随着5G、大数据、边缘计算等新技术在煤炭行业的应用发展,常规化的刮板输送设备控制系统无法满足智能化开采技术的需求,各系统融合、数据综合利用等新型控制系统发展势在必行。在煤炭装备高端化、智能化发展的大趋势下,对刮板输送设备... 随着5G、大数据、边缘计算等新技术在煤炭行业的应用发展,常规化的刮板输送设备控制系统无法满足智能化开采技术的需求,各系统融合、数据综合利用等新型控制系统发展势在必行。在煤炭装备高端化、智能化发展的大趋势下,对刮板输送设备的智能控制系统的发展趋势进行分析,指出刮板输送设备智能控制系统将分3个阶段发展,一是由常规驱动控制转变为变频驱动,进而逐步向数据融合型控制系统发展;二是在实现多信息互通、共享的基础上刮板输送设备的智能控制系统逐步发展成以单元型和多级协同为特点的控制系统,实现逻辑的串、并联合理组合,达到高效、便捷、协同的目的;三是在积累足够的设备特征数据和状态数据以及其他相关信息后,刮板输送设备的智能控制系统将融合超前预判功能,形成超前预判型刮板输送设备智能控制系统,达到可以根据当前设备运行状态,提前预判下一时刻发生的情况,进而提前控制、调整,避免故障等其他不利情况发生。 展开更多

A novel nonlinear adaptive control method is presented for a near-space hypersonic vehicle (NHV) in the presence of strong uncertainties and disturbances. The control law consists of the optimal generalized predictive controller (OGPC) and the functional link network (FLN) direct adaptive law. OGPC is a continuous-time nonlinear predictive control law. The FLN adaptive law is used to offset the unknown uncertainties and disturbances in a flight through the online learning. The learning process does not need any offline training phase. The stability analyses of the NHV close-loop system are provided and it is proved that the system error and the weight learning error are uniformly ultimately hounded. Simulation results show the satisfactory performance of the con- troller for the attitude tracking. 展开更多

The modified model works in a competitive output manner which results in its local representation property. While studying on line, only a few parameters need to be regulated. So the model has the merits of fast learning and on line self organizing modeling. The control algorithm is simple, adaptive and useful in multivariable and time delay systems. Methods The discount least square algorithm was applied to forecast the tracking error caused by the 40?ms delay, and the predicting algorithm was improved by the adaptive discount method.Results The tracking errors of the two methods were compared, and an optimal controller with the improved adaptive discount predicting algorithm was adopted for simulation. Conclusion The predicting algorithms, especially the adaptive discount predicting algorithm, can decrease the tracking error greatly, and the desired tracking prediction can be achieved both in the transient state and in the steady state. 展开更多

The random delays in a networked control system (NCS) degrade control performance and can even destabilize the control system.To deal with this problem,the time-stamped predictive functional control (PFC) algorithm is proposed,which generalizes the standard PFC algorithm to networked control systems with random delays.The algorithm uses the time-stamp method to estimate the control delay,predicts the future outputs based on a discrete time delay state space model,and drives the control law that applies to an NCS from the idea of a PFC algorithm.A networked control system was constructed based on TrueTime simulator,with which the time-stamped PFC algorithm was compared with the standard PFC algorithm.The response curves show that the proposed algorithm has better control performance. 展开更多

In this article,an approach for economic performance assessment of model predictive control(MPC) system is presented.The method builds on steady-state economic optimization techniques and uses the linear quadratic Gaussian(LQG) benchmark other than conventional minimum variance control(MVC) to estimate the potential of reduction in variance.The LQG control is a more practical performance benchmark compared to MVC for performance assessment since it considers input variance and output variance,and it thus provides a desired basis for determining the theoretical maximum economic benefit potential arising from variability reduction.Combining the LQG benchmark directly with benefit potential of MPC control system,both the economic benefit and the optimal operation condition can be obtained by solving the economic optimization problem.The proposed algorithm is illustrated by simulated example as well as application to economic performance assessment of an industrial model predictive control system. 展开更多

The theoretical study of a semi-active predictive control(SAPC) system with magnetorheological(MR) dampers to reduce the responses of seismically excited structures was presented.The SAPC scheme is based on a prediction model of the system response to obtain the control actions by minimizing an object function,which has a function of self-compensation for time delay occurring in real application.A double-ended shear mode combined with a valve mode MR damper,named MRF-04K damper,with the maximum force of 20 kN was designed and manufactured,and parameters of the Bouc-Wen hysteresis model were determined to portray the behavior of this damper.As an example,a 5-story building frame equipped with 2 MRF-04K dampers was presented to demonstrate the performance of the proposed SAPC scheme for addressing time delay and reducing the structural responses under different earthquakes.Comparison with the uncontrolled structure,the passive-off and passive-on cases indicates that both the peak and the norm values of structural responses are all clearly reduced,and the SAPC scheme has a better performance than the two passive cases. 展开更多
