早期妊娠流产是指妊娠12周以前发生的流产。观察子宫胎盘床血流及卵巢黄体血流的变化,对早期妊娠流产预后的评判具有积极意义。本文通过观察子宫胎盘床血流及卵巢黄体血流的阻力指数(RI)的变化,探讨它们的RI值情形胚胎发育状况的关系。... 早期妊娠流产是指妊娠12周以前发生的流产。观察子宫胎盘床血流及卵巢黄体血流的变化,对早期妊娠流产预后的评判具有积极意义。本文通过观察子宫胎盘床血流及卵巢黄体血流的阻力指数(RI)的变化,探讨它们的RI值情形胚胎发育状况的关系。 资料与方法 研究对象:选择早孕有流产症状的患者42例作为病例组,其中包括少量阴道流血(轻度症状)、中量阴道流血(中度症状)、大量阴道流血(重度症状),不同程度的腹痛症状。选择无任何症状的早孕健康妇女80例为对照组。 超声检查方法:使用ATL—HDI 3500彩色多普勒超声诊断仪,探头选为盆腔条件,频率为5~2MHz,通过子宫纵横切面显示妊娠囊,以彩色多普勒显示子宫胎盘床血流、卵巢黄体血流,并同时以频普多普勒显示它们的频谱图,测量它们的RI值。所得结果均经统计学处理。 展开更多

目的:旨在观察长效选择性β受体阻滞剂-美托洛尔对丙泊酚麻醉诱导气管内插管期脑电双频普指数(BIS),颅内压(ICP)和血流动力学影响。方法:随机选择鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术100例,ASA~级,平均分为美托洛尔组和对照组,每组50例。美托洛尔组,... 目的:旨在观察长效选择性β受体阻滞剂-美托洛尔对丙泊酚麻醉诱导气管内插管期脑电双频普指数(BIS),颅内压(ICP)和血流动力学影响。方法:随机选择鼻蝶入路垂体瘤切除术100例,ASA~级,平均分为美托洛尔组和对照组,每组50例。美托洛尔组,静注美托洛尔60μg/kg;对照组,静注等量生理盐水。麻醉诱导静注丙泊酚2mg/kg,芬太尼33μg/kg,OSS/A评分0级,静注罗库溴铵1mg/kg。围术期持续监测MAP,HR,ICP和BIS。结果:气管内插管后1min,对照组BIS较插管前明显增高并延续至插管后5min(P<0.05或P<0.01)。两组间比较也具有明显差异,并延续至插管后15min(P<0.01)。插管后3min,5min对照组与美托洛尔组MAP和HR均较插管前明显上升,两者相比,后者血流动力学上升更为显著(P<0.01)。其组间显著性差异延续至插管后30min(P<0.05或P<0.01)。对照组ICP于插管后3min上升,与插管前相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。插管后5min,15min,30min,对照组ICP明显高于美托洛尔组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。并较插管前均有显著性上升(P<0.01)。结论:美托洛尔能减低丙泊酚麻醉诱导气管内插管期血流动力学和ICP升高,抑制BIS反跳。 展开更多

Several Doppler shift estimators, including mean logarithm envelope difference (MLED) method, auto-correlation function (ACF) method, zero crossing rate (ZCR) method and mean square phase difference (MSPD) method were discussed and compared. The estimation principle and theoretical estimation bias of these estimators under Rayleigh fading channels were analyzed; furthermore, the Cramer Rao bound (CRB) of Doppler shift estimation was deduced, and a novel modification method based on two-dimensional polynomial fitting was proposed to reduce the Doppler shift estimation bias. We verified our algorithms with the Monte Carlo computer simulation; simulation results showed better variance performance of modified methods than those of the original methods. In low earth orbit (LEO) satellite or missile communication scenarios, signals may experience extremely large Doppler shifts and have short visual time. Thus, direct sequence spread spectrum (DSSS) systems should be able to achieve acquisition in a very short time in spite of large Doppler frequencies. However, the traditional methods cannot solve it well. This work describes a new method that uses a differential decoding technique for Doppler mitigation and a batch process of FFT (fast Fourier transform) and IFFT (invert FFT) for the purpose of parallel code phase search by frequency domain correlation. After the code phase is estimated, another FFT process is carried out to search the Doppler frequency. Since both code phase and Doppler frequency domains are searched in parallel, this architecture can provide acquisition fifty times faster than conventional FFT methods. The performance in terms of the probability of detection and false alarm are also analyzed and simulated, showing that a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) loss of 3 dB is introduced by the differential decoding. The proposed method is an efficient way to shorten the acquisition time with slightly hardware increasing. 展开更多

