将基于物理的地震动模拟从现有已实现的1~2 Hz分辨率拓展到工程结构敏感的5~10 Hz更高频率,是现代地震工程近断层地震动模拟的重要发展方向。建立一种改进的频率波数域(FK)方法,结合GP14.3混合震源模型,实现了0~10 Hz的近断层地震动高... 将基于物理的地震动模拟从现有已实现的1~2 Hz分辨率拓展到工程结构敏感的5~10 Hz更高频率,是现代地震工程近断层地震动模拟的重要发展方向。建立一种改进的频率波数域(FK)方法,结合GP14.3混合震源模型,实现了0~10 Hz的近断层地震动高效模拟。方法建立修正动力刚度矩阵法求解理论格林函数,有效解决了一维地壳速度结构传播高频地震波的问题;有限断层面上低频确定性成分及高频随机成分的合理结合,有效解决了断层破裂过程辐射出高频地震波的问题。将方法应用于2021年5月21日云南漾濞6.4级浅源破坏地震模拟,通过与8个台站(涵盖了近场、中场和远场)强震记录及相应反应谱的比较显示,模拟结果与强震记录的波形、持时、幅值均吻合良好,与反应谱在各频段上均表现良好的一致性,很好地验证了该方法及模型的适用性及模拟频率带宽的可靠性。最后,模拟了漾濞地区100 km×100 km范围内的地面运动场,给出了地面运动峰值分布和波场快照,提出了与震中距相关的PGA和PGV经验衰减公式,获得了地震动频谱特征衰减规律。结果表明:①2021年漾濞6.4级地震呈现明显近断层地震集中性效应和破裂方向性效应;②近场20 km范围内,地震动峰值衰减较快,PGA最大衰减93.1%、PGV最大衰减83.3%;③近场范围内频谱成分主要包含0~10 Hz的宽频成分,震中距超过20 km后频率成分主要集中在0~4 Hz范围内。 展开更多

本文合成了2023年2月6日土耳其M_(w)7.8地震的地震动时空场。首先,依据USGS网站提供的V s30数据和全球地壳模型Crust1.0数据,构建了土耳其南部地区的地下一维速度结构模型;其次,依据美国地质调查局(USGS)发布的断层滑动量及破裂前端分... 本文合成了2023年2月6日土耳其M_(w)7.8地震的地震动时空场。首先,依据USGS网站提供的V s30数据和全球地壳模型Crust1.0数据,构建了土耳其南部地区的地下一维速度结构模型;其次,依据美国地质调查局(USGS)发布的断层滑动量及破裂前端分布结果,构建了此次地震的GP14.3运动学混合震源模型;然后,采用作者提出的FK方法对本次地震进行了0~10 Hz的宽频三分量地震动合成。通过合成结果与距离震中50 km范围内地震动较强的8个台站强震记录及相应反应谱的比较,检验了方法的可靠性和模型的适用性;最后,重点分析了土耳其东南部的加济安泰普市及附近地区地震动时空场特征。结果表明:1)本文计算的加济安泰普市区范围内的NS向PGA接近180 cm/s^(2)、PGV接近100 cm/s,伊斯拉希耶镇地区的EW向PGA高达560 cm/s^(2)、PGV高达150 cm/s,地震动强度比较大。2)基于本文强地面运动合成结果得到的加济安泰普市区范围内的地震烈度为VII度,伊斯拉希耶镇地区的地震烈度高达IX度,与USGS给出的结果一致。3)此次土耳其M_(w)7.8地震呈现明显的近断层地震动集中性效应、地面永久位移以及破裂方向性效应。 展开更多

剪切位错源地震波传播模拟是近断层地震动研究的理论基础,然而现有确定性方法在高频地震动求解和跨尺度计算中存在一定的不足。提出一种剪切位错源宽频地震波多尺度传播模拟的频率-波数域方法,能有效解决从高波速地壳尺度(公里级)到低... 剪切位错源地震波传播模拟是近断层地震动研究的理论基础,然而现有确定性方法在高频地震动求解和跨尺度计算中存在一定的不足。提出一种剪切位错源宽频地震波多尺度传播模拟的频率-波数域方法,能有效解决从高波速地壳尺度(公里级)到低波速岩土尺度(米级)成层半空间宽频(覆盖0.1~10 Hz的工程结构敏感频段)地震响应问题。利用Fourier-Hankel变换将柱坐标系下的三维波动方程由时间-空间域转换到频率-波数域内,并结合震源作用处的位移-应力间断条件,由修正刚度矩阵方法求得位错源引起的黏弹性层状半空间动力响应。首先与经典Haskell方法比较验证提出方法的正确性和精度,进而建立天津地区地壳结构中跨尺度场地模型,重点讨论震源频率和近地表软弱夹层对地震地面运动的影响。研究结果表明:(1)新方法在宽频地震动和含低波速细分土层的模拟中十分适用,能够清晰观测到位错源作用下地震波在层界面的反射、转换和透射等复杂传播过程及引起的地面运动特征;(2)软弱场地地面运动受震源频率影响明显,高频地震动作用使得地震辐射能量强度及范围增大,或将导致更为严重的地面破裂和结构破坏;(3)不同埋深和厚度的近地表软夹层对软弱场地地震反应均有重要影响,场地“滤波放大”和软夹层“隔震”的叠加使得地表响应变得十分复杂。 展开更多

