In cloud computing,the number of replicas and deployment strategy have extensive impacts on user's requirement and storage efficiency.Therefore,in this paper,a new definition of file access popularity according to...In cloud computing,the number of replicas and deployment strategy have extensive impacts on user's requirement and storage efficiency.Therefore,in this paper,a new definition of file access popularity according to users' preferences,and its prediction algorithm are provided to predict file access trend with historical data.Files are sorted by priority depending on their popularity.A mathematical model between file access popularity and the number of replicas is built so that the reliability is increased efficiently.Most importantly,we present an optimal strategy of dynamic replicas deployment based on the file access popularity strategy with the overall concern of nodes' performance and load condition.By this strategy,files with high priority will be deployed on nodes with better performance therefore higher quality of service is guaranteed.The strategy is realized in the Hadoop platform.Performance is compared with that of default strategy in Hadoop and CDRM strategy.The result shows that the proposed strategy can not only maintain the system load balance,but also supply better service performance,which is consistent with the theoretical analysis.展开更多

Ind...For achievement of common goals, state accounting is used and applied by the government for adjusting the activities of public organizations that are in compliance with the social-economic policies in the country. Indeed, public sector has been playing a pivotal role in supporting the government's aspirations in the development in any countries. To conduct these responsibilities, public entities have to provide valuable financial information for making the decisions. These figures will be extracted from accounting documents and reports, because accounting is a financial resources measurement of any firms. As a result, public sector accounting, also known as budget accounting, is an important tool for reflecting the governmental transactions to general statements. However, there are some limitations or errors in the public sector accounting reports. Therefore, state audit is established for checking, monitoring, and inspecting figures made from pubic accounting. Moreover, from the past to the present, very little research has been conducted to define the usefulness of public auditing to general accounting. With causes necessary for examining economic activities of any organizations, the main purpose of this paper is to identify the theory of state budget accounting, the activities, characteristics, and tasks of state audit for improving the value of accounting data in the Vietnamese public sector. Given that horizontal wind plays an important role in predicting the trajectory of the manned spacecraft SHENZHOU-7 when employing a parachute, the China Meteorological Administration conducted an experiment involving...Given that horizontal wind plays an important role in predicting the trajectory of the manned spacecraft SHENZHOU-7 when employing a parachute, the China Meteorological Administration conducted an experiment involving high-resolution wind ob servation, analysis and prediction between September 21 and 28, 2008. In this work, an algorithm for tracking a spacecraft de ploying a parachute is studied. High-resolution wind profiles obtained from a numerical weather model, upper-atmosphere soundings and mobile incoherent Doppler wind lidar are compared. Forward and backward trajectory predictions based on various wind profiles, as well as their differences, are presented. In addition, the trajectory of SHENZHOU-7 is predicted using different wind profiles, and the predicted parachute-opening and landing points are compared with the observed points. Results indicate that a high-resolution numerical weather model and fine observation data can offer more-detailed wind information for the prediction of spacecraft trajectories and can thus help in the editing and sending of flight commands, consequently increas ing the accuracy and reliability of landing on an assigned spot and reducing the search area and rescue time.展开更多