Inaccurate Doppler centroid frequency will result in ghost images in imaging result. In this letter, the principle and algorithms of Doppler centroid frequency estimation are introduced. Then the echo data of ScanSAR system is analyzed. Based on the algorithms of energy balancing and correlation Doppler estimator in the estimation of Doppler centroid frequency in strip mode SAR, an improved method for Doppler centroid frequency estimation in ScanSAR is proposed. The method has improved the accuracy of Doppler centroid frequency estimation in ScanSAR by zero padding between burst data. Finally, the proposed method is validated with the processing of ENVIronment SATellite Advanced Synthetic Aperture Radar (ENVISAT ASAR) wide swath raw data. 展开更多

There is an increasing demand on wireless communications in subway tunnels to provide video surveillance and sensory data for security,maintenance and train control,and to offer various communication or entertainment services(e.g.,Internet,etc.) to passengers as well.The wireless channel in tunnels is quite unique due to the confined space and the waveguide effects.Therefore,modeling the radio channel characteristics in tunnels is critically important for communication systems design or optimization.This paper investigates the key radio channel characteristics of a subway tunnel at 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz,such as the path loss,root mean square(RMS) delay spread,channel stationarity,Doppler shift,and channel capacity.The field measurements show that channel characteristics in tunnels are highly location-dependent and there exist abundant components in Doppler shift domain.In the straight section of the subway tunnel,the measured path loss exponents are close to1.6,lower than that in free space. 展开更多

Concerning the PDRA (pulse doppler radar altimeter) designing and evaluation, owing to that the specifications of PDRA should be adaptively fixed according to the ETR (earth terrain return), and that in certain stages of product evaluation of PDRA which means the designations of PDRA are successful or not, the usage of ETR are indispensable, so the terrain return from spherical earth is critically important. A complete analytic derivation of the antenna shot section model of PDRA and the bright section model constrained by pulse emitted from antenna are given. Furthermore, the doppler effect mode and the earth terrain RCF (radar crossing factor) model are constructively analyzed. Then, the computing methodology on PDRA, which are used to compute the scattering power, scattering doppler spectrum, and the scattering signal, is studied. Besides, in order to check the correctness and efficiency of the algorithm, computing examples of ETR (earth terrain return) under the supposing premises are furnished. Finally, the conclusion is drawn that the models and algorithm are rational, the computational precise is satisfactory, the cost of computing time is low. 展开更多

Train-to-train(T2T)communication can provide protection for existing train-to-ground private network communication,and its channel characteristics directly affect the application of upper-layer communication technologies.In this study,based on the spatial distribution structure of railway operation scenarios and Fresnel zone theory,we propose a frequency allocation scheme for direct communication between tracking trains in flatland and long straight tunnel scenario.Then we use the estimation method of radio wave attenuation caused by rainfall to analyze the large-scale path loss fading of multi-band wireless channels.Furthermore,we derive the calculation equation of max Doppler frequency shift suitable for T2T communication and describe the multipath wave in the tunnel by ray tracing method to analyze small-scale fading.Simulation analysis shows that the Doppler shift value of T2T communication low frequency band is significantly lower than the frequency shift value of the train-to-ground communication under the same speed conditions. 展开更多

Zipf's approach in linguistics is utilized to analyze the statistical features of frequency and correlation of 16 nearest neighboring nucleotides (AA, AC, AG, …, TT) in 12 human chro- mosomes (Y, 22, 21, 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, and 12). It is found that these statistical features of nearest neighboring nucleotides in human genome: (i) the frequency distribution is a linear function, and (ii) the correlation distribution is an inverse function. The coefficients of the linear function and inverse function depend on the GC content. It proposes the correlation distribution of nearest neighboring nucleotides for the first time and extends the descriptor about nearest neighboring nueleotides. 展开更多

In satellite mobile communication system, relative movement of the satellite and the terminal will cause a large Doppler offset. Timing advanced estimation with Zadoff-Chu sequence is sensitive to the frequency offset. When the frequency offset is larger than one times subcarrier spacing, the value of peak cannot be detected at the receiving end. To suppress the larger Doppler frequency shift, this paper proposes a novel timing advanced estimation scheme(TAE-MCD) for satellite communication system. In this algorithm, t r a n s m i t t e d s i g n a l i s d i v i d e d i n t o Z C sequence and its conjugate sequence. Using multiplication and DFT operation to find the estimated peak at the receiving end, and make subtraction with the obtained sequences at last. The scheme can not only inhibit the adverse effects of large Doppler frequency shift in timing estimation effectively, but also reduce the computational complexity at the receiving end and improve the work efficiency of the hardware. Simulations results show that TAEMCD outperform the existing timing advanced estimation methods, on the condition of no additional time and frequency resource are needed. 展开更多
