultural diversity,and a deeper appreciation for the significance of cultural identity in language learning and teaching.It also facilitated some direct improvements in the language acquisition of the Chinese ESL learners and the teaching ability of their American counter-parts. 展开更多