Multi-scale seismic full waveform inversion in the frequency-domain with a multi-grid method 被引量:2

Based on the optimal steep descent methods, we present an algorithm which combines the preconditioned bi-conjugated gradient stable method and the multi-grid method to compute the wave propagation and the gradient space. The multiple scale prosperity of the waveform inversion and the multi-grid method can overcome the inverse problems local minima defect and accelerate convergence. The local inhomogeneous three-hole model simulated results and the Marmousi model certify the algorithm effectiveness. 展开更多

Frequency-domain airborne electromagnetics is a proven geophysical exploration method.Presently,the interpretation is mainly based on resistivity-depth imaging and onedimensional layered inversion;nevertheless,it is difficult to obtain satisfactory results for two- or three-dimensional complex earth structures using 1D methods.3D forward modeling and inversion can be used but are hampered by computational limitations because of the large number of data.Thus,we developed a 2.5D frequency-domain airborne electromagnetic forward modeling and inversion algorithm.To eliminate the source singularities in the numerical simulations,we split the fields into primary and secondary fields.The primary fields are calculated using homogeneous or layered models with analytical solutions,and the secondary(scattered) fields are solved by the finite-element method.The linear system of equations is solved by using the large-scale sparse matrix parallel direct solver,which greatly improves the computational efficiency.The inversion algorithm was based on damping leastsquares and singular value decomposition and combined the pseudo forward modeling and reciprocity principle to compute the Jacobian matrix.Synthetic and field data were used to test the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

Due to the strong electromagnetic interferences and human interference,traditional electromagnetic methods cannot obtain high quality resistivity data of mineral deposits in Chinese mines.The wide field electromagnetic method(WFEM),in which the pseudo-random signal is taken as the transmitter source,can extract high quality resistivity data in areas with sever interference by only measuring the electric field component.We use the WFEM to extract the resistivity information of the Dongguashan mine in southeast China.Compared with the audio magnetotelluric(AMT)method,and the controlled source audio-frequency magnetotelluric(CSAMT) method,the WFEM can obtain data with higher quality and simpler operations.The inversion results indicate that the WFEM can accurately identify the location of the main ore-body,which can be used for deep mine exploration in areas with strong interference. 展开更多

Modal identification involves estimating the modal parameters, such as modal frequencies, damping ratios, and mode shapes, of a structural system from measured data. Under the condition that noisy impulse response signals associated with multiple input and output locations have been measured, the primary objective of this study is to apply the local or global noise removal technique for improving the modal identification based on the polyreference time domain (PTD) method. While the traditional PTD method improves modal parameter estimation by over-specifying the computational model order to absorb noise, this paper proposes an approach using the actual system order as the computational model order and rejecting much noise prior to performing modal parameter estimation algorithms. Two noise removal approaches are investigated: a "local" approach which removes noise from one signal at a time, and a "global" approach which removes the noise of multiple measured signals simultaneously. The numerical investigation in this article is based on experimental measurements from two test setups: a cantilever beam with 3 inputs and 10 outputs, and a hanged plate with 4 inputs and 32 outputs. This paper demonstrates that the proposed noise-rejection method outperforms the traditional noise-absorption PTD method in several crucial aspects. 展开更多

A dynamic model is established for an offset-disc rotor system with a mechanical gear coupling, which takes into consideration the nonlinear restoring force of rotor support and the effect of coupling misalignment. Periodic solutions are obtained through harmonic balance method with alternating frequency/time domain(HB-AFT) technique, and then compared with the results of numerical simulation. Good agreement confirms the feasibility of HB-AFT scheme. Moreover, the Floquet theory is adopted to analyze motion stability of the system when rotor runs at different speed intervals. A simple strategy to determine the monodromy matrix is introduced and two ways towards unstability are found for periodic solutions: the period doubling bifurcation and the secondary Hopf bifurcation. The results obtained will contribute to the global response analysis and dynamic optimal design of rotor systems. 展开更多

Qualitative and quantitative uncertainties in regional rainfall frequency analysis

Uncertainty exists widely in hydrological analysis, and this makes the process of uncertainty assessment very im- portant for making robust decisions. In this study, uncertainty sources in regional rainfall frequency analysis are identified for the first time. The numeral unite spread assessment pedigree (NUSAP) method is introduced and is first employed to quantify qual- itative uncertainty in regional rainfall frequency analysis. A pedigree matrix is particularly designed for regional rainfall frequency analysis, by which the qualitative uncertainty can be quantified. Finally, the qualitative and quantitative uncertainties are com- bined in an uncertainty diagnostic diagram, which makes the uncertainty evaluation results more intuitive. From the integrated diagnostic diagram, it can be determined that the uncertainty caused by the precipitation data is the smallest, and the uncertainty from different grouping methods is the largest. For the downstream sub-region, a generalized extreme value (GEV) distribution is better than a generalized logistic (GLO) distribution; for the south sub-region, a Pearson type III (PE3) distribution is the better choice; and for the north sub-region, GEV is more appropriate. 展开更多
